This is the only Holiday I will get coffee at, you can tell they clean their auto-grind machines and keep them stocked! Brian the store GM has always been accommodating, and nice! Employee Garrett is questionable… I will say he does make a girl feel uncomfortable but after sticking up for myself I think he realizes I’m not the woman to mess with. My husband has also complained about Garrett, too. Someone to keep an eye on, that’s for sure!

Every time me or any of my female friends go here, we are made to feel VERY uncomfortable by Garret. He stares at us intensely like we are a piece of meat. I’m so uncomfortable I get out as fast as I can so his eyes can stop undressing me. I’ve finally decided not to go here anymore because it’s not worth it. I’ve asked my friends separately what their experience is, and they all say the same thing. Sounds like a lot of local females go to Casey’s instead, to avoid feeling uncomfortable by this guy.

I work right down the road and frequently stop in for gas, the workers are always friendly and happy to help! Garrett is wonderful to chat with and always brightens your day even if your having a bad one, if you need gas or anything in Wyoming this is the spot! Thanks guys! :)

I have worked at this location for 21 years now, The name has changed several times, but the owners are still the same and I have to say the first priority is, and has always been our customers. We value our customers, they are what makes us whole. A big shout out and a huge thanks to all my wonderful co-workers and owners who work as a team to make every day of work a pleasant place to be at. And to all our customers, without YOU we would not be who we are!

We've enjoyed the unlimited car wash package ($20 a month) for a few years now, and we continue to enjoy it, especially on our travels. 🙂But as a reminder, not all Holidays have car washes. 🚙

I visit this Holiday a few times a week and the morning crew Chris and Kelly are awesome!! Stevens super sweet! They always have a kind word and are always so helpful!!! I hate having to put this in the review but seriously there’s a couple employees on the evening crew (Sonya and Garret to be specific) I just feel like if you don’t like your job get a different one! They seem to find a problem where there isn’t one and helpful and friendly are not words I’d use to describe them. I know working with the public isn’t always fun, people can be rude but if your job description includes the words CUSTOMER SERVICE please really think about what that means before you decide to get a job strictly work with the public. Your job matters and you can make a difference in someone’s day if you could take notes from your coworkers (Chris Kelly and Steven) and serve your customers!!!

This car wash is horrid! 14 00 and it rushed my van through its still dirty and wet. Dryers didn't do anything. I'm currently getting another was at KwickTrip

This is the first time I have been to this Holiday and only Holiday I have ever been to with a liquor store. My Bad for not knowing or seeing a basic white sign on one of the two doors right next to each other. Better yet, while I was in there I got to listen to the three clerks talk about how people (me)should better pay attention. And I saw at least two more people do the same thing I did.Clerks be more respectful. Holiday, find a better way to advertise the liquor store door vs c-store door.

I called today to see if they had any 20 lb. ice bags, during my call my signal got lost for a second and she said she couldn’t here me. I apologized and asked if she could hear me better now, then she told me “yes but you need to hurry it up and talk faster.” So in return I told her “Never mind I will go somewhere else, bye.” I have never been talked to like that on the phone with a freaking gas station. That was the rudest service and I will no longer ever go to that gas station for gas or anything ever again.

Shopping here was a joke! A clerk who was filling shelves overheard me say to my husband that I picked up a $1.00 cookie dog bone from Tobies and than proceeded to ask me as I stood at the counter with my husband as he checked out if that was my dog bone, which I had tucked back into my pocket. He was basically accusing me of stealing a little cookie dog bone! To make the experience better, I was trying to buy some scratch offs and the clerk behind the counter had no idea what to do! He have me the wrong scratch offs. Thank God I don’t have to come over here often!

Staff was great, my jeep broke down just before pulling in, they allowed me to park it overnight and get it in the morning. Very polite and helpful people working there. I'll be stopping there on my way to work on a regular basis just because of the friendly staff. Thanks you guys are awesome!

I am not sure why there are other negative reviews on here but I have always experienced great customer service whenever I am here! I am greeted with a smile and they have everything I need to get me back on the road(usually a fill, doughnut and coffee;).

Paid for gas, never got the gas as the pump did not workAnd wanted us to pay againThink it was employee errorThey would not put him on a different pump and also said it would be 3-5 day's for a refund.So Many thing's were done wrong here and such a rude manager and would not even give me the owner's name

ZERO STARS for this shameful storeHoliday stationstores, Wyoming MNI had the police come to the Gas station. I went thru the wash once, it did not rinse my car off, I went into the store to tell them the cashier/employee said "I need to see it, and I need to see your receipt (he sold me the wash to begin with) then..he said pull around I'll rinse n wash it with hose in the car wash. I pull up, he tells pull up more, now back up, pull up more, "is your car in N? I said yes your tracks here are not working! Slam the door goes on my hood, "me.."why did you close the door!" I scolded him, he says back out n walks away. He wouldn't help me back out or hold the door open up off my car. Manager would not get on the phone with me. He was at home and told an employee to tell me "he'll call me tomorrow" 😧Be careful, this could happen to you...

This store was a big inconvenience and the coffee was absolutely terrible. It is the only Holiday that I have ever visited who does not accept EBT and I wasn't aware until I actually tried swiping my card twice. The customer service was horrible or on existent and I will never return.

This is a review for only one of there staff members Garrett he is was very rude threw my Id across the counter it almost went on the floor I have been in there multiple times and interactions with always ended up being rude he should not be working with the public
