The guy that runs this location is an absolute.. jerk (not my first choice of wording..) Has been rude to me multiple times. I've been a customer at this location for many, many years along with my entire close family. If it wasn't for this place being the only one in the area to get a handful of items I that I can't find anywhere else, I would never spend another penny here until that guy gets replaced. Employees never seem to last long here, either.. Hm.. Wonder why that is..

One of the best dollar generals that I shop in. The manager is awesome, callsme by my name, and is always helpful. Sadly the company never gives the managers enough labor hours to appropriately staff their stores. In doing so waiting to be checked out is painfully slow.. if the staffing were better dollar generas would close as did the fred's stores. Dollar general is going down in similar fashion.

There is always merchandise in the aisles, the clothing is difficult to go through, the temporary manager gave me attitude on an exchange even though the company policy is 90 days with a receipt. I had only had the item for ten days, and I had my receipt. Apparently they're getting all new management though, and are redoing the store, so maybe it will improve.

In this rural setting, this store acts as the "General" store of old. On normal days its mostly kept and organized. But there are days when it disorganized and unkept. This is due to 2 factors. The weekly or seasonal inventory has arrived. Therefore due to the lack of staff, its shelving takes up both the time of the staff there and the room in the aisles.

The price signs were wrong. Therefore I was charged more for balloons & ding dongs.Price for Ding Dongs on sign 2.50, I was charged 3.00.Price for balloons was 1.00, I was charged 2.50.I questioned the clerk about the balloons & she said they were more because of Valentine's Day.Didn't realize the Ding Dong amount was wrong until today when I found the receipt.This store is in one of the poorest towns in MS. I don't go there much, but I hope this store is not doing this all the time.This is one of the only stores around & to not honor your price in the sign is messed up :(Especially when all of your customers are poor!

They are okay. Either they will have one cashier working a long line or you have to call a cashier to the register.
