Not a good experience. 20 minute wait even though more than half the tables were empty. Somehow the cook managed to burn some of the food yet undercook others. Eggs were all dry and brown, bacon was completely limp and chewy, the French toast had NO batter on it. It was like eating lightly toasted bread with syrup. We had some things remade and they came out the exact same. However, The coffee was hot and the only thing good. Safe to say we will never be back if in the area again.

Came in for dinner late on 2/24/24. Waitress was late to our table to greet and take drink order after she was told we we waiting by another waitress. We ordered when she got there because she took so long. Never received our drinks. I did get my side salad. Our table allowed me to see the kitchen pass-thru window. Our food sat in the pass-thru for 10 minutes. Finally, someone told her that the food was ready. Too late. I found the manager, she was never on the floor, and told her what happened and that we were leaving.

We went to our local Perkins tonight (2/6/24) for supper with our two children. Upon entry, there is a large sign saying kids eat free on Tuesdays. We ordered, ate and went to pay the bill. I noticed on our receipt that we were charged for the kids meals, so before I paid, I asked about the kids night deal and was told that they are no longer doing kids night. I advised that they should probably remove the sign that says otherwise. The worker just turned and walked away from me.There should have been no confusion. We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals.

We came to Worthington to celebrate the baptism of my 9 year old niece, and her family wanted to eat at Perkins.We had a marvelous waitress - Reyanna! She was polite, respectful, attentive to our needs - our table was 15 people, and the service we got was as if it were just our family - excellent! I had the chicken tender melt (I know it is called something different now - but this is how I remember it). The portion size was just perfect - not overly full but comfortable! I recommend eating here as this restaurant can accommodate any table size for your group - and I hope you are fortunate enough to have Reyanna be your waitress! The only negative for me was the price - I hope inflation gets in check soon!! It wasn’t overboard but higher than expected.

We ordered food for 4 through the website to pick up at 6. Got there at 6 and they had given our order to someone else. They had charged my card already so we had no choice but to wait the 30 minutes it took to redo our order. The 2 burgers were just ok...the steak fajitas tasted burned and bland. Very disappointed but not surprised. It's more surprising nowdays when the order is right the first time.

the lovely hostess seated us we waitited a good 20 mins for nothing. being a waitress for 8 years I would have known better than to leave a table unattended, while I ate my food in their view sight. neither waitress or waiter asked for our drinks. as we left watching them stuff their faces I made the comment "must be nice."every time I try going to this Perkins it takes forever for the staff to come/ something is messed up/ food is over cooked/ or we're givin expired food.

I saw only two waitresses so the service was slow. The coffee pot brought to my table was dirty on the exterior. My food looked and tasted good. The bathrooms are old and worn as are the tables booths and carpet in the dining area.

Order was missing ingredients and food was so bad. Their mac and cheese is literally worse than craft. Food tastes like cardboard cutouts. Someone I knew work there and was told the employees are very inappropriate and the chef is extremely unhygienic. Wouldn’t recommend. All the dishes here could be cheaper just made at home with ingredients bought.
