My 85 year old dad that lives alone had a thermal coupler go out on his 3 burner propane wall unit on a Saturday after 12:00 noon. After I called them and they said they closed at 13:00 I knew I wouldn’t get there on time. Not only did they wait on me (it was their last coupler of that size) they encouraged me to do it myself ! I had no problems replacing the broken part!!!! Michael and his coworker are to be commended for their compassion when the elderly need it most during an ice storm. Sincerely,Marie Dendy
