My experience was awful today. A woman was arguing with the people that cook in kitchen about fried chicken. She say she had ordered 2 of their 16 piece mixed chicken. But noone wrote the order down. Then I had to wait so long to get my 8 piece mix.

If you are shopping at this place please check your “Best Used By Date” and look at the prices. On the best by date, you are going to find it either out of date or very close. Next on the prices, they are high…..don’t take my word for it check the prices next time you at Wal-Mart, don’t believe me check the Folgers coffee, Food Giant Aberdeen, over $11 and Wal-Mart less than $7.00 for the exact same product. Everything is higher, pack of Martha White cornbread mix, Food Giant Aberdeen $1.25, Wal-Mart .75……and on and on.What’s really bad is you pay the high prices and get home and the best by date is either out or going out in a day or two. Again, don’t believe me, check for yourself. I’ve stopped going in there. My money is better spent getting a better product.As for the deli, check the cleanness/personal care of the people, how many flies do you see…..that will tell you all you need to know about your food, same with Amory if not worse.

Aberdeen Food Giant is hands down my favorite grocery store in our area. Clean, always well stocked and competitively priced, this store has associates who care about the customers and their workplace. You have to try the deli fried chicken!

Our choice for grocery shopping in Aberdeen. Friendly service most of the time. Some items cheaper than Wal Mart, most a little more but save the drive time. Deli has Good food, low prices. Produce us their weak link. Buy fruit elsewhere.

Hard to locate some items in store. Higher prices due to it being employee owned. Delicious food and plate lunches at their deli. Would definitely recommend the deli but not as happy with the grocery prices.

Worst store ever! They forgot to give me an item I purchased, got home and found it wasn't in my bags. Called the store and no one answers the phone in 4 tries. Finally got a deli lady who said she couldn't help or couldn't even give me someone to talk to. For an employee owned store, I guess they don't care about their customers.

This store is small. Had little variety and there prices were horribly expensive! Less than a pound of frozen fruit for eight dollars? Crazy. Skip this store and find yourself a Walmart Supercenter. Seriously. Don't come here.

Produce is never really fresh and does NOT last! Ground beef and ground chuck are always full of fat and an ungodly amount of water in it that cooks out and pretty much boils ur meat instead of frying it!

Go there because close to the laundry we use the laundry has great attendant clean. The giant is much better since they acquired better medical chairs
