First when I got there all three people didn’t come to the window for like five minutes because they were talking to someone at the other window.I got a frozen cookies and cream and it was hardly blended so nothing came up the straw and it tasted like water plus I asked for no whip and they gave me whip.

I’ve gone a few times and each time new disappointments… They don’t offer a full menu, so no GF egg and provolone sandwich for those who are unable to have gluten, they were out of stock of things the next two times, and the last time got an iced vanilla white mocha, specifically asked for whipped cream and what I was given was so skimpy they could have used a flat lid instead of a dome. If people are paying $7 for a drink, don’t be so skimpy. I had such high hopes for this location too because I usually love Caribou..

Every time I go my drink is filled with ice. I even took the ice out and my drink was not even filled to the black line on the cup like it is supposed to be.
