Building was 84 degrees, am I at a sauna? Asked for a cup cake (cup of cake, extremely common at other branches), employee charged me, then gives me 2 dishes of vanilla soft serve? Not necessarily angry that you don't have the cup cakes, but maybe train your employees to know not to charge someone without fully understanding what the customer is asking for?

Not much to be impressed by here. Service was slow meaning there was a lobby full of customers waiting for food and treats. The air was hazy from smoke and it felt nasty to be there. I honestly don’t think an adult was working, and wasn’t sure how long it’s been since one has worked here. Soda machine was broken meaning when you ordered you had to say what drink you wanted and they would fill it.

How do you give my daughter her ice cream cone and a juice but forget the whole hamburger. Forgot the entire meal. We asked for a kids meal and somehow they didn’t give us the meal but still charged up for it? Rest of the order was fine but now my daughter did not get her food. Dumb

Facility was filthy. Sticky floors, tables haven't been wiped down.Food quality was horrible. Chili looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Hot dog was cold, fries were stale.No ice in the fountain machine, no lids for drinks. Absolute train wreck.

The parking lot and drive through is not set up efficiently. We opted to go inside and waited 10 minutes before we saw an employee to take our order. The lobby area had a large puddle of water and the rug was saturated. As we got our drinks, I noticed how disgusting the napkin containers were and they were also empty. The cleanliness issues didn’t stop there however, both of the bathrooms were also filthy.

Ice cream tasted like how Dairy Queen always would. Creamy, soft, and tasty especially for soft serve. The strawberry mix in the Royal New York Cheesecake was very awesome! Best treat I’ve had in a while and it had to be Dairy Queen once again!

The service of this Dairy Queen is very terrible and takes to long. Not just to get your Food but sometimes to even order it. Sometimes The Employees won't even acknowledge The fact your in the Lobby waiting to order your food. At The time of this review there was only one or two other families in The store and our food still wasn't delivered for 10-15 minutes. We had 2 burgers and some chicken tenders and that shouldn't take longer than 8 minutes. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen to anybody who asks me if they should try it.

Ordered a double burger with fries. Took a long time to get order only to receive it very cold. Took it back and the fries then came back good. The burger was microwaved and was so hot I had to let it cool off before I could even pick it up. Hot Mayo, lettuce and tomatoes, gross. I went to their website and wrote a complaint. The General Manager apologized and offered me a free meal next time I get to Worthington. I accepted however a bit skeptical because I was told to just identify myself because the whole staff knows my name and the nature of my complaint.

It would be higher had the doors been open. After riding in a hot non air conditioned car 3 of my kids and I were looking forward to cool air inside. The doors were locked and the drive thru line was full. When we got to the order stand, we were informed they were out of the small cups for blizzards. Now I understand it's not the employees fault, but a little more planning ahead for hot days coming.

Wow. Awful service. The guy at the counter was nice and helpful, he just seemed new, is all. However, the person with the keys, who I'm assuming is the manager, was unhelpful and rude. They only have two doors into the place but one is locked, the other door is all the way on the other side of the building, on the same side as the old drive thru window. What I asked for the door to be unlocked towards the parking lot, they said they couldn't unlock it because it's a lawsuit waiting to happen since some kid got their arm stuck in the door from a cross wind gust.I told them, it's stated on the door, 'keep this door unlocked at all times during business hours' and they needed to unlock it since it's a fire hazard only having one working exit. They argued with me further, continuing to state that they can't open it because of potential lawsuits.I left without any help from her. But seriously, someone should let the fire department know. That's not ok that they have an exit blocked.Also, a sad day but I didn't get my blizzard/sundae coupon from my $7 meal, my son didn't get his correct order and my gravy cup was not the normal size, it was a small ketchup cup. But I'm more irritated about the door being locked. It's not safe.

Food was good and hot as well as tasty, we ordered a pup cup for our dog and while most DQ's will give out ice cream, usually with a dog biscuit this location actually put an entire Chicken strip/tender in her ice cream which made it extra special for her.

Dairy Queen has always been great for ice cream and we know that. Let's talk about the other food. The chicken strip basket is really tasty, but what really won me over is the burgers. Fast food burgers seem to get cheaper and cheaper in quality. I have ordered several cheeseburgers from here over a few months time and they're always fantastic!! I ordered the #5 (double cheeseburger meal) and the young man working suggested the $6 lunch as it's the same but includes a sundae for a lower total expense. Very helpful staff overall and good burgers.I'd go 4.5 stars if I could. The only drawback was the wait is a little long if you're in a hurry. Staff has always been apologetic for the wait, but I believe the food is worth the wait!

Took 30 minutes to get our food and by the time I went up and asked about it, it had been 40 minutes with 4 people in line waiting to order. The food was cold and had no silverware. I went back up and waited another 15 minutes and watched 2-3 people walk out the door without ordering.

Last night, I ordered the classic 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. They must have known it was going to be bad, because they added an extra fries, a few extra pieces of toast, and an extra gravy. The fries were cold, the toast was hard and dry, and the gravy was the consistency of day old mashed potatoes. The strips seemed more fresh, but still not up to standard. Today, I’ve been unable to eat due to nausea and chicken strip flavored burps. There are better fast food joints across the street.

After sitting at the intercom for 2 minutes and no associate assistance we pulled through to the window where we were informed they were closed even though their store hours that are posted confirm a close time of 10pm. I understand we got there 10 minutes to close but this poor customer service is embarassing!! In the future if you're going to close early please turn your lights off, and if you see a car pull up to order have the decency to apologize and inform them you are closed for the night instead of making eye contact as they pull up and let them sit at the intercom.

Was bad we waited for over an hour and still got our order wrong...had new employees there that just looked at you while your sitting at the drive through and messing around only one manager and he was cooking not paying attention to the other employees. While waiting for our order there were multiple cars leaving just after placing their order for the drive through including more after we finally received a refund for our food. maybe day shift is different but night shift was not good at all!

Service was fine but the tossed bbq chicken strips smell so bad I had to leave this warning. I'm not that picky. I got a blizzard and bbq chicken. $16 later and the Blizzard was the only thing salvageable.

You have a worker named Rochelle, she is the only reason why you got 5 stars. It was just her an some guy who didn't know how to do anything an stood around. She was swamped with people an she still kept her cool. Also she the kindest person I ever met. We had a big truck so we had to go in. The dude said we couldn't eat inside, but she saw that we had a truck an offered to us to eat inside so we didn't have to drive an eat. It was basically only her working there... she needs a raise. 👏

I have noticed that the staff is very polite and kind to customers ( even when customers are incredibly rude in turn). I have been in Dairy Queen multiple times and have witnessed people storm out after waiting ONLY 3 minutes for ice cream, as well as call workers terrible names for tiny mistakes. It is clear that the stores system is outdated, which can slow things down at times, but the staff is always apologetic and does the best they can. I have personally worked fast food and can tell you the best and worst part of the job is the customers. Keep that in mind, when you rattle of an order and get annoyed that the worker didn't catch it right away, or complain about a small mistake. Instead, take a moment, ask politely and they will be happy to help you. You can't expect people to serve you if you don't at least respect them first. To all the Dairy Queens employees, keep up the great work and patience, hopefully it will rub off on your customers.

Went thru the drive thru. Upon starting to place our order the lady was trying to give us our total mid sentence. Placed an order for a 6 piece with a strawberry banana smoothie and a 4 piece with a medium s'mores blizzard she completely missed the 4 piece so we brought it to her attention she had us pull forward and wait. And wait. Upon getting home I opened the 4 piece to burnt toast and tiny nugget sized tenders and no white gravy. Very disappointing that the assistance manager gave us service like that. I wont be returning any time soon.

Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had waited about 40musn in line I’m not mad about that I saw how big the line was and expected it. My banana shake was water consistently our fries were extremely soggy and my chicken was inedible my dad was two cars ahead of me and told me they were making everyone’s drinks and shakes and ice cream and letting it melt as we waited forever to get to the front they were melting which explains my banana water you guys suck

I just made a order at 8:50pm of a chicken strip basket and found a big chunk of black hair in the chicken. I been going to the Worthington, Minnesota DQ for many years! And i never been so disgusted! I tried calling them soon after and they never answered! So disappointed!

We are a van-load of women on our way to Yellowstone from South Carolina and we stopped at DQ in Worthington MN and they were the best. The manager was awesome. She got all 9 of us through the line quickly so we could get back on the road. I wish we had gotten her name. Thank you!!
