I ordered flowers for my sister that cost almost $80. I had to call twice to get my order delivered! Once delivered, my sister sent me a pic and I was so disappointed! I called Nola’s and was told she put her heart into the bouquet and even upgraded my vase. How can that be when this is the bouquet that was delivered?! I’ve worked in floral and this is not acceptable. I was not able to get a refund. I will never use this florist again!

Nola is incredibly helpful, and worked with me to build a custom bouquet for a pretty great price, given the size, and the fact that it was exactly what I wanted. The store is very cozy, with a great selection of flowers and small knick knacks. There's a pretty wide selection of pre-made bouquets, and the flower clippings to make custom ones. Highly recommend this store.

Nola is always a joy to work with and makes the most beautiful arrangements. My mother ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday, unfortunately she did not know I would be out of town for the next 4 days. When Nola called about my delivery, I told her I wouldn't be back in town until Monday. Nola was very flexible and said she would make me a fresh arrangement closer to Monday and would work around my schedule to deliver it when I was home. Great customer service!

My partner has bought me bouquets from Nola's multiple times and the quality always exceeds expectations. The roses are always richly colored and incredibly fresh and fragrant, lasting at least a week, if not more. They also dry well for those of you like me who hate to toss them out. They still retain fragrance once dried.

The flowers arrangements we for mom's funeral were so beautiful, the arrangements were big, and full of color and stunning . We were unsure of exactly what we wanted but did know what color scheme and which flowers we liked. Nola told us, if you would be alright with me " running" with my ideas and designing the arrangements I promise you will not be unhappy. She sure was right on that.!!! . We were so pleased and received many comments on how beautiful the flowers were.

Owner waited on me, whipped up a beautiful bouquet on the spot, asking me just a few questions regarding preference & occasion. Even offered to add some fun halloween embellishments to the custom birthday bouquet. The whole time I felt like I was talking to an old friend, not ordering flowers that she dropped what she was doing to create on the spot just for me! Beautiful & one of a kind - you can't find that level of care anywhere.

I called an hour before they even opened ! and Nola herself answered ! She was already busy at work creating a masterpiece to brighten the day of those suffering a loss . She was so happy to help get my order placed and for delivery today ! We spoke for several minutes and her passion for people and serving others was so clear and so refreshing ! I definitely recommend this flower shop and will likely find reasons to order flowers for my little sis again just to work with Nola and her shop again ! Call them directly before considering ordering through a major distributor, you will definitely get a real human interaction and help a local shop ! Thanks again Nola !

I contacted this florist because she was recommended and at first she was friendly until after I paid before the arrangement was created and completed. She couldn't find time for me to stop in and hand pick the floral I wanted in the bouquet I wanted to purchase so I did a walk in anyways to see what she had. The flowers she had were limited and most were already wilting. I explained my vision of the arrangement I wanted and she said she knew exactly what I wanted. Then when I followed up to handle delivery, she was very short with me several times on the phone and seemed annoyed. Let's just say that the arrangement was the complete opposite of what I was hoping for and cost over $200. I will never use her services again.

This was such a beautiful flower shop. It’s the last section of a building complex off the main road strip.You walk into a beautiful showing of flowers, bouquets and plants. The smell is absolutely delightful and refreshing!The owner is a lovely woman who will gladly help her customers out and give the best experience possible. By far the best flower shop I’ve ever been too!She made me the most beautiful Bouquet of roses. My girlfriend absolutely melted seeing them!If you come here, you’ll be getting the absolute best product for the best value and service.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Nola's Flowers. I had hired her two months before my wedding to do my flowers. I feel that I was pressured into making a decision and giving her a deposit towards my flowers because she had said that because I was choosing silk flowers, she needed to place the order right away. I told her what my budget was and she told me that she would do her best to stay within my budget. I called and stopped by several times to inquire about my order. Every time, there were no flowers, which led me to believe it truly was not necessary to have made my deposit so she could order the flowers. I also inquired about the budget and where we were at and every time I was told she would do her best. Two weeks before my wedding, I met with her, along with my wedding planner. She finally had a few of my flowers. I again asked about how much this was going to cost me and if the budget I was able to afford could buy what I was asking for. I could not get an answer. Four days before my wedding, Nola asked me to stop by and view the arrangements she had made so far. My bouquet was beautiful and my other items were beginning to be worked on. I inquired about the budget, again. This time she said, "Flowers cost money, you know and honestly I didn't realize you hired a wedding planner and not just any wedding planner, the best one in the entire coulee region and I'm sure you paid her a pretty penny!" She wanted me to pay her more than what we had agreed to. I explained to her that it was her job to tell me what my budget would allow me and she had failed to do so, multiple times. I didn't feel how I was choosing to spend my money was any of her concern but I told her I was not willing to go over my budget. She became angry and started to yell at me and said she "knew it was going to end up like this!" I explained to her that if I had to make a choice between having beautiful flowers and a wedding planner, I would choose my wedding planner because I didn't want my elderly, sick father and mother in law or my friends and family working on my wedding day. She behaved this way in front of me and my teenage daughter! Four days before my wedding, I chose to terminate her services, forfeited my deposit and thankfully, the wedding planner I hired took care of everything and my wedding turned out beautifully!

My wife and I recently celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with a trip to several stops on the Great River Winery Trail, starting with Garvin Heights Vineyards above Winona, where we met 38 years ago. I had a personalized vase shipped to the owner of the vineyard, Linda, and contacted Nola to deliver a flower arrangement resembling my wife's bridal bouquet. Linda brought the vase to Nola in town and she put together a beautiful arrangement. The flowers in the vase were delivered shortly after we arrived at the vineyard and my wife was so surprised. Awesome job Nola! Thank you so much for helping make that day so special!

I was a little agitated not being able to order flowers online for my sister bday and did NOT want to use one of those 1-800 companies that take more from small local businesses like this. I put on my big girl pants and called Nola’s (I’m generation no phone calls 😂) the gal who answered was incredible and although I had no idea what they would look like she assured me she had my back and would give my sister something great! And oh boy! Impressive! From the quality of call and the BEAUTY of the bouquet they put together! Stunning! I know for sure not being from the area I will definitely find more reasons to use them and make my lovies smile! Excellent job Nola’s! In these times of uncertainty you came through above and beyond! Wish I could send some to myself! ❤️

I was highly considering using her as a wedding florist but our experience in going over what we wanted for flowers was not the best by far. She was pressuring us to put down a deposit before we even told her what we wanted at the beginning of our first meeting. This was pretty much as soon as we came in the shop. She was really hostile and rude. When we told her what we were wanting for colors she immediately tried to change them to what she wanted to work with instead.. I had to correct her several times on what colors we were wanting to go with because every flower combo she would pull out of her cooler was what she liked instead (which was not even close to what we were showing her in photos). She very clearly did not care what we wanted but simply wanted our money locked in and to do whatever she liked instead of what we were asking for. Im am very happy I went with my instincts and got out of there. We ended up going with Alma Blooms instead. She did a wonderful job.

Ive have had nothing but great things to say about Nola. I gave her free reign to do whatever she wanted to do with my flowers. I explained i wanted bright and that i wanted the blue bom orchids. The day my wedding came my flowers were gorgeous and the bouquets were HUGE! She was very great to work with and ill remind people that yes flowers are spendy but you pay for what you get. I believe every penny was worth it! I wish i could post a photo of the flowers.

I ordered something right out of their books, I ordered the beads to be different color than the picture and the ribbon to be different color. I picked both the beads and ribbon from a box of the shop. I took pictures of the flowers, ribbon, and beads. I received a call from Nola herself with questions to confirm it. I sent her an email with a picture of the dress. I explained the flower had to be blue with no purple. She said she would paint it blue. I explained what beads and ribbon colors were to be, again to her. When my nephew brought the flowers to me they were purple, with the wrong beads. I called and asked why the beads we're different and she asked if the beads I picked out were from her shop?, I said yes and that I even took a picture of it. She responded with we did the flowers how we (her shop) thought should be. So now they areare how I ordered them. Not pretty but I can doctor them up. Oh and her price was $12 higher than what her worker quoted me. I don't suggest them at all.

Nola is very helpful in explaining the care of plants she sells often suggesting new ways of displaying them. Winona is fortunate to have this option of funk and fun to consider when buying such items for your home.

I was introduced to Nola while my mother was undergoing Breast Cancer treatment from my father. During one of her surgerys in Winona, my Dad thought it would be nice to have my mom wake up to some flowers so we went over to her shop to pick her out something. Nola welcomed my father as an old friend ( they had done business before) He introduced me and that is where our relationship bloomed. I can call her up anytime I am in a pinch and she has helped me out! From forgotten Mother- in- Law Birthdays, to thank you's to Co- Workers, She really makes it personal. She remembers always that my dad buys my mom plants vs flowers and that she likes owls. Today my mom received again the most beautiful plant with the cutest little owl put in there! ** Life long customers here***

Nola is an absolutely rude and detestable woman, during a snowstorm she decided to confront me about parking in front of her business overnight as i was brushing my car off. Firstly the signs state that overnight parking is indeed allowed from the hours of 5pm to 8am, the parking then turns into two hour parking for the mid part of the day. As I live directly above these parking spots I feel that I more than deserve to park there overnight (really anyone does as they are public parking spaces) but she seems to feel entitled to having a monopoly on theses spots? I would highly recommend staying away from this person and her business as she seems to conduct herself in a very rude and entitled manner.

Nola's Flowers barely last a few days. Nola herself is very very rude. There have been multiple times where she has almost hit my car trying to park and she flips me off. I will never buy from her again. She is overpriced for such awful flowers. She has sold me wilting calla lilies.
