Assistant Manger Felecia Voyles was very helpful in helping me with my bags due to my disability with my legs. The deli employees were very respectful and clean. I assume it was the deli manager, took my order over the phone (several). Had them all together and organized per name.Best experience i have had there in many years.

Love their chicken from the deli ! Normally I get a bunch of chicken and sides and it’s normally fresh and good. This time I got food it really wasn’t all that good and it was old and hard. Very disappointed with my food. Please don’t let this happen again. A 30 minute drive just to get this chicken. 1 more mess up like that I won’t be back

They have the best fried chicken in the whole world. They do have some good sales in there once in awhile.Food Giant price have gone up a lot.If it was ,99 cents it's now 25 cents to 30 cents higher. I was shocked went I went into the store yesterday.

Friendly people. Easy to get into. Wheel chair accessible (though limited). Good produce. Carry Best choice and Always Save brands. Great meat selection. Friendly butcher's. One of the worker's (Charlie) he's my favorite part of going into the store. He helps me find things I need. Always cheerful, eager to see you and helpful I can't say enough good things about him.

Store personnel was super friendly. The store was clean and the prices were great. My family and I stopped by the deli while we were there. The two people in the deli were so nice to us. I do not remember the lady's name but I remember the young man's name. It was Stefan. His smile was infectious! Thank you for having wonderful employees. We will certainly stop by when we're in Baldwyn.

Employees could take a lesson in people skills. They are not friendly. The store has everything to offer and great prices. The cashiers are the ones that should make you want to return. Rude

My wife went into food giant in Baldwin and spent over 200$ and no one bothered to help her carry anything and on her way back with her buggy she met an elderly lady with 2 gallons of milk that were about to get the best of her so my wife had to help. Wouldn't be an issue if this was the first time but it's not.

Would not dare to buy a peppermint. There's nothing fresh or sanitary in this store. Not sure why the health department has not been reported!

The store usually runs good sales that last a day. Most of the employees are helpful. Prices on items not on sale can be beat at other stores though. Also on the sale items you have to check your receipt to ensure you get the sale price. Have had sale items ring up original price multiple times.

Employees at this store have been kind and helpful.They do not have a large produce section. On two different occasions I went to purchase items from this stores weekly ad and they didn't carry them.For me it's not worth going out of my way to go to this store. I've given it a try and it's just not for me.

Everything was easy to find. The only problem is that the baggers do not carry your groceries out anymore. I can remember the day that they did. I think that the company should have that in their job description when they are hired

The store appears clean and orderly. The selection on products I was looking for, such as lunch meats, is very narrow! Prices seem a bit higher than other stores I frequent.

It's great they have handycap parking and also have the power chairs to ride on. I think they need one more handycap electric chair sometimes I go there and both chairs are gone. But love to shop there.

The lunch special is pretty good and the other prices on items I like are pretty good. One of the few problems I saw was the fruit they had, some of it was not fresh at all.

The meat department at Food Giant Baldwin, are the best at what they do for sure. The red meats are cut to perfection the same goes for the poultry and pork.

Had a one day sale. Store opens @ 8:00 sold out @ 9:00. Bad bad bad business. This is not the first time they have run out of sale items. Probably won't go back

I hate having to come here if we forget something because the majority of patrons use EBT cards and that makes them price everything so high for cash customers like me. I always feel like I can just drive 20 miles and save the extra money

I've been shopping at Food Giant for a long time now. I know the turn over seems high. The store seems too have trouble keeping everything straight. Store is always cluttered and just a mess.
