Great people and great selection. There can be a premium price on some items but not a big deal considering they help you find just about any nut, bolt, screw, fastener, plumbing parts that absolutely no one else carries, and so many other unique items.

High prices, one employee who had no idea where things were located but was willing to grouse at me for walking in his mopped area (put some signs out), and another employee who had not had a bath in 2 weeks it would smell. One guy was helpful, and the checker was friendly. So that gets them two stars instead of one.

The parking lot is an excellent place to sit and knit whilst my beloved husband spends an hour deciding between the white doohickey and the beige doohickey.I used to go in with him while he looked at thingamies, but when I ended up aging a year waiting, I decided to just bring my knitting and sit in the car.Pro Tip, pack a lunch and a thermos of coffee while you wait.Note: I went in, got my own shopping done and dusted and still had time to wait. Great staff, quality products. Good store.

We called in November of 2021 and asked to get a quote from some pluming. We kept calling them back because they never called us, and they would tell me that it will be a couple weeks before they get back to me. I now called on February 8th and they told me that wouldn't be able to do anything until mid-summer.They need to call people and tell them if that is the case, just because they are short handed shouldn't mean people have to wonder what's taking so long.

Excellent service!! Staff called on two other staff members to assist to make sure I found the plumbing replacement item needed. Efficient friendly staff.. also given from the paint department!

Paint was marked 5 and 20 dollars for quarts and gallons of paint then a quart rang up for 25.99. Then young associate didn’t know how to mix paint. And instead of mixing the colors he said this specific paint couldn’t be tinted. My curious wife asked why and he said ma’am I’m trying to be nice but you’re really starting to annoy me. Awful service
