22 years ago an amazing vet was on call who saved our pets life early one Sunday morning Since then we have experienced excellent veterinarian care for all of our pets. Dr Chaffin and the entire staff at Companion Animal Care Center are top notch and I recommend them to anyone with vet needs.

Companion is a bit on the spendy side but the care thay gave mr. Mustache was amazing. The updates on his progress and that thay let us come see him while he had to stay in hosbital. Really helped with our anxiety knowing that he was getting better. Thay answerd all our questions and and conserns.the staff was verry friendly, kind And helpfull.

After hearing about how wonderful the atmosphere of this place was from a co-worker, when they had to send their sweet cat over the Rainbow Bridge, I knew that when our beloved cat, Brie's time came, that I wanted that experience too. I contacted Companion Animal Care Center and got in right away. Dr. Pham and her vet technician were so knowledgeable, kind and wonderful, that it made this sad day a loving, memorable experience. If you seek a calm, private, loving and respectable environment to say goodbye to your beloved companion, I would highly recommend Companion Animal Care Center.

This is the most wonderful place to take your pet! We were referred here when our cat recently needed urgent care. We got in immediately and everyone of the staff was so caring and friendly. They truly are an animal care center and not just a veterinary clinic. We are so thankful that Companion Animal Care Center was referred to us!!

Took my dog in for an ear infection which was taken care of quickly and an additional thorough examination by the attending veterinarian revealed he had another health issue that needed to be addressed.( an impacted anal gland that will need a procedure to be taken care of properly) Very impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff, the veterinary technician and veterinarian. Definitely trusting them with my dog's care from this point on.

Calling and making the appointment as well as the timely email/text/phone calls reminding me of the appointment are outstanding. The friendly staff at the desk and very prompt, on time, meeting with the Dr and staff are much appreciated.I've also used their overnights and spa services for my dogs previously. The whole staff at Companion is great! We’ve trusted them with our lab now for over 4 years and we won’t take him anywhere else. Companion is not the cheapest in town, but they give the best care. Dr. Chaffin is personable and truly cares about you and your pets best interest. 5 stars!

Dr Chaffin has been wonderful through the years and recently we’ve needed our dogs to be seen quickly and they were able to get them in with the other veterinarians that had openings and they were great also. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

My little Girl was just seen by Dr Evink and is also seen by Dr Chaffin, Dr O'Neill And ALL of the AWESOME veterinarians at this clinic.. Plus Dr Miller ( consulting referred internist for her heart condition ) .. She's ALIVE, THRIVING, and in WONDERFUL HEALTH because of this team.. This team of AMAZING doctors and staff are EXCELLENT beyond words.. I don't know what I would do without them.. My Chichimoco is my service dog and I need her healthy and happy for my own health and well- being.. Companion keeps her this way!! I sing their praises LOUDLY and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with an animal!! I give them an INFINITE and BEYOND measure of stars!!

Top-notch care! I normally see a different vet, but I needed to have my cat seen quickly, and this place was able to do that. The vet and her assistant were extremely thorough, gentle, warm, and communicated very, very well. I'm just as happy with my usual vet, so I won't be switching my cats over, but still, WOW, excellent!

I've gone to Dr. Chafin many times over the years. He is wonderful, very patient and thorough. The girls at the front are very helpful. Nice atmosphere all around. I even used their kenneling service and it was great

Very accommodating with my dog who has some reactivity, allowing us to wait in the car until a room is available to avoid the added stress of the waiting room. The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the animals. Dr. Pham was so friendly, helpful, and informative!

My 3.5 y/o sheepadoodle was showing signs of lymphoma, they took the time to hear my concerns, listen to me and also what my dog Oscar needed. Unfortunately, we had to make the hardest decision there is, he was treated with dignity and respect until the very end. Thank you so much for everything that you guys did.l for myself and Oscar.

Dr. Chaffin has been our vet since 2000. In that time period, he and his staff have taken care of 11 yorkies. They are always professional, friendly and caring. From bringing home a new puppy , to helping understand the needs of a puppy mill rescue and then having a shoulder to cry on when you have to say good-bye, they have always been there for us. I cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful people at Companion Animal Care.

I actually really liked this place for my big boy who I have not take part in group playtime with the other dogs. I emailed to set up 2 appointments for summer and was called and told that my dog isn't welcome because he can't go out for playtime with the other dogs... He is a giant 130# German shepherd it is for everyone's safety as he does miss his family and we have never had an issue before with him getting his time out alone."Due to staffing they said" and I said my appointments are not for 3 and 4 months away what if you have staffing by then and still was told no. Sounds like pure laziness to not take a dog because they need to be alone. She said its easier and takes less time to let 5-6 dogs out to play versus one. Absolutely ridiculous.I liked this place for my dog because he got a private room... clearly they are just going downhill.Update:They did call after seeing my review and were able to accommodate my bookings. There is a higher cost for the play alone time. He went over the weekend and came back fine but there was some confusion on pickup time so he didnt get a bath also i was charged $26 more for picking him up after 9 (it was 9:40) and i didnt know about that. Otherwise he seemed to be safe the whole time, next time may have to rethink the water if he is spilling in. He seemed very very thirsty when we got him.

Companion animal has been wonderful with my two dogs, one being a senior. The staff is always so kind and sweet to my babies. I love my dogs and know they need to be taken care of so I know vet bills are a reality and I hate paying them but they are reasonably priced and are always up front with me about costs when I ask and don’t make me feel silly about it. When both my dogs have been there for surgery they are good about calling and updating me right away too. Even calling during surgery when unexpected things came up. So glad I found them!

I love Companion. By far the best vet!! I’ve been to many vets for my dogs, but companion is something I hope everyone gets to experience!! My dog willow got very sick and the vets there cared for her so well, they treat the animals like their own. Much love from my family. I appreciate what you guys do! Dr. Chaffin and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and very accommodating!! Our Corgi Sophie had a fatty tumor removed and a had a dental cleaning plus a tooth extraction recently. She is back to chasing down her frisbee in the snow! All of her pain and discomfort issues are gone!! Thank you Dr. Ken and everyone at Companion Animal Care Center!!!!!

I have taken all of my pets there for years. They have always been great to work with and so very caring when he had to say good bye to our very old cat. Also years ago when I couldn't drive yet a person came out to our house to take our kitty in for an emergency. They truly care about the animals.
