Every time I use the self checkouts the attendant comes over and stares me down... I asked her "you gonna watch everything I do?" ..am I alone in this feeling? . I've been a customer at the Winona store since it opened and never did anything other than pay for everything I purchased. The store has everything on camera, I'm sure loss prevention people around the store... Is it necessary to stand 5 ft away and watch me scan my goods? I'm done doing Walmarts work... Done...no more self checkouts at Walmart.... EVER...!

If you are going to the Money Center you can count on waiting for over 10 minutes then being told the ONLY ONE who can do a financial transaction is at lunch and no one knows when they will be back. This is not the only time this happens at this store. They definately are not customer service driven at this Walmart.

Yes. Very good deals. Very good toy section. I've bought many collectible figures from this location often that other outlets didn't have. Very nice. People are nice. Love this.

I would highly recommend if you need any repairs on your vehicle to search for a reputable shop because walmart is not! It might cost a little more for repairs but in the long run it will be cheaper! Years ago had my oil changed at winona walmart and when I got it back had a oil leak immediately after, took to another shop and all the oil pan bolts were tightened so tight it blew gasket out and distorted pan flange. Brought it to walmart and they said they would not reimburse because there mechanic would not touch those bolts because that's not part of oil change. Now my daughter has had her oil changed twice, she advised me of this after the fact. Last oil change almost immediately leaving store engine light came on and other lights, this is when she told me about it. Ended up being something that had nothing to do with oil change, advised her to never take the car there again after the experience with my oil pan. She now needs a oil change again and took it to a mechanic they informed her they couldn't get oil drain plug out because head was rounded off.

I took my car to the auto center to get recharged. I was told my battery was not good I was recommended a new battery after I told the associate my battery was just dead & I was told that I couldn’t get it recharged for safety reasons. So I got a jump by a stranger and my car came on so I was confused because I was just told my battery was no good. After that I went to part store to get battery tested and it tested good. I really believe Walmart should re-train there associates especially if they are working on people cars.

Unbelievably awesome customer service at the Winona Walmart. I had a return of a large item just out of the return period, yet they stood behind me! Thank you, Coach Sara, David, Trey, and Sammy! You have made me a loyal Walmart customer for life! Your kindness, understanding, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I cannot thank you enough.

Thank you Wal-Mart for being friendly to the disabled community .. And for being service-animal friendly.. Not every disability is visible .. Not every service-animal is a German Shepard.. My toy breed is trained (AND A REGISTERED SERVICE DOG) as an alert dog .. SHES ALSO CERTIFIED.. I have a heart condition that causes syncope ( fainting) ..when I "go down" my animal is right there, on my chest, barking.. The ID card that's displayed on her service vest has a bar code when scanned has her info, my info, and medical condition(which I have a doctor's note for ).. I also need a cane as my legs are very weak .. But yes I do walk " upright" and not confined to a chair .. Wal-Mart has always understood this and never made me feel awkward or even questioned me.. I appreciate this store so much as it has allowed me peace of mind and independence to shop..

Every time you go ask for help they run from you or they don't know where it is or they won't even look shelves are not fully used to be checkouts you have to wait in line too long they don't care how long it is they won't call anybody to help and a lot of people don't like to do this self-serve check out I know I don't I don't know what I'm really doing that's what cashiers are for but I do have to say you have some nice cashier ladies and guys but for the help to help you find something forget it

So I called Walmart to ask if they had a battery for my car I gave them the info on my vehicle they said yes if you purchase battery from them it's free install so wife and I go there drop vehicle off and do so.e shopping g as we wait 20 min later they call us back there thinking it's done But they tell us there unable to install battery due to they have to take front left tire off they said it's there policy they cannot do it because it's in the inner fender which it's 6 little screws now why would they tell me on phone but when I get there and wait 20 min they turn around and say they can't. Bad business if ask me ya know I get it if it's policy but it needs to be stated and not told yes and then be told No . Just lazy I guess Not sure 6 screws they do tires anyway. I guess there people not shown how to use screw driver.

I placed an order for delivery for a relative in need. Since I live several hours away, I figured I would try Walmart delivery because Aldi’s fees were quite a bit more (double+). I cannot say I would use this service again. The first driver showed up earlier than the text stated and never came to the door. I’m not even sure they went to the correct address. I tried texting and calling the driver back. The response received wasn’t even in English and the call went to voicemail. My text said the delivery would be there by 8:03am and the driver would meet at the door. The driver cancelled the order at 8:02, I had texted them prior to the cancellation, and they returned it to the store. I don’t know if the driver went to a wrong address, but his actions were not acceptable! The individual at Walmart did their best to correct the situation, but the system and use of a third party limited them. The second driver was much, much better than the first! She was on time, communicated and the order was delivered. Using the delivery service, especially for the first time, was very disappointing. The convenient service was far from convenient.

I purchased a bed frame from Walmart and let me tell you it was the worst decision I have ever made. It didn’t last more than a month u till the legs broke and the bed frame wood cover broke. And they didn’t even want to make a return or refund for my be frame. I’m never buying a bed frame from them again.

This store repeatedly lets idiotic pet owners bring their dogs into the grocery/meat area of the store. Using the food shopping carts to sit their dogs in or they hold the dang dog, petting it, as they peruse the meat selection. NASTY & UNSANITARY! I brought up my concern to an employee at the store and was told that corporate policy does not allow for anything to be said or done, to remedy this. I won’t shop at Sam’s or Walmart again because of this. I may pay more to use other stores but at least I won’t have dog filth in my cart or on my food packages! There used to be standards but now we throw those out the window. No USDA meat inspectors anymore? This was not a service animal for a legit handicap person. Some little toy breed dog with its walking upright owner.

Like most stores these days grocery bags are avsilable to buy. I should think that the money saved by not providing plastic bags in addition to money made selling reusable ones, prices would be lower not higher.

They're constantly moving products. So I can never find anything I'm looking for. There's always pallets of product in the isles. Which makes it hard to maneuver your cart around when there are more than just you in said isle. Also, the day time shelf stockers are very inconsiderate. And will not move to allow you to pass through. I've had to turn my cart around on numerous occasions and go the long way around. Just to get to the end of the isle I started in.

Honestly Walmart has gone downhill. Fresh good produce extremely hard to come by. Staff not always friendly. Nobody is ever in the cake department. Great deals on clothes but food wise not great! I bought apples 2 days later all rotten!
