Not only are they affordable, my kitten was not feeling good after her spay. When I brought her in, they not only know me immediately as Mango’s owner, but Dr. Taylor kept her for observation because she knew Mango’s personality. I had almost taken her to an emergency vet, but I waited since she was not in immediate danger, and I’m glad I did. They took good care of her, and she is now herself again!

On Dec 13 2023 I came to this animal hospital cause by dog was hit by a car and jumped on by other dogs this was during there lunch hour and they unlocked there doors and immediately start first aid on Ryder. I'm so grateful for what they did to try to save him. Thank very much

Love this place! Great service and not over priced. These people truly just want to help animals. Plus, the doctor took the time really explain my cat’s condition to where I could understand what it was and how to take care of him. My Spencer feels so much better after last weekend’s visit. This will be my vet from now on!

It really pains me to write this review. I've been using this Vet for over 15 years. I loved them, every time I'd come in with my animal they were accommodating and genuinely seemed happy to see my pet. I even trusted them to put down a few of my babies and they were always respectful and kind during the process.However, over the last 2 or 3 years they've really gone downhill. The lady's in the lobby act like it's a bother to have to deal with me or my animal. They've made it an absolute chore to deal with them and I'll be looking for a new vet sadly.

They treated my dog a doxie very well. He had been attacked by a pit bull. They gave him pain meds, fluid meds and antibiotics. Thanks to Dr. Rowan I still have my precious dog.

I don't post reviews often but this vet was great! I relocated from South MS to New Albany and the local shelter couldn't take my kitty. She is 18 years old, blind and deaf. Luckily this shelter was able to take her in while I moved. Phoebe is in my lap and doing well. I could not have done this without the Baldwyn Vet.

What a wonderful place. I found a puppy in a Walgreens parking lot and went to them to see if there may have been a chip, but wasn’t one. So they gave her shots, exam & heart worm test. The most reasonable cost around!!! Such a warm and sweet staff. If I lived in that area they would definitely be my vet home

My Yorkie was attacked by a pit bull last Saturday 3/4/23. Took her to Baldwyn Veterinary Hospital. They refused to see her even though she was bleeding around her neck. They were too busy to be bothered by a hurt little dog. What kind of vet is this? Not one you can trust to help your pet. Very cold and uncaring. Will never go there again although I'm sure she doesn't care.

My husband and I just bought a house here a few months ago and new to the area. Our 5 month old German Shepherd had been out in the yard during the day and we had no idea the yard was completely infested with parvo. We took her here right away when we noticed she was not moving much. They took her back immediately and treated her like family even though they never seen her before. They came out and told us everything and explained it and made sure we 100% understood her condition. They gave us medicine for her to try and keep her comfortable in her final day. They did absolutely everything they could for our Ella. Unfortunately she didn't make it through the night despite all of their efforts. We miss our Ella so much but we are very grateful for them! They also explained to us how important it was to never miss their shots to make sure they always get them on time. We felt awful about missing her last set from the moving and getting settled in our new jobs and schools. Highly recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

Absolutely the very best! The ladies there are always super nice and helpful. Everything they do is with 100% love and care for animals. The whole place is clean and tidy. Fees are very fair. Wouldn't think for even a second, of taking my pet anywhere else.

I have used this vet for cats and dogs. I drove a distance for reasonable prices. He did a great job and I felt confident leaving my babies in his care. Would use him again. It's not easy to find decent pricing when you have multiple animals.

After a rough start to my dogs current issue ( labs delayed which wasn’t clinical mishap) Dr Don personally called and explained her diagnosis , treatment , what to expect best I can remember due to worrying and taking notes ,length of time it could take to get her back to her usual energetic state depending on her tolerance and any adjustments to her medication as we progress. He walked me through each step and gave me cost savings options since it will be life long. Thankful for her doctor but his staff leave something to be desired but considering meeting COVID adherence and regulations I’ll give a pass this time because I know they are working tirelessly and under stress to protect not only themselves but us and our babies as well.UPDATE: our baby girl at the age of 10&1/2 years didn’t make it despite Dr Don and each of his staff members best efforts. Each person in this clinic were as heartbroken , sympathetic and comforting as I could have imagined . They had as much hope as we did and Dr Don called with the news but was like a family member comforting me over the loss and very supportive . God bless this clinic and all who work here they really put their hearts into the care of each patient and family.

I picked up a mixed breed dog a couple weeks ago. While out on the road he became ill so I found this clinic via a Google search. When I got here they ran a few tests and discovered that Jimmy had a parasite which they prescribed an antibiotic for. He's been taking the antibiotic for almost a week and is back to his old self. Overall the people here were fast, courteous, and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any other pets here as the service I received was equal to my hometown vet.

The manager Liz was very unprofessional and rude. A simple miscommunication between the vet and the referral person turned out to be a huge issue for her. And since she has no communication skills all she could do was be rude. I was told she has had many complaints and is only there because the other manager left and they have noone else. Sometimes it's best to have an open position instead of having such a toxic employee. And when I ask for the owners number she never would tell me. I asked several times. The other employees seemed embarrassed. And one of them did give me the owners number. But if he is aware of the problem already is it worth the communication with him🤔🤔🤔. Very disappointed in what I thought would be a pleasant experience. Taylor H was very nice and helpful.

We needed to get our female dog spayed, and, after making an appointment with another vet, found out that these people are cheaper. When my wife tried earlier on in the week to make an appointment for her, the lady told her that next week was empty, but they couldn’t take appointments until Friday for the next week. Not a problem, my wife waited until Friday around lunchtime and called back. This time, my wife was told that they were completely booked up for the next two weeks. If they only take appointments for the next week on the Fridays before, how were the next two weeks filled up? Smells like fish to me. Come to think of it, we decided not to use them before because of negative reviews, and seems like they were snooty to my wife when she contacted them before. Needless to say, they lost any possible business from me, and won’t get any recommendations. Professionals should know how to handle things better than that. Keeping the previous appointment at the Booneville Veterinary Medical Center, where we have always been treated well, with fair prices to boot.

We LOVE Dr. Rowan and the entire staff! They have taken amazing care of our babies. When we got our BeckyLou fixed she had an allergic reaction to her stitches, they did a second surgery and kept her for 3 days with no charge. They are truly amazing and put the animals above their pocketbooks. So kind hearted, knowledgeable and overall fantastic people!

Was a very friendly and welcoming environment. Made you feel like old friends! Highly recommend them. I drive close to two hours to get there when there's 3 other vets I can get to in 20 min. I'm back on my way today for another visit.

I just moved here from Texas and my poor cat was dying from the weather changes. I called to make an appointment and they said I could come any time. I was greeted by super friendly and helpful staff who loved the fact my cat is leash trained lol. The Dr was very gentle and thorough! I will be returning!!!
