I will start with the good, the store is very nicely organized now and though it's not "everything is a dollar" it's still cheap and so much better quality of stuff than it was years ago. I have noticed though one worker has been very rude though to other customers. I didn't catch her name, but today she was very short tempered and rude to the customer after me, basically scolding him for something not his fault. Though it was not toward my friend and I, the way she treated the other customer really made us mad.

Gotta love Dollar Tree! Even if you have to wait in line for 10 minutes because the cashiers are scheduled understaffed. The faces you do see more than once are so friendly and hard working-we appreciate you.

Sad because this store had a lot of stocked items…Now not so much and I know that they are understaffed but perhaps they should hire 3rd shift employees to work on putting out the under stocked items/cleaning so they don’t have to deal with customers slowing them down.

I love crafting so I always go to this store because of the great variety of crafting supplies, but it wasn't neat. Last time I went there, a couple of weeks ago, I really enjoyed it. The store looks amazing now. Victor went out of his way to help me. He is super nice. The staff is doing a wonderful! Thank you! God bless you!

Cheryl is rude! She didn't make an effort on the gift card. She swiped up and down few times and said must not anything on it! I called the number on back of the card. It said I had money on gift card.

Stopped by today for last minute Halloween stuff. I cant get over how friendly the staff is and how clean and well stocked the store is. Great job, your store will be my go to, from now on!

Not impressed at all! One person working today with a 20 minute wait to pay while no companies in Winona will call back or hire applicants not from here. False fake food specials on freezer doors stating wrong prices as well.

Terrible experience here today with my grandmother and 11 y/o sister! Grandmother and I were looking in the snack aisle while kiddo was looking at toys. Susie decided to take it upon herself to stop Sister, accuse her of stealing, and loudly demand to see inside her purse that she was carrying (in front of her to prevent theft, like she was taught). She did this forcefully enough to terrify Sister into running to myself and Grandmother and burst into tears.When approached about her outburst, Susie was entirely unrepentant and rude to Grandmother to boot. When asked, she claimed to be the manager. Because Sister was so upset and Susie was continuing to be rude and belligerent, Grandmother and myself left the merchandise that we had been intending to purchase and left the store.

This location is a Dollar Tree lovers dream come true! I always look forward to shopping at thIs Dollar Tree location. The new Manager Gerry takes pride in its care (It’s the largest store in a 60 mile radius and very well stocked). One of my favorite aisles is the makeup/nail aisle. Last time I was there, I saw the following brands: NYX, Maybelline, e.l.f, Sinful Colors, Sally Hansen and more! These name brands cost much more at Walmart and Target. I appreciate this location’s super well stocked cleaning aisle, larger than most Home Decor sections, and abundance of shelf stable foods, grocery items, and their well stocked freezer section. Give yourself an hour and really take your time enjoying this big, fun store!

We walked into the store and my wife was not allowed to carry her shoulder purse in the store. They said backpacks are not allowed in the store. We questioned the manager and she said if We do it to one they do it to all. No one else in the store was checked. They say a sign is posted on the door and it's not. The manager also refused to give me the contact info for her supervisor. Terrible place to deal with staff.

The staff is always helpful and professional, as retail workers they must deal with a lot, like today and the very rude dude, who was yelling at these two female workers, very rude. The store even looks better then when I was in last. Keep it up WDT.

Store Manager Bullies staff and DM/HR will do nothing about it. I worked for dollar tree for 3 years they refused to pay me my 2 weeks maternity leave while I worked full time during a national pandemic while pregnant for them. They only paid me 12.50 as a second in command manager which is less than entry level fast food chains. You are only allowed to use the bathroom on your 10 minute break. They treat their employees terrible and watched one employee who worked their for 15 years leave because of new management. They also just removed their bonus program as well. It is hands down the worst place I’ve ever worked and currently am pursuing a legal case due to the mistreatment and refusal to pay my maternity that is in their policy

Walked by and the trash cans were completely full and trash was all over the sidewalk. Went inside and every aisle had products all over the floor. Tripped on multiple things as well. Plus things were either over stocked or in the wrong place. I talked to a cashier about it and she blamed the landlord for it looking like that.

Rude customer service.... I will never shop here again, store clerk and store manager? Or shift manager?.... they both tried lecturing me about paying with a $100.00 for bill for the items I tried to purchase at this store... I was spending about $20.00 I guess, they don't care about making that extra dollar. I am the customer not their kids to be talked to the way they talked to me in front of other customers.These people needs to learn customer service. I will never shop here again.
