We were traveling from out of state when one of our trailer tires totally shredded. My husband put on the spare and I found Graham Tires was only about 25 miles from where we were. I called and asked if they had the tires we needed, which they did. When we arrived, they took our truck and trailer back immediately while we waited in the lounge and also visited with another employee, who knew and worked with our friend in Minnesota. Tires were replaced and we were quickly back on the road. Thanks again for helping us while we were traveling! Great service!

These guys truly saved me when I had an unexpected problem with my car! I was 3 hours away from home and when I was driving through town I heard an awful grinding noise in the rear of my car. I was desperate. Luckily I found them about 10 minutes to closing on a Friday. They went above and beyond to help me. The head mechanic came in the next morning to fix my car. They even offered a loaner car so I could find a motel to stay. They were all so kind and understanding. My car was ready the next morning and I made it home safely. I will never forget how they went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! Thank you!!

Amazed by this guy’s, they took me even on their lunch break, I had flat tire 10 miles from them ON ai90, explained the situation , they took me and changed tire in no time , and on the end THEY DIDNT WHAT TO CHARGE ME ANYTHING! I was in shock, of course I will show my gratitude!!! Thanks guys I really appreciate!!!

Rolled in with a donut trying to get quick help so I could get back on the road before the snow storm hit. Guy at the counter knew they were busy so he dropped what he was doing, rather than pulling a technician or telling me to wait, he pulled my car into an empty bay and did the job himself so I could make it home before the storm. Truly amazing customer service! I would recommend these guys hands down.

Customer service was decent at best, but could not do an alignment for the life of them. Burnt through two front tires because of "mechanical failure" when in all actuality I had everything replaced with top notch parts, and after an alignment my car still burnt tires. Not to mention the outrageous price. A 50$ tire costs 100$ to install? C'mon.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Excellent service!! We called in 2 hours ahead of when we'd be passing by to see if they had trailer tires for our camper. They had the tire mounted on the wheel and the second spare ready to be mounted. We were only there for 15 minutes and on the road again. You exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

This place is great. Like so many other reviews I was traveling on the interstate when I had a serious tire problem. I called ahead and said I'd be by in a bit, they said they were busy but would get me in. They were busy and shorthanded and still got me in. I had to buy two new tires so I just bought all four cause the back ones were far from new. They gave me a good deal on four new truck tires and in less than an hour I was back on the road. My wife and I were headed to St James, MN from Nebraska. About 30 miles from Worthington, MN a rear tire blew and was shredded. After replacing the tire with the spare, we continued on our way north. We called Graham Tire in Worthington and they had the tire we needed. Upon our arrival, they were waiting for us even though they were busy. Tire was changed and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly, professional and service was excellent. I’d recommend this location. Thanks for your assistance!!

Came in desperate leaking transmission fluid while on a road trip. Can’t explain how helpful, friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable the staff is here!! Woody did an amazing job at the front from checking us in to keeping us up to date with what was going on. Brian and Jack got us fixed up and back on the road after tracking down a part and getting us fixed up. Can’t say enough good things. Nice lounge and they let us bring our dog who was road tripping with us in the lounge. Great customer service!! Thank you!!!!

I was traveling through Worthington when I realized my tire was flat. I came in asking for a new tire assuming it was too damaged to repair. The folks at Graham Tire checked it out, patched up the hole, and sent me on my way. They did not find any damage to the side wall and they did not charge me a penny for fixing the tire! Pretty amazing service for a customer who is not from the area.

I was traveling through town on my way to Sioux Falls for an important gathering when my serpentine belt broke on my vehicle. I was stranded when I gave Graham Tire Company a call. I spoke with Dylan C and he said they would take a look at it for me. Upon entering Graham Tire I was met by an employee I believe was the Store Manager he took my information and awhile later my vehicle was brought back into the shop for a diagnosis. Later I found it indeed was the serpentine belt which thankfully they had the part in stock. Shortly later I was met in the shop’s customers waiting area that is stocked with cold drinks a coffee, hot chocolate machine and a plethora of other goodies. To say that Dylan the Mechanics and the Graham Tire Manager did an outstanding FIVE STAR ⭐️ JOB for me would be an understatement. As a US Army Combat Veteran I was in a tough situation and these guys came through! So Dylan and the guys at Graham Tire Company that helped me today!! Great people, friendly, straight business. Waiting times can be long, not a lot of parking for big rigs(1-3 max unless bobtail), ample parking for cars/pickups. Wait times depend on what's being fixed, expect 1-1.5 hr wait before you get started on. Expect to spend 2-3 hrs including wait time. 2-22.5 tires brand new, $800 OTD includes mounting and disposal. Appointments recommended but walk-ins welcome. Country setting!!

Shoddy work. Last year I needed new rear tires for my RV. Initially, I was satisfied with the cost and the work. But within 500 miles, a rear wheel cover fell off as I was driving. Fortunately, I was going under 30 MPH and in a town, so I could retrieve the wheel cover, although it was dented and bent. I discovered that both of the custom chrome nuts holding the wheel cover on that wheel were gone, and only one remained on wheel on the other side. When I returned to Graham Tires, they refused to accept responsibility for their not having tightened the nuts adequately, dismissing me by claiming that road vibrations must have loosened the covers and it wasn't their fault. However, I had driven that RV over 25,,000 miles without losing a single nut before Graham Tires changed the tires. Yet fewer than 500 miles after they failed to fasten the nuts fully, 3 of 4 nuts fell off! Graham tires did NOT tighten the nuts adequately, and they failed to accept responsibility for their shoddy work. Those chrome nuts were custom and came with the new RV, so I have not been able to find replacements. I will NEVER go to Graham Tires because they do not stand behind their work.

After I had my tires balanced here, the car started pulling to the right. Since this issue began after they worked on the car, they said they wouldn't charge me to resolve the problem.I took the car in and they found the alignment was way off. Then charged me $75 for it after telling me it would be $0.Poor customer service and communication.

Came to get a alignment here and their alignment tech didn't know how to work on adjustable camber kit...okay, why they even hire you.He finally got it all adjusted but took a long time and also end up stripping the bolt. Smh.My steering wheel wasnt even dead center.Dude probably rush everything.Don't come here for an alignment.

My friend stopped here because her tire pressure was low and her tire gauge was registering wrong. They checked her tire to make sure it didn't have a leak and cleaned off all her windows (which were covered with ice). They were super fast and great people!

I need a second opinion about a car inspection report from another place(which would charge me $3000+ on replacement). They took it seriously, check my car immediately, showed me all the car parts with problem, and offered reasonable suggestions. I saved some a lot of time and money there.

Had a broken transfer case and had asked for a rebuild/used one and they didn’t listen and ordered a brand new one and refused to change it. When told the estimate I was told it was a used one when it wasn’t. Completely did not listen, now paying a bill that is way to high because they didn’t listen. Never going there again.
