Maybe this is the first Casey's or maybe the QC folks haven't been around in a little while. The crater filled parking lot had me thinking I was at a TA, and the awkward layout to get to the high flow pumps will have the spread axle guys squealing, literally. Make sure to bring your fuel mitt, the pumps are disgusting.. thankfully the inside was up to par and the great Casey's pizza is the only reason this review got three stars. Next time I'll probably hit the QuikTrip across the highway.

Absolutely disappointed isn’t the word I repeated my order multiple times. And I’m the end I didn’t get what I ordered. I order a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and a different sauce and instead of getting the sauce they literally gave me nothing… I will not be returning not only that the clerk working the register was cussing the entire time I was in there waiting to pick up. Very unprofessional..

This must be an older Casey's. We came for diesel fuel for Ms. Coach. It was fairly easy access for 60 feet in length. The parking lot needs work. Lots of pot holes. There was a lot of trash on the ground and the pumps were very dirty. The store seemed very well managed and the staff was friendly. We picked up two wraps and Casey's potatoe chips (Very Good). We came here because if our TSD fuel card. We'll need to stop at more Casey's in the future.

The cashier just left with people in the store to smoke weed in the parking lot. Just left us all waiting in line. I finally just left and saw him sitting in a car smoking a bowl with a buddy.There was a little kid in the food prep area blowing up rubbers gloves and we could hear someone yelling at the little kid, but never saw anyone.

This must be that Paublo pos person people are talking about. How he's still working there after the complaints? I don't know. All I know is that I'm not coming back there because of him. And if I'm ever forced to be there somehow, I'm walking in there with a baseball bat. I don't know if he's used to customers responding back at him or not, but I give back that same negative energy. For my own safety, I'm not going in that hidden empty truckstop. And by safety, I mean preventing myself from going to jail because if he ever brings that negative energy towards me again, then it's on. Either needs meds or he has some F'ed up look on life. Either way, he tested the wrong one that day.

They should fix the scanners so they can read my mobile app rewards code. The guy working Wednesday afternoon didn't even try lol. Oh well, I was there for the EV chargers. They are FAST! Otherwise no hot food anywhere to be found. Our local Casey's has pizza, brisket sandwiches, cheeseburgers, etc. They had an OK variety of cold wraps and such.

I was behind the store charging. I went in once to scope out the food, a second time to go to the bathroom, and a third time to buy food. The third time I walk in, Pablo starts harassing me that I am walking on the floor after he had mopped it. I laughed, thinking he was joking with me. He continues to get louder, yelling at me, telling me not to be laughing because it wasn’t funny, and then making comments about how I am not even his customer, even though the EA chargers out back are part of Casey’s. He was loud, aggressive, rude, and made me feel unsafe in the store. I turned around to walk away and asked the other worker if Pablo was messing with me. I just couldn’t believe I was being treated that way. The co worker told me that I wasn’t being joked with, and that is how Pablo is. That kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Customer service was great. She was very friendly and even gave advice on what diesel pump pumped the fastest. Store was well stocked and looked clean. Looking forward to trying the Dorito dip that I purchased.

Almost an hour trying to get diesel, 2 charges to credit card then told pumps were down. Put signs on the pumps instead of jacking around your customers. Left with no diesel.

Ordered pizza and told 15 minute wait, arrived precisely 18 minutes later and gathered a few other items and was told it would be another 7-8 minutes. Went outside for 10 additional minutes and after returning I was told another 6-8 minutes because he was "doing a good job". The dude making the pizza was clearly under the influence of something. It sucks because I really really wanted casey's pizza that night but I gave up..

I walked over from the motel behind it to get coffee. The cashier was rude. I purchased2 Starbucks coffees the sign said 2/$5. I assumed you could mix and match. They both rang up at over $3.00 and i said they are2/$5.. I said yeah i have 2, she proceeds to tell me well i dont know what the sign says. Im like ok so i go grab 2 glass bottles and put the can back. Ok cool now i know you can't mix and match. Your cashiers should know that as well. She also sold a man 4 pizzas, she went and asked the lady who made them a question about the reciept. All she had to do was flip it over and thats exactly what she was told. She told the customer well that was just rude. I thanked her for being so kind and pleasant and she actually said your welcome. Lol. Yeah not a very nice welcome to Minnesota! Will be sure to avoid this location.Edit: i went back again today, same rude employee working. The Starbucks double shots had a sign still that said2/$5. I grab 2 and they ring up $7.00. I say there is a sign, shes like i dont know walks back to the cooler with me and rips the sign odf. I walk out the store and she yells bye bye. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Stopped by here on my way home from sioux falls tonight and at 10:50 all the lights were shut off and people were sitting in their cars... ... Now if a place says they are open until 11 I think they should be open and making sales until 11. Went to holiday instead.
