It's crazy to believe we live in a world where people don't look after each other. Not to mention, looking out for the children in our world. Every day, children get kidnapped and never to be seen. But you would think there is some good in people to try and prevent those things from happening. Nope, I guess not. Today, I had the courtesy of meeting said heartless individual when I was trying to deliver product. I noticed I small child 4 or 5 years old, and I didn't see a parent insight. But I still had to do my job and deliver. I asked a Walmart employee to keep an eye on said child so that nothing happened to her. But the employee said, "I don't get paid enough to watch someone else's child." I responded with, "Yeah, but it's the right thing to do." Eventually, I finished my delivery, and the child was picked up by her father.I honestly felt disgusted by this employee's response and made my blood boil. Who would have such a heartless attitude towards a child.Do better guys if not for yourself but for the children who are still innocent to the dangers of this world.

I’m rating the carts. The carts need some major help; it’s a battle to get them to run straight. I shop at this Walmart frequently. I rarely find a cart that runs smoothly.

Not all lanes are open often, so expect a 5 to 15 min wait time to pay, not everything you need they have, but staff is very friendly and they maintain the store as organized as possible. Great deals! And from time to time they have great on clearance items.

The issues I encountered ranged from the consistently rude and unhelpful staff to the overall lack of cleanliness within the store.One of the most glaring issues was the consistently poor customer service. The staff, across various departments, exhibited a remarkable lack of courtesy and professionalism. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and attempting to navigate the store for basic inquiries became an exercise in frustration. It was evident that the employees lacked both training in customer service and a genuine interest in assisting customers. The attitude of the staff significantly contributed to a negative shopping environment, making the overall experience incredibly unpleasant.Equally disheartening was the overall cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof, within the store. The aisles were cluttered, and the floors appeared neglected, with visible spills and debris in various sections. The state of disarray extended to the restroom facilities, which were not only dirty but also lacked basic hygiene essentials. This lack of cleanliness not only reflected poorly on the store's image but also raised concerns about sanitation and the well-being of customers.Furthermore, the organization of products left much to be desired. Shelves were often in disarray, making it difficult to locate items. The lack of proper signage exacerbated the issue, contributing to a frustrating and time-consuming shopping experience. The aisles were congested with unattended carts and merchandise, further hindering the shopping process.While Walmart is known for its affordability and wide range of products, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the dismal state of customer service and cleanliness during my visit. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment to basic standards, leaving me questioning the management's dedication to providing a positive shopping experience for customers.In conclusion, my 1-star rating for Walmart reflects a deeply unsatisfactory experience marked by rude staff, a lack of cleanliness, and an overall disregard for customer well-being. Walmart has come a long way with customer service and returns can be done through the pickup area where you would pickup your order. If item was bought online you can choose the return it through the drive up. I really like this idea and it worked very well for me.

I had the worst experience at this Walmart (Worthington) As I went to self checkout to pay for my three items one of the employees walked up and asked did I scan everything. I then proceeded to show her my receipt and my three items. As I looked around I noticed people with way more items but no one checked their receipt. This was a discrimination situation. I was the only Black person in line. I called this business on the next business day, but I could tell the manager wasn’t concerned at all. I will NEVER shop here again!

We live in the farm and do grocery every week, we don’t get most of the stuff we need most of the time here and almost always empty. Some employees are rude, when ask questions most of the time they don’t know or they don’t work in that line, but when I was in high school, when I applied for job here, in one of their question was “how would you assistant the customer in the section you don’t work at” Ladies at the fitting room are also very rude.Edit: We lost personal item in Walmart and asked to see the cameras, but the customer services didn’t even knowledge us. They ignored us completely.

A great little Wal-mart with a large Hispanic foods section carrying foods and other items you can't get at many other Wal-marts! I wish I had one of these "Hispanic Community" Wal-marts nearby. Whenever I find them, or randomly happen into them while traveling for work, they always seem to have what the other Wal-marts have, plus more, often at a slightly reduced price from the next closest Wal-mart, too.

Produce was well stocked. Lines were a little long but expected with the season. Bathrooms were well taken care of. Staff were helpful in finding items. Electronics was low on staff so had to wait nearly 20 minutes for help.

Like all of my WalMarts I visit and review, this is pretty normal. It has a nice selection of anything you would ever need, yet sometimes items are out of stock. Prices are low. The building was clean enough, the staff weren't particularly friendly yet not rude. Human run check out lines are quite slow and there aren't enough self checkout lanes whe it's busy.Really nothing to complain about.

They wore open a hole after a month of moderate use and they refused to take the return!!!Update: I called the national support line (1-800-WALMART) and they assured me this store was breaking company policy and I am allowed to return these shoes, an incident report stating this being sent to store manager Joe J.

This Walmart is very poorly run. The employees are unhelpful. We were shopping for school supplies and we talked to three employees. None of them could direct us to the items we were looking for. One of the the employee did a deep sigh when we asked him. We eventually found it ourselves, but the employees should be able to assist us with this. The shelves are in complete disarray, which makes it difficult to find things. The aisles are very difficult to navigate from pallets in the middle. We almost got ran over by one of the managers with a pallet jack. They never seem to have enough cashiers at the registers. We do not plan on coming back.

One Star is being generous. Last night I went to this Location to purchase a new set of air-pods. I get to the electronics section and knowing all Walmart's have the same basic layout with some modifications based on building size or stock what have you it took me a few moments to even FIND the headphones. In the past I would be walking TO my destination in the store and i would have at least 5 employees ask if i needed help. But last night I was zigzagging in and out of the isles not a worker to be seen (except for the worker behind the photo counter, more on her in a second). It wasn't until I walked by the bathroom or whatever the little dug out area by the tvs is referred to but there was probably 10 employees just sitting back there not doing anything. So I finally went back to the counter hoping to get the attention of the worker just to let her know i was there and would be waiting by the display case. It wasn't until 2 more guests arrived that our presence was made known that the worker that she got on the radio to ask for help. well another 5 minuets go by and nothing happens until one of the nice gentlemen went to ask for help. At this point she comes to our isle and asks very rudely "what do you want" and he proceeds to tell her (he wanted a price check on one set of headphones and wanted to look and compare another) she then criticizes his selection and when he says to her you are being rude ect and what happened to the customer is right she said customers are never always right (great customer service by the way bravo) she then gets his product and starts to walk away but he said to her after noticing me waiting that i needed help but she again very rudely said one customer at a time. at which point another worker showed up i paid and got the heck out of there. Not gonna lie i should have waited to go to a target or best buy in the cities this weekend. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the original worker but its my hope she is reprimanded or something for this.

As a former lube tech of walmart, I can confirm these new guys are slow and don't care for their jobs. Waited for 30 min for them to start taking notes on the service. Makes sense that they can only be walmart lube techs.

We discovered a pound of hamburger in one of the drink coolers at the check out lane, killing our thirst and desire to return shopping here in the future. You just never know what you're going to get at any Walmart and this one is no exception. Here, you'll receive a sticky and leaking log of meat when you reach into a cooler for a cold bottle of water. The Fairmont Walmart is a much better option, albeit further away.
