All the employees were very helpful. We had not been in this store before and they were more than eager to help. Prices were better than our farm stores in Iowa and we were able to find some items we needed that we were struggling to find at home. It was a great experience!

Runnings is an asset to our small town. The inventory covers everything a farmer/rancher/gardener can use. Great selection of bird seed, nuts and suet to keep the backyard fauna well fed.

I love Runnings. Wish we had them on the east coast. Even with all the shortages in products after walking most of the store they had very little open shelves.

I was at a tractor show in Butterfield Minnesota and had battery trouble with my tractor. I took the battery to Runnings in Windom and had very good help. The employees smiled and had a good sense of humor. They helped me find the right battery after the old one tested that it was bad.

Good store, has all the pet supplies that I need for my Cat and two Guinea Pigs, though wish they would fix the car sized pot holes in the parking lot, usually have to be extremely cautious when driving in and out.Update: I have since been to the store again and they have fixed those holes, 5 stars!

It’s to bad you have to wait in line to checkout. The line was long. Only one check out. There were 6 people taking break at one time out side. Something is wrong here. Neither time needed help in store couldn’t find anyone, so I left. They all taking break.

The store is nice and clean, some staff seem unhappy and unhelpful. No eye contact, no greetings, didnt know where things were. One staff member told me a product hadn't come in yet but its should be there next week, another member told me they dont carry it anymore. Bummer.

Lots of stuff in this store. However the store needed some attention to fronting and general merchandising as it didn't feel like it flowed from one department to the next well. Did not get greeted by any floor personnel and could have used another checker.

Any time I go into this store employees are very friendly and helpful if i can't find something, but last night when I was in there, most of the employees were very rude to us.

The employees here go above and beyond when helping the customers. We were looking for cracked corn that they had on a steep discount but they were sold out. The employee checked the back and returned with a rain check for the number of bags that we wanted and would call us when the next shipment came in to give us the sale price. Not too often that you get that kind of customer service anymore.

Some good finds for middle of nowhere Windom however expect to pay more than you would elsewhere, and get checked up on by a person or two without them asking u anything like do you need any assistance. Take whatever meaning from both of those you feel the need to.

Wasn't real impressed with the cashiers. They were busy talking to each and did not pay attention to any of the customers they were helping. Overall the store is decent though

From Windom and the cool thing about Runnings is if they don't have it they'll tell you and try to order it. If they don't know the subject you're referencing they'll tell you, unlike other hardware stores that will blow smoke and make it up as they go. A true fleet and farm.

This Runnings is a joke! Always out of products. Workers are not friendly. Don't waste your time stopping at this location because 9 times out of 10 you will leave empty handed because they won't have what you need. Shelves are always empty.

What manger tells truckers they cant park there...you might as well close the Store cause what if youre truckers that bring youre goods there wont wanna go there 2 drop loads cause they have no where 2 park. That manger is a joke ...the way it sounds ppl wanna return items because of ur manger doing that....sounds Like you need a new manger there

Didn't have much for doorknobs, which is what I was looking for, but plenty of other stuff. Average prices, lots of stuff for electronic wiring and plumbing though. Seemed good for that.
