Great place to deliver they go by appointment when they start unloading they are fast for dry van. Also they great overnight parking with portable bathroom outside.

I’ve been going in here for over 10 years. This place is run by a great group of guys that really put in a lot of time to ensure everything keeps running. It’s tough to find people as dedicated as some of the employees here.

It's a hit n miss. Sometimes your out quickly although I've sat here for 3-4 hours. It's tuff when you have 44,444 pieces 38 pallets to pick, usually takes a couple hours,but when they start loading it only takes m 15-20 min to get the green light. During the COVID BS it was alot worse,short help or people that wouldn't last a week so it has gotten better 👍😉

Our rate confirmation said the our pickup time was set at 15:00 on 12/14 got here the night before. Checked in about 7am and they said we were late. Paid a late fee and they said they would call us because they had to pick it. Been here waiting. They are taking their sweet time.

Missed appt due to previous load (coca cola in Eagan) holding me up so had to come next day, early am only to be worked in with late fee. Arrived 5am got a call around noon with a door done by 1230 out by 1pm. Safe to say come at your appt time.

Love delivery places like this one,after driving 650 miles is closed that don’t matter but you have plenty space to park and sleep like a 5 start hotel very quiet than you wake up early in the morning check in and you are ready to be unloaded i like it.

Slowly workers. The guy at the receiving had a attitude with me because I didn’t arrived earlier. Than he was really rude with me over the phone and even in person. When he realized that I was recording him,than he changed his attitude. I got charged a late fee cuz I was late to the appointment,$100 which is reasonable. This guy,named Donald,messed it up all the paperwork and seals and he didn’t care to put them in order. He also put a seal when he wasn’t supposed to do it(other pick up). That seal was ment to be after the second pick up. Because of him I might have problems at the delivery at Walmart which everyone knows they are very strict.

Nice people. Quick to unload. Only complaint are the poorly lit docks in back. Slippery incline and can't see the lines to get backed in quickly without having to adjust

I pick a lot of ice cream up here. In the summer they get backed up but fall and winter time your in and out. The guys who work there are awesome and friendly.

Checked in the night before a 10:00am appt. They called me at 6:45am and was unloaded by 7:30. Staff was very nice.

Once you’re in a door they move quick. Pending if your picking up ice cream was in a door at 11:30am was out by 11:45am🤯

The short guy who checks u in can be nice and rude at the same time plenty of parking and the GPS takes u to the place but u hv to turn around take next exit no a right then go down about 2 miles mk another right there will be a big church on the left them no another right at the stop sign

Best to enter from Mn 60 onto 165th street. Make a right onto 445th. Follow it around to the front of the building.
