I’d give them zero stars if I could. My dog has horrible trauma from this place. Down to the multiple times shes had a horrible skin rash, can’t be held by the collar due to how they handle the dogs and not listening when given instructions, even though they claim to have everything in their notes. I stopped taking my dog to the groomers in general after this place and have learned to do it myself at home.

There’s no other groomer in Winona I would take my dog to!! Everyone is always so friendly, and the prices are so reasonable, especially for how well they do!! Shawnee always knocks it out of the park :)

JJ has a true love for dogs!! You can absolutely tell she cares for ever fur baby that enters their doors!!Very reasonably priced.The only place I will bring my fur babies to be groomed going forward!!

Took my lab and my Australian shepherd here. They were done in two hours, looked GREAT and the price was reasonable. It was the first time my dogs had ever been groomed and the staff was great with them!

I moved to Winona recently and began the search for a groomer that is proficient with long hair, and not just buzzing it off. Jacinta has been excellent with my dog. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a groomer.

Always a treat taking our dog here. She was nervous at first but now warms right up to the staff here who know her by name! The bandana I'd a nice touch. Very reasonable price.

The staff is super friendly! They patiently answered all my questions. (They are the first groomer I've taken my Huskies to so I had a lot). I was also impressed at how quickly they were able to get both my dogs in for a full grooming appointment on the same day! I will definitely be bringing my girls back again next shedding season!

JJ squeezed us in last-minute this morning for a nail trim. Our pup was not into having her nails trimmed at home, but we really wanted them done before we went out of town this weekend. The price was more than reasonable, and the staff was professional and patient with our doggo. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

JJ and staff are amazing! Prices went up $5 but I would gladly pay more. They are so wonderful with my dog. She’s scared of people and it’s always a tug o war to get her in the door. They try to get her in and out as quick as possible, while making sure she is ok. Won’t go anywhere else and always recommend.

I love taking all 3 of my pets to JJ. She is amazing. I take my dog Bear and my 2 cats to her Garfield and Dumpster. She remembers everything about them. Garfield actually likes her better than me. She is his favorite person. I highly recommend her.

J.J. and the team at Happy Hounds are amazing. I have the meanest, grumpiest cat and J.J. was able to work with him, groom him, and address my concerns. She always did an amazing job and tailored her groom style to fit my cat. Did I mention on top of it all she is very reasonably priced! Unfortunately I moved out of the area and have struggled to find a groomer as amazing as J.J.!
