Amazing Store, we were here for hours. They have the largest cheese wheels I have ever seen. The deli meat is so delicious, and the deli dept personnel are super friendly and accommodating. The food court is affordable and has delicious food. They have novelty candy. This is a trip you want to take with the family or with a significant other. The Wahlberg burgers are a must!. The bakery had the most delicious pastries, too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable! They double charged me at check-out. I supplied all proof within an hour of the sale. Got the run around until I finally called corporate office, they got me to store manager who made accounting call me back finally and she said there was nothing they could do "work with your bank and ask them why they double pulled it" I told her I spoke to my bank and they said "merchant double charged". Then the accountant said "well, it was a mistake, we didn't mean it". My God just give me a refund! I hung up disgusted. Zero accountability and they basically robbed me!

This store has been on a downward spiral the last few months.Bakery is highly inconsistent. Artisan bread is cracked, looks off, and wasn't fully baked one morning, then fine the next. Two of the case items were so covered in ice that they were inedible even though I was told it was made in house it's definitely pre made frozen. Seems like most of these items are just low quality pre made and full of preservatives for bakery items now.Merchandise is just all over the store with zero rhym or reason.Seafood just looks messy and gross. Trays of product just slapped in a case.Meat isn't much better.The only thing that keeps this store relevant for me is the occasional meat sale, when it looks decent even though most of the t bones I've gotten don't look legit and are freezer burned and probably re-labeled.At this point, walmart offers a superior and more reliable product, whether it's fresh or not, yes, walmart. There is no way this store is making money how it's being run and you can tell by the general demeanor of it's employees who are either fake happy or have just been there forever and don't know where else to work that there is something wrong. This used to be our neighborhood grocery now it's just a mess.

The store has a good variety of products, they have an extensive collection of cheese.The isles are a bit tricky to locate stuff even with the overhead billboards.I like the frozen section especially ice-cream.The in store help are awesome friendly and they know where everything is. Thank you Gloria and Alexa your help is much appreciatedIn general it's the best grocery store in the area.

Markus with the meat dept. Was awesome. He didn't have everything we had been told we would get with our meat bundle. But he substituted some things. And I was very pleased.

Store is always clean and employees are helpful. The prices are a bit high but the Hy-Vee brand is a great way to save some pennies. The floral department does an amazing job.

I went to Hy-Vee today for some of their Chinese food. I wanted to order two entrees and an appetizer. As I approached the food counter, the lady serving (Peggy) just stood there and looked at me, but never greeted me. After a few moments of standing there, she finally goes "WHAT DO YOU WANT" in the most callus tone. I explained "I know what I want to eat, but I'm not really sure how to order it." I kept explaining to her how I wanted my meal and she proceeded to tell me that I need to get a kid's meal instead. I didn't want a kid's meal because it was half the portion of what I wanted. She was completely not working with me at all to understand my order. She was being very stubborn almost as if she was working against me instead. Her attitude was very rude and her words came off dismissive. She also kept spitting on my platter when she talked. I politely asked her for a new platter. When I did, she threw the platter aggressively into the garbage and reached for a new plate. I asked for her name and she ended up telling me. I later asked if I could speak to a manager of and she claimed there "wasn't one". The reason I'm making this post is because Peggy has waited on me a few times before and none of those encounters were respectful or satisfying. I understand we all have bad days, but please, please, please, don't work with people if you make this a common occurrence.

Staff is always excellent. Usually a little more spendy than walmart unless you watch their sales. Small store so they don't have a huge variety for selection. Hyvee brand is always 💯

HyVee has a great fresh baked bread selection, and they are all delicious. Great meat department and their sale items are usually amazing sales. My girlfriend and I love shopping at HyVee.

Everytime we go to Hy-vee, we run into the same problems when purchasing fruit. There are never any “fresh” options. Strawberries are always too squishy or browning. Raspberries are dark red and falling apart or have mold. Blueberry’s and grapes are also always squishy or changing color. We shop there quite frequently (4 times a week!) and disappointed everytime with the selection. Do better in rotating these items or quality checking.

Clean and organized store. Very helpful staff. I stopped in to create a charcuterie tray the the deli staff made recommendations and let us try some samples. Everything they suggested was awesome.

Cannolis are supposed to be firm yet soft, not break apart like glass, into a million pieces, when you bite into it. What, was this last year's freezer burnt. I know you can do better.

I am averaging this review out to account for my brief time as an employee here and my general impressions of the store overall.Hy-Vee is a decent grocery store with a very good bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a wide variety of products that one would expect to find in any major grocery store. In addition, in general, the employees are very friendly and helpful when one has questions. However, I feel that their prices are a bit higher than reasonable, and I always feel like I am spending $10 to $25 too much after I shop here. Overall, I would advise you to shop for your baked goods, breads, and fruits and vegetables here, but to go to Aldi, Midtown Foods, or Walmart for your other items.Transitioning now to how they (managers, fellow workers) treated me during my daylong stint as an Aisles Online Shopper in November 2022. While I got a decent first impression from the Store Manager (Chris Schultz) who hired me on, both the Accounting Manager/Human Resource Manager (Stacy Williamson) and the Aisles Online Manager (Miranda Bennett) were so authoritarian and condescending that I decided to quit the job the same day I began. The job only had two saving graces, (a) I had very kind co-workers and (b) I got meaning out of helping individuals find their groceries.In essence my issues with the management were twofold. First, there was a rigidly enforced dress code (e.g., I had to trim my beard to a certain length). Certain elements of this code, like my example, were overly strict and infringed upon my personal autonomy (and on others' as well, I am sure). Second, and more importantly, I got the distinct impression that Bennett and Williamson did not want to do their jobs (i.e., were lazy). While I was asked for my time off requests beforehand, I got called into the office after shift by these two haughty women and told that my schedule "was not going to fly" because "I have too many people to schedule and cannot manage X number of individuals." The gist of our conversation was, "Sorry, but we cannot accommodate your needs because we are too lazy to do our jobs."Utter incompetence and disregard for others' well-being permeates this store's upper management. If you can, please avoid working here.

The employees are very helpful and professional. Produce and meats are always fresh. Prices tend to be on the higher side unless you hit a sale, but that can be expected with great quality.

It's a bit smaller than other hyvee's but it has most of the essentials, and the staff are nice/helpful.

My husband and I were at Hyvee yesterday. We were getting pulled pork that we had ordered and other things. When we went to pay Diane checked us out. She was slightly rude. But Shanna the girl that took the pulled pork out to our car on a cart was very rude. She had a bad attitude and when we were telling her which side of the door we wanted the food on She got very snotty and walked away this attitude of hers was uncalled for.

Went there to get some cream of mushroom soup and some tater tots was in and out of the store in surprisingly very fast time. Planning ahead really paid off. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me where to go for a fast grocery store. Stay away from the coinstar in front of the store. It jams èasily.
