I drove an hour to shop here, I was not disappointed. Customer service was excellent. The deals was outstanding. Definitely recommend giving Dirt Cheap a try.There’s only two negatives that i have for the store. One there was quite a bit of bear shelves. Two some of the shelves, well, they look trashy. The stuff was unboxed, tossed around, and damaged. But that was not every shelf. That was just a few of them. Even though those two negative points. The overall experience was definitely worth it.

A friend told me about the store, and I had been to a few others before, so i checked it out for a few last-minute gifts. Wow, did I hit the jackpot! Much nicer and cleaner than i had expected so that was a bonus!

And the ladies at the batesville location, DONT mind helping you if you have questions or if you wanna price scan every item before u buy it, they will let u know the price so u can keep it or decide to put it back. That’s going the extra to help a customer out and being kind and generous of their time. It goes a long ways!!!! Thanks batesville ladies 💕

This is basically a liquidation and returns type of establishment. It is meant to offer lower prices to the consumer. Some products are used and/or damaged, so I recommend inspecting them carefully before purchasing. It was a hit or miss when visiting this store. I found hidden treasures, and I also purchased items that ended up not working (small appliances).The store was nicely organized when it first opened, but it quickly changed as the customer base grew. I have heard that it is much more organized now compared to the last time I shopped there. Some of the staff were pleasant to deal with at the time and others were not as friendly. That tends to be the case with any retail or customer service establishment though.Overall, this store is not fancy by any means, and they often want more than the item is worth. However, with a little digging, you might be able to find a hidden treasure or two with a decent price tag.

What a thirfting experience! Have you ever wanted to swim through cheap stuff like a thrifty Scrooge McDuck? You will feel like a real treasure hunter when you find something you actually want amongst the piles of identical objects scattered to throw you off.Don't forget the piles of furniture in falling apart cardboard boxes! There are some seriously *amazing* deals if you can stomach the state of unpacking it's in!We spent *hours* longer in here than we planned. Found things I didn't know existed but now I know I needed!

It's a bit messy in there. But they have pretty good stuff for pretty cheap. Me and my mom and sisters went in and found a Monopoly game for like 14 dollars and it had all pieces still packaged. And we found some pretty good clothes for like 2-3 dollars each. And shoes that weren't over 5 dollars.

If I could leave 0 stars I most certainly would. The employees including the managers are so rude it’s unreal. God forbid you ask to see something behind the counter, that’s asking way to much. I asked for a price check, the lady rudely said that it has to go to aisle 4 but no one was there. There was a lady behind me and she needed a price check as well, the cashier didn’t have a problem giving her one and skipped right over me to give it to her. I wished Dirt cheap had the employees they had when they first opened. Much more friendlier.

The store is kinda cluttered and you may have to dig around to find some stuff but it's not too bad. It's worth checking out if you're looking for some cheap deals and you got a lil time on your hands to walk the store. I would definitely go again cause I'm on the money saving train!!!

If you're a snooty shopper that likes everything in its place you definitely won't like it here!I always loved the thrill of a scavenger hunt and I enjoy wondering around and finding the little hidden treasures. I found photocopy paper half off yesterday along with some picture frames and some super cute shorts for cheap. I love that they have department store items hidden amongst the other clothes and appliances. I found a awesome lava lamp for my daughter a few months ago when she absolutely loves it!

It's just broken, expired items haphazardly thrown everywhere. Half the store is empty and I always want to wash my hands after leaving there. Workers were nice though, so that's a plus.

Although this store is a total wreck half the time I will admit I kind of like the "digging" aspect of it. I have found tons things that I love from here. Just make sure you have an hour or two before you visit. Also they have great seasonal things here and they are usually on sale for very cheap. I decorated my whole entire house for Christmas outside for about 50 dollars and have also gotten my kids a decent size inflatable pool and other things for next to NOTHING!

This is a great place to get cosmetics, supplements, clothes, and a lot of household and other items. They have an app with a scanner. It usually has the correct price but sometimes it doesn't. Most items are tagged, but for those that aren't you will pay a higher price unless you find another of the same item (can be a different size or color).The reason I'm removing 3 stars is because I've been overcharged the last two times I've shopped there. The last time I chalked it up to a loss. I didn't have my receipt because the computer froze up, it was closing time, I was tired and just ready to go home. This time I'm taking everything back (on my gas) and have them ring it up properly. The girl at the register acted annoyed when I asked for a price check (while I was still shopping & there was nobody in line) on items that weren't tagged. This is getting old really fast. It's bad when you have to check out a couple items at a time so they don't rip you off. But if I decide to shop there again, that's exactly what I'll do.I recommend that you tell the cashier to call out the price as she's ringing you up. If the price isn't what it's supposed to be or you just don't want to pay that much, say no. It only takes her a second to void the entry. They used to do that without being asked.

Amazing finds! Great prices! Don't let the price tag fool you, there's a huge discount on almost every single thing in the store! Got a $160 door lock & deadbolt kwikset combo kit in brushed nickel for $55! Also got a Brink's home security 2 door lock & deadbolt set for $15. Can't beat the prices. The customer service is pretty spectacular too. They have extra discounts throughout the week too. The older lady behind me gave me her senior citizen discount too!

Love love love this place. If you don't like looking through stuff then this is not a place for you. I always find something when I go. I have not bought toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, and soap and regular price for a while. When I find these items I try to buy all I see. They have started to Jack the prices up though. Some items be more than what you pay in the store and then put a small discount price on it. Still you can find some good things.

This week I found a lamp that would have cost me 40 dollars at Walmart. I paid 2.50 cents. I also bought a couple of very nice blouses and a globe. I don't think I spent over 16 bucks. I would give the store five stars, but quite a few times I found very little, and some of the stuff isn't always that great.

Typical Dirt Cheap. The only thing that would make it better is to have more than one key for the bathroom. Thank God my son was there to help me locate it, or I might not have been able to walk it (as I'm recovering from foot surgery). Other than that, it was nice.

This place is great for tinkerers, DIYers, and people looking for a good deal. But if you hate to "dig" through merchandise or hate a messy store, then this is not the store for you. This store is like treasure hunting. You never know what stock they may have. Also, don't be fooled by the chicken on the sign...they don't have chicken.

Store is way to cluttered and dirty. Unorganized and over priced. A broken toilet just sitting in the middle of the floor. Just trash it who wants to buy a broken toilet. Broken arm on recliner $219. Trash that thing who wants to pay that much for a broken chair? You can get a new one for that price.

I may have developed an addiction to this place. Things are verrrryyy haphazardly shelved and placed throughout the store. But, it lends itself to a “treasure hunt” vibe that makes unearthing random, but wanted, crazily cheap priced items so fun.
