Terrible customer service. I walked in and asked to use the restroom bc I have Crohn’s disease & literally did not make it home in time. Not only was she sitting on the plastic bag rack when I walked in, but she was very rude and did not have a bit of sympathy when I told her about my disease & said no bc “ if one of us have to use it”. I would give zero stars if that was an option. 12-2-22 5:30 pm.

Went in to buy oil the sticker clearly said 3.95 the young lady tried to charge me over 6 dollars i went and pulled the sticker and showed her what it said she said it wasnt correct i told her thats what it shows and she has to sell it to me at that price she called another employee upand said she doesnt deal with attitude ..

I love dollar general. So why in Batesville ms. I pulled up at 7. and these young kids was rushing out. and I ask one of them and he told me that they close. and just to make sure I googled the hours. and it says 10. stop hiring young kids to work and they close everything early.

Since remodeling the store has gotten a lot better. No doubt will be 5 star worthy once they get all the price labels up and you can know the price of what you're trying to buy.

Great !pam was wonderful and they had 2 people working . better than shady grove one person at store on sunday and xmas eve and plum full nonsense. I was a manager for 25 years i know u are not supposed to wk by your self .🤔

Never have I been to a place made horrible by employees than this dollar general!!! Ya'll make Walmart seem like paradise!! Steer clear of this Batesville location or risk a nightmare getting any help or even getting someone to check you out. And plz don't bother the staff with a simple question because they might call the police on you also!! Never have I ever been treated this badly or been this imbarrassed or been this disrespected. But I promise, it will never happen again!

Very unorganized and nasty store. Floors were dirty and boxes was stacked everywhere. Not much room for walking and could not get a shopping cart down any of the aisles due to boxes blocking everything

It must have been receiving day! Isles full of products in racks but shelfs are vacant. Couldn't find what I was after.

I can't even start how was the I can't even start how was the Dollar it was terrible customer service was awful I was in there today October 15th in between 3:30 and 4:30 I couldn't find what I needed the store was that organized it was two workers a man working on a truck and a woman at the cash register one line 10 people waiting to be checked out it was a mess I'll never stop at this Dollar General again never I will keep going they need to make sure they got staff on hand ready to serve people I couldn't find what I was looking for I'd get any line and then get out of line and then wait it was a mess

D. G. In Batesville, both locations, have helpful, friendly and personable sales associates. I shop D. G. Every week and sometimes more than once a week. Great out of the way locations,too!

This is the best dollar general I have been in. It was well stocked, clean and organized. The cashier that day was kind and patient.

The store was dirty and the employees were blocking the aisles and you couldnt get through and they weren't budging. They have changed managers and only the cashier was friendly.
