I got the possible worst tasting dr pepper ive ever had in my life, and got extremely sick after finishing it. The dr pepper tasted watered down, and assuming because i gotten sick that the soda machine might have mold growing in it. Do better dairy queen i am extremely upset. Wouldn’t be the first time I've heard of someone getting food poisoning from this dairy queen.

Missing items on drive up order and when asked for our items a super rude lady came from back and basically yelled at us saying “here is your blizzard and cheetos and you didn’t pay for either so have a nice day” Well who’s fault is that? We ordered them lady and chips came with meal and what darn Dairy Queen has no fries - just chips with meal? Do not go to this location unless you want EXTREMELY rude customer service! Felt bad for poor other gal working there as she looked extremely embarrassed. I have been been a supervisor in customer service and I would say this store needs to look at doing some customer service training!! Ridiculous!Same reply to every complaint- not good enough!! Fix your issues with your staff.

I love Dairy Queen, so I’ve been to a lot, and I have to say this location is by far the worst (and unfortunately it’s the closest to where I live). The blizzards hardly get anything mixed in; most bites are just straight ice cream. Cones always look a little small and sad. Lobby has been closed for years now so you can’t even go inside. Do not recommend stopping if you’re passing through. If you’re in the mood for Dairy Queen, check your route and find another one on your way!

normally a very good place to go for a treat, however the girl with braces working tonight obviously hated her job, as she was undeniably rude. when i asked for 2 additional dilly bars at the window, she immediately closed it without asking what flavor, deciding for us that we wanted chocolate i guess (we didn’t want chocolate lol). she handed us all 3 of our blizzards without flipping any of them upside down. then without a word, not even a thank you or have a nice night, she slammed the window in my face. coming from somebody who works in town doing customer service, i was disappointed at the lack of respect.

It's good, but you just need to understand that it's a Dairy Queen "Treat" store so it has a limited menu as far as lunch options are concerned. No hamburgers, no fries no chicken strips etc. You can, however, get hot dogs or chicken sandwiches... Those types of things. As long as you understand that going in, it's just fine. Friendly staff and all the ice cream treats you expect.

We received the up most laziest of service possible from this DQ staff.The young lady who took our order was extremely rude. We had never visited a location that did not offer the full menu of food items. Out of reflex we ordered cheese burgers. She let us know they do not have that option. So we asked what food is available and she responded "whatever is on the board".Proper response would have been to list the ONLY 3 food items you do offer vs being condescending

Fast and friendly staff. Love their blizzards and slushies! Ice cream cakes are made fresh and can be customized to whatever you want. Definitely worth the price!

The ice cream is delicious. I had a blue raspberry freeze. A slushie mixed with ice cream. This place only has limited hot food, but it was all good.

Nice Dairy Queen. Fast service and not too busy, even though I visited during a high traffic hour (6:00 PM). I used the Dairy Queen App, which has lots of BOGO specials. I definitely recommend!

So disappointed with the limited menu. Not sure if not offering burgers and fries was the owner's choice or a new line of business offered by DQ Corporate. Either way it is a departure from the original brand. Grill and Chill means burgers and ice cream, not microwaved sandwiches and bags of chips. Although there's not a lot of food options in Windom, we'd rather eat at the gas station instead of this place.

Just a quick stop for an ice cream sundae on the way home from a day trip with a friendgot a medium sized Sunday it look kind of small for the price of it but that's the way it is if some of these dairy Queen's anymore but the place was cleaned and it's just for a snack two medium-sized Sundays 8 bucks it's kind of high I think

Lobby is closed so can’t walk in to order, stood in the drive thru for 10 minutes no service. Tried calling to place an order sent to a fax machine all in all waste of time
