Our family has been doing business with Zumbrota for over 60 years. We had a group of cattle hauled and one steer went down on the trailer. Had no issues getting on the trailer and was not over packed. The steer wasn't finished out completely but we had to sell as winter is tight for us. Bob Young said by looking at "pictures" it was 1,000 pounds and unhealthy. He was properly vaccinated and poured in accordance to our program and past the withdraw time frame. No signs of respiratory, no fever, no lameness and eating well no concerns. Bob then ignores our calls and finally low balls an offer at us for something he didn't even see. I'm very displeased and will not be returning to buy or sell our livestock.

Seems if they want more sellers / buyers they should fix a few things , firstly stop side meetings on the show floor, and separate replacement stock otherwise well staffed and courteous, being both buyer and seller, pricing is fair.
