Charged my card three times for one transaction in the self check out. District manager was called but just gave me the run around with no follow through. Shouldn’t have been a hard thing to fix since I had my receipt with date, time and transaction number. I wonder how many people this happens to? Needless to say, I will shop at the other dollar store in town from now on and won’t be back to this one. Watch your transactions closely when using self check out!!

Completely sickened by the way I was treated. The door was locked during business hours, I knocked on the door and waited, a women came to the door with a disgusted look on her face and her tone dripping with attitude and disdain said "can I help you with something?" I said "yes I really need to pick up a few things and..." She interrupts me and says "I'm closed right now" I said "okay well when will you be open and she said 5pm" she then quickly shuts the door in my face and locks it.

Change the name to "Ghetto General" - Goodwill is cleaner and more organized. Maybe you guys need to have Goodwill train you on how to handle large volumes of merchandise.

I do like this store, but because of the constant carts of product just sitting all over the store, ALL the time, that happen to be in front of what I'm looking for, I would rather go somewhere else. The space constraint is quite frustrating, and it has been like this for a couple years now, since the remodel.

Unprofessional employees at this store! Always rude when I go there! Went there to purchase supplies due to the pandemic, I was approached by an employee in front of my children and practically accused me of trying to steal. All because we had 8 packs of bacon. So rude, unprofessional and embarrassing. Then when my husband was waiting to check out she got rude with him, cursing in Spanish at him. How embarrassing infront of other customers and with my children there. We were so upset we just left our cart there and walked out. I dont know what kind of people they have working at this store but they are so rude and disrespectful. My family and I felt so humiliated!! Never going back!

The most unorganized DG I have ever seen. I shop many DG stores and have never seen one this disgusting. Every time I go in there I cant get down half the isles, every end cap is buried. This time simply wanted some pop, the entire length of the isle had those dollies full of boxes.

The store is total disarray and has been for weeks. Ive never seen such a messy store. There is usually multiple people waiting to check out with only one cashier, while other employees are sitting in back office chatting or on their phones.

So much Freight down every aisle down every back of the Isles. It was Unstoppable. Shelves were discussing an organized things in places they shouldn't even be.

I like Dollar General But I will say one thing you must know what your buying and most of all the Price. Not all you find is a good deal. Also ck the quality of what you buy. I purchased a 3 pan set the first time out the coating came off the pans. I was unable to get a refund. So be wise.

I was in Dollar General Today, located in Windom, MN. You need to do something about that store, it's a travesty, you can't get down one aisle, there is merchandise on the floor in each aisle, there are carts everywhere that haven't been unloaded. It's a colossal mess in there, and it never seems to change. Most of the time you can't find what you are looking for. This store is not doing the brand Dollar General any favors!!! Please clean this place up!!!!

Need to keep supplies on hand at all times and shelves fully stocked have the time you go in there in their stuff that you need and you can't get this is the only place in town at this point that carries a lot of stuff except for The grocery store

I went to DG in Windom MN while 2 employees were talking in the office there were 10 plus shoppers who had to stand in line while one teller checked people out. The one checking people out had a conversation with each person going through, talking about people in the hospital she knew, about her child and boyfriend. Which made it take much longer for the people in line. I had to move racks to get to the batteries and toilet paper. There was another lady in line very verbally upset, she took names. One of the ladies talking in the office who was in the office finally came out to help after I personally stood in line for 15 minutes or longer!

One of the newer employees at Windom DG falsely accused someone of stealing recently..Lady whom was accused had just cashed her tax return as well as works very hard for her family and never missed a day of work as well very active in church here in Windom. Shame on you to the newer employee at DG for your false accusations on a by far innocent lady. And you still banned/trespassed her to ever shop in DG ever again. .March. 10, 2020

Scuzzy. I cannot imagine anybody stopping here a second time. purchaseed cereal that ended up tasting like detergent inedible, tainted, now discarded. Not worth the unpleasant experience of returning to the store for a refund

Horrible store layout. Don't grab a cart, cause maneuvering them through the store is a challenge. And this day and age, why do I have to beg to use your bathroom!
