Took my car there today to get an oil change like I always do.. the guy working refused to service my car because the plastic piece on my bumper is tore up from hitting a deer.. said I might call and report that wal mart did it and so he couldn’t change my oil. Mind you, the hood latch nor anything on the hood is damaged. Will not be going back.

I don’t appreciate the old man at the door checking my receipt to make sure I paid for everything I have been shopping at Walmart for over 20 years!!! and has never stole nothing in my life!!! Everything I had was in bags too so it wasn’t like I didn’t have anything in bags I do not appreciate it whatsoever!!!

I usually like Walmart. But not today. The employees doing the online shopping will run you over and will park their cart right in front of you were you are shopping! Then when I go to the register they were being very rude to the older lady in front of me, laughing at her in face 😡. How I know when I was checking out they were talking about it! Amory you have let me down

This Supercenter is older and smaller. Compared to others, it's as if someone's decided that here, we customers are especially boring, didn't spend money on new or better, probably hate choice, and laugh when attempts at quality come and go. It's astonishing to realize that years can pass while shopping where fresh food is just a small area, frozen foods are variations of starches in 2 short aisles, and the rest of the food is in cans, paper, plastic. The store is cleaner these days. Someday this might be a gem.

Staff was very helpful. Ada electric carts are in poor condition. Store was very depleted. Evidently management thinks that the store should only be restocked on midnight. Poor management decision seam to plaque all walmarts lately. I try to avoid all walmarts now.

I needed to fill a prescription for my granddaughter. Even though they were closing for work, they worked her in and got us on our way. This meant a lot to me. Then at the check out register, the lady was so kind and chatted with my granddaughter while she worked. Very impressive.

Grocery and pet food shopping. Finding many items are scarce. Diet / caffeine free Sams Cola has been sold out for over a month or more. I am diabetic. Also generic bladder pain relief tablets are hard to find here last couple of months; but, was glad to find 3 boxs on this trip.

We where told last night my son's medicine was ready we go this morning to get his and out other children's medicine and they tell us they are all out and they don't have the one they told us they had last night either. Plus the lady at the front of the pharmacy was rude to my wife

Have always had friendly staff helping me. The pharmacy and check cashing center are great. Was pleased to learn that while the check cashing center's systems were down that you could go to customer service and still get your checks cashed. This location stays pretty busy daily and despite the fact, it has remained pretty much well stocked. It's generally kept up and mostly clean throughout the store but due to the high volume of traffic in and out it is easy to accept the idea that it's probably a little challenge in maintaining the higher standards of cleanliness. The garden center is pitiful though and needs someone who actually knows and cares about plants. It would be a lot more convenient if they actually stocked garden soil inside the store or at least closer to it rather than what seems like a mile away from the garden center outer door which is usually closed and locked. Their supplies for gardening is extremely lacking as well. I know it's wintertime but these items are neccessary year round which makes Walmart NOT the place to go to for them. Other than that I don't have any complaints at this time. Target would be nice. I miss Target. Lol😁I've been asked if it's changed, referring to my above review and I am sad to report that no, it has not. However, the money services department has been fixed and working well to my knowledge within a day or two of the previous review given. With the weather here having several days and weeks of Spring-Summer like temperatures, my point about the pitiful management of the garden center firmly stands. And if Walmart would like to have a responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable person who is very passionate about plants and outdoor activities, products, etc., I'm available 😊. I can start immediately. In fact, if possible I'd prefer to come in grab a smock, and get right to it in the garden center cleaning it up, tending to the horticultural needs of the precious plants trying to survive, and of course, assisting any interested individuals in finding the products they need and selecting the necessary items to make their goals into a reality (goals of updating a patio, starting a garden, creating an oasis in their yard, etc.).

See you soon yeah I went to the Sporting Goods Department this time and Jaydon waited on me gave me quick service very friendly and very professional and enjoyed he he knew right where to go to get what I was looking for he did a great job and deserves a commendation for that's what makes me want to shop at Walmart is the kind of service and his friendly and great attitude that he has thanks Jaydon I appreciate your great service they need to give you a raise for doing being that kind of employee thanks again I'll be back I want to acknowledge Yvonne for such a good job caring about people and their situations she deserves an acknowledgment to that effect she's a great employee so thank you for such a good job Yvonne I'll be back again.

This is one of the better stores I've visited. Much better than Columbus. They are well stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Horrible horrible horrible, I bought a cpl foam heads n when I found them they were on the ground a lil dirty but I didn’t mind got them hm an they didn’t work for what I needed. No problem they have the tags on them they were in bags I had no problem bringing them back but I misplaced the receipt. The store manager said I couldn’t get a refund An told me I can get the f out of his store. I will not shop here ever again An I have always gone to this Walmart I have filed a complaint with headquarters. An I will take my business elsewhere. Honestly I have only ever taken back 2 items in my life bf. This is really upsetting. Also their bathrooms were absolutely disgusting 🤢 and smelled

Well my last visit there was not good . I came to get a prescription filled for my daughter and never got it filled because whoever was in charge didn't never make the call to get it transferred from the barnes crossing Walmart so my daughter had to do without so I will b using Walgreen's for future prescriptions not happy at all I know I should have gotten some names

After covid it is next to impossible to get a job here. The hiring manager is never anywhere to be found and everyone refuses to call, text, or leave her a note. They don't meet you halfway and call back basically you're expected to apply and hire yourself because from what I can tell they cannot be bothered. This is ridiculous what is the general manager doing what standards do you set for the employees that you've hired never in my life has it been this difficult to get hired anywhere Walmart Amory needs to purge its current management they are lazy and don't care.

Honestly if you've seen one Walmart you've seen them all. It's the kind of place we go to if NO ONE ELSE has what we're looking for, otherwise we avoid it like the plague. As with most Walmarts there aren't enough employees for the warehouse sized store, there will be over 20 checkout lanes and like 2 will be open, meaning the line is so long it takes forever. The self checkout is no different, its lines are just as long. My father took an oath to never go there again! Okay that last part was a joke but I think you get my point.
