When we arrived as the Dairy Queen location we were a bit skeptical because we just had horrible experience in Lafayette, Indiana.The great news is we had a fantastic experience at this location.It was really crowder, but the staff was able to take orders with a smile.Order was taken properly and received within 5 minutes.They handled the stress of multiple customers well and got a good product out in a timely manner.We had an Oreo Blizzard and a Hot Fudge Sunday. Good job DQ Crew!!!

We stopped here after a long day, just wanting to get a quick bite and some treats. The drive thru line was very long, but we chanced it. The line moved incredibly quickly and we ordered in no time. When we got our chicken strips, they were the best DQ chicken strips I've ever had. Mostly chicken with just the right amount of breading and they were hot! Just the way it should be. Our treats were well mixed and delicious. This is definitely a great DQ.

I miss living in a small town. The service was amazing even though a lot of prom kids and parents came in. I have never seen it so busy! The young employees were calm and very helpful. Well done, kids!

Just left Zambrota DQ a bit ago. The worst DQ experience, ever, and have been enjoying DQ for 50 or more years. Sanitation: awful. Strawberry topping dumped on back counter and floor, with other foodstuff strewn about foor behind counter and in seating area. Hard pressed to find even one clean table. Finally chose one that looked alright, yet was sticky, not wiped down. Seemed to be a young manager there, that was just watching, not helping the staff. Food: had chicken strip basket: they attempted to reheat old fries, so were cold & limp. "Toast" was afterthought, basically warm bread w/ warm butter-flavored oil. Chicken was hot, yet grease old, so not the expected flavor. Then staff approached us at 8:40(close at 9pm) to inform us they were locking lobby doors, so if we wanted to stay, we would need to exit the side door. This meant walking around the building to get to our car in a thunderstorm. We left. Chose not to have ice cream as is typical for DQ stop

Order taker rushed me the entire time cut me off multiple times and just plain wasn't friendly. If you're looking for decent food I wouldn't even recommend here the staff is the cuff of the pants they aren't even pants. Also their drive threw I'd so screwed up nearly impossible to get through with my car.

I always love Dairy Queen in the summer time...its been a constant tradition all my life and I love and appreciate the consistency their products bring. DQ keeps that tradition, nostalgia and summer vibe alive and is enjoyed by many generations and hopefully many more to come.This location is always friendly and fast.

Went through drive thru and ended up asking to have a blizzard remade, which they did, no issue. After the fact, I noticed the original was correct, the toppings were just all at the bottom of the blizzard. (Maybe a different mixing duration could help.) I Wanted to leave a thank you review, & apologize for asking you to fix it even though it was right, & my own mistake. That's true customer service. With apologies, a new loyal customer.

This place consistently skimps on the toppings. The owner must instruct them to or something, it's been this way for awhile. My wife was excited to try the new blizzard with gummi worms in it, and it had 1 worm in the whole thing. Cmon now we're not stupid.

Well, I was a bit disappointed in our experience. (1) my husband’s cone was stale. (2) I ordered a medium size strawberry sundae and it was very small. It was about even with the small plastic sundae cup. If I wanted a small sundae I would’ve ordered it, but I paid for a medium. Very skimpy portions. Thanks for almost nothing.

I went for the first time on Saturday and have to say that the level of service was outstanding. It was busy inside and at the drive thru and the employees were pleasant, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend!

Both ice cream and food are very good. A little more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but the exceptional service and tasty food makes the premium worth it. I have always received wonderful service by prompt and efficient workers, whether I order inside or in the drive-thru. I will continue to spend my money at a restaurant that values service with a smile.

Great location off hwy 52 for getting a quick bite or ice cream. Next to a gas station which is handy as well. Gas station is being remodeled or something so you have to go around back to get to DQ. Staff is nice and place is clean. You can dine in or go thru drive thru.

Staffed with a bunch of young ladies, our food was ready in record time! Very impressed. We were even worried about the wait because of the cheese curds we added to the order.

Good tasting food. Had a meal wrong, but they fixed the problem with no argument and were friendly and professional while redoing the burger. Highly recommend this DQ.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids of all ages. Families, teens, couples, and singles are all welcomed. Workers are friendly. Restaurant is very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is wheelchair accessible. It would take some navigating to get one into the bathroom. It would be hard but doable.
