Joel and his staff were great with our bunnies! We had to wait a bit longer due to an emergency that came in but they let me know right away and kept me updated. Joel did a great job checking the bunnies and letting me know what to keep an eye out for and making sure they were happy and healthy. I will definitely keep bringing them back to all pets :)

Lady, our newly adopted 5 year old Maltese rescue dog, was given a thorough but relatively quick exam and her 'lump' turned out to be a non-issue unless we notice any change in size or inflammation problems. That was a huge relief to us.

I found this facility while looking for second opinions on my dog's surgery. Dr. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand, and the rest of the staff are great as well. My dog loved all of them, which was awesome because she was scared of some other vets that we've seen. They have gained a life-long customer!I've told many of my friends to bring their animals here. They really care about your pets!

Everyone (technicians and vet) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and fun. Appointments are timely and even start early if you get there at a good time-- our last appointment was 15 minutes long (which was a wonderful thing!) and addressed all of our concerns and needs thoroughly. Everyone clearly knows a lot about the critters they care for and they're so helpful. Treatments are really affordable too-- and I'm a college student (with a pretty sick kitten), so I typically don't have a lot of money to spare. I absolutely recommend going here to anyone in the area.Also-- your animals will love them. Seriously. My kitten's a fussy guy, and not once did he meow or even squirm when they were vaccinating him.

Dr. Mattson was very thorough in addressing our questions regarding our dog's medical needs. In addition, she discovered our dog had a slight ear infection that we were not even aware of. The vet tech helping Dr. Mattson was great also. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received.

This is the location I use for doing OFA certifications on my breeding dogs. Many places insist on sedation but being an olde english bulldogge breeder, I prefer to avoid sedation if at all possible. Dr Joel is great and very knowledgeable and friendly. Always a good experience.

Dr. Mattson was very patient and took time to answer my questions about my 3-1/2 yr puppy, mixed breed Border Collie and Heeler. She was helpful in suggesting and recommending things in regards to having my puppy. Very knowledgeable.

I hope to breed my Golden even though she isn’t registered. I want to make sure I do it properly, that she is healthy enough and has no conditions that she could pass to her offspring. I wanted to first check for hip dysplasia. Dr Ihnen made me feel comfortable that I was going about breeding in the correct way and never once made me feel bad about the fact that she wasn’t registered. (Her mom wasn’t therefore she can’t be either without being spayed ). He gave me suggestions for additional DNA tests that could be run.

All Pets Vet. did an amazing job with our Yorkie, Teddy. His lip tumor was removed & his facial expression was fixed. Teddy wore the lampshade, took his antibiotic, and pain medication like a champ. We've had no infection or problems. The doctor & all personnel were excellent. They were pleasant, caring, organized and communicated everything to us so we could understand. Dr Joel and the whole staff was absolutely amazing with my dog! Everyone was so friendly. They actually got down on the floor and played with my dog before and during the exam. My dog gets nervous going places and he was completely comfortable there. They are definitely our new full time vet! I highly recommend them!

Over the years we've seen Dr. Joel and recently Dr. Mattson. Both are awesome.Our beloved 9-year old Golden Retriever has been having seizures although her last one had been almost a year ago. She suddenly had 2 in a single day. It terrified us.All Pets got us in the very next day and performed a battery of tests and talked me off the wall of terror. Aria is a beloved family pet and incredible hunting dog. All the tests came back normal and there was no apparent cause, but Dr. Mattson walked me through theories and possible treatment plans if this continues. She took a LOT OF TIME with me. I think she sensed this 250lb 56 year old man was panicking.I had our two other dogs with me, and they were due for checkups/shots.Dr. Mattson and the staff squeezed the other 2 dogs in her appointment slot, which was ABOVE and BEYOND. I felt bad even asking. But they were super accommodating.But the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that all three dogs were comfortable and happy during the visit, and on the way home. Our dogs LOVE coming to All Pets. And our 3 dogs are so different from each other.Thank you.

Dr. Joel is the best. He talks directly to the pet in a calming manner to try and settle them down. He is a very caring veterinarian. My pup and I recently saw Dr. Joel's partner (whose name I do not recall at the moment) and just like Dr. Joel, she was very calming to my pup, talking to him directly while examining him.....she took the time to answer all my questions.....she is a great asset to his practice.

Hands down, best Vet ever. Takes time and listens to all your concerns. Dr. Joel is very friendly and personable. Very good with the animals and their issues. We drive by many vets to get to their office, we tried many vets in the area (many in Elk River, St. Francis) before going there. We will only go here with our animals from now on. (outside of an after hours emergency if needed.)
