Exceeded my expectations! Kelsey the tech was bright, personable, smart, kind, interacted with my furbabies in a way to set them up for success, and was efficient. Dr Quillen performed a thorough nose to tail exam, including an otoscopic exam regardless of how the ears looked externally, was kind while also being honest about their health and educational in ways to improve with recommendations to maximize their quality of life. Sara the tech wasn't in the day I was, but from personal experience I know that she is caring and smart and all around awesome. Melinda, up front, was efficient and nice too. Their schedule availability is superb. Their costs are reasonable. The cleanliness is and anesthetic is good too! My furkids were way more comfortable there than I had anticipated. Truly, I highly recommend!!

Our cat had got stuck somehow in the top of the garage door when we were gone at work. Came home to find him there, unsure how long he been there. He couldn't use his back legs and we decided to bring him in the next morning. The staff was quite helpful. They made room to squeeze us in right away and did Xrays and gave him some medication, as well as pain medication. He's now doing really good. We weren't sure if he'd walk again but has been improving g everyday and now walking. Good clinic, but unfortunately had to come up with money to cover the bill before we left. In situations like this (emergancy)... I wish they had been more open to more options for payment.

Every time we visit for an appointment I feel like the doctors do an excellent job of really hearing my concerns and priorities. They take the time to work through treatment and health plans in a way that answers all my questions and makes me feel confident that we are doing the best by my dogs. They are priced fairly, and do an excellent job of following up on any questions or to check on my pups. Best care I’ve found in the area!

I bring my three little Guinea pigs here for a yearly checkup & only needed to once for an eye irritant for one of my little piggies. The staff has always been so helpful. You can tell they really love what they do! They also taught me how to use their app to set up reminders for grooming, ordering meds, etc. THANK YOU!!

Dr. Dan has been great with Sophie! Unfortunately, sincerely change of of front desk staff the customer service is horrible. The last 6 months dealing with receptionist has been the issue- absolutely no customer service. Example of what I usually deal with when I call-- today I call to get my dog an apt to get just get bloodwork done to get her thyroid meds. Put on hold "for a minute" actually 10 mins then hang up and call again this time the woman said there were no appointments until May. I go all I need is bloodwork to get thyroid meds. She said I needed to do a wellness check? My dog was there about 6 months ago. I said I do not have time at this time to do a wellness visit but will make appointment later. This time, I just need thyroid meds because she will be out soon. Receptionist sighed and said, "let me put you on hold to ask someone, I said no call me back."I had 15 minute window before my next client when I first called to make a quick appointment. She already wasted 13 minutes and now wanted me to hold again. I had a client in 2 minutes and told her "no, call me back." She never did so called a vet closer to me and within 3 minutes have a vet appointment for Monday.I have gone to Zumbrota Vet for years even though I live in Rochester. I trust Dr. Neitz, but will never go back with the new staff.Will be calling for them to fax records to new vet today.

Dr. Nietz performed a TPLO surgery on my dog that had a torn ACL and the results were more than I could hope for. He and his staff were wonderful through the entire process and I highly recommend them for any veterinary needs.

They were so kind from the start of the appointment to the end. I am truly so thankful for this veterinary team! They were able to make time during a day full of appointments, to see our girl Ellie in between, when she was having some problems and we didn't know what was going on. It turned out the concern was much greater than we had initially expected, and their compassion and genuine care for her, and us throughout this, was incredible. They were able to get her the care she needed right away, while staying in contact with me throughout every step of it, knowing how worried we were. While picking her up, you could see how all the staff cared for her, and how comfortable she felt with them. It is heart warming to see how evidently this team cares for their animals, and ensures they get the best possible care. I highly recommend this clinic, and I will always feel safe leaving my pets care in their hands!
