I'm not really sure what is going on at the Willmar Target, but it has gone downhill! I am here often so I hope things get better. I'm not sure if it's management, corporate cutting too many hours, employee retention, etc. I have included several pictures that show just a peak at how messy the store is. Every aisle has multiple items that don't belong! These photos are from early to mid AM. People who do this are jerks, but when I come back a week or two later and the soccer ball is still by the chips and the coffee mug is still in the random basket, that is employees doing the bare minimum and poor management. Employees walk by these shelves every day and just ignore the mess. When I worked at Target, we didn't leave until the store was clean. All the employees seem to just be stocking shelves, yet the shelves always seem bare!I'm also not a fan of the self checkout stuff. They either have 1 or zero lanes open. If I want that service, I'll go to Walmart. I'm guessing it's corporate not allowing enough hours to properly staff the store.

Typical Target store. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for but it was a longshot they'd have what I needed. I found plenty of other things to put in my cart! The store is always clean and you always run into someone you know.

Target is a great place to shop for all of your needs.and they are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Went to target to get a movie that was on their website and they had none available. But it said that they had 6 left and they didn’t have any not even in the back.

Love my target! It’s always very clean and not too crazy. Cashiers are almost always open and get you checked-out and on your way as fast as they can. I was in a line at the self-checkout section and the service desk team member had me come to the service desk to checkout to keep me from having to wait in a long line. Fast, professional and friendly service! I’ll be back!

They made 2 whole aisles in their parking lot for pick up only. I’ve only ever seen maybe 1 car at a time doing pickup. Very ill made decision to take up most of the best part of the parking lot for something that will not get used.

Every time I have ever been in store or done drive up, the employees at the Willmar, MN Target have been amazing. Kind, smiling, pleasant conversation, and very helpful. They actually ask me if I am doing well and offer to help find things!

The employees are always really friendly.The riding carts, however are terrible. They are hard to maneuver around in the store given most shelves are not adequately spaced apart. They're also terrible because they stop randomly and often times just don't work. It's incredibly painful as someone with back pain when these carts randomly stop abruptly.

Amazing customer service, even during a global pandemic. They helped my mom figure out "Pick-Up" services and get the right charging cable for her phone, something I couldn't do while being far away at home. So thankful for their kindness & commitment!!

I used the buy on-line pick up in store for a purchase today, and it was great! Not only did it save me $$ (items were 25% off on line vs in store), used my Red Card, got an additional 5% off, and Ebates to boot!! Great way to shop when your pressed for time. The young man who was working the returns desk was very personable.

Cashier was very rude. I had a gift card and he saw it. He turned the card reader toward me and I got confused because there was no chip or bar on it. He then said, "I don't know why you're staring at it I'm right here." So then I handed him the card. I was just confused and I didn't deserve to be treated that way by anyone let alone a cashier.

Store has everything I want. It's clean, has electronics, pharmacy, cleaning, toiletries, some foods, decorations, towels, clothing, pet supplies and if that isn't enough, gift cards. I use my Taget app for coupons and deals and can use paper coupons as well.

Love Target but wish it had more of a grocery section and I would be there many times a week. I often have to resort to Walmart because they have groceries and then end up buying other items I would rather buy at Target but don't want to make multiple trips.

Customer service was vary helpful and check out clerk was kind and courteous. Best thing is no waiting in long lines. New remodeling looks fantastic.

We purchased an item that was priced wrong. When I got to the car and realized I was charged almost 20 for an item priced at 2.95. I went back in and had to argue with a mgr. Who basically accused me of switching tags. He refused to sell it to me at that price. I told him I have been a retail mgr for years and he was wrong and I would bet him there were many of the same item priced wrong. He went back and checked and radioed up to sell to me at the 2.95. Shouldn't have had to argue. It was clearly marked at 2.95.

My Family and I have always had great experience at Willmars target. This due to a Cashier named John. He is older gentleman, but extremely helpful.

This is a good place to go shopping at. I like there clothing and other items here. Every time I come here, it's clean. And now they have Starbucks! So I'll be stopping here more often.

Got a drink for my hubs and I yesterday and they both were half foam. I didn’t order a drink like that. We order quite frequently and never has that happened. What a waste of money. 😭😭😭

I like your store alot aswell as my 16 year old daughter so she applied there had two interviews all went well then she got a emal saying there was no position for her she was crushed.im saying that you should not give the second interview if your not going to hire. Now she feels like she wont get a job anywhere and does not want to try anymore please give these young kids a chance this happened friday 8-11-2017 hope you can see a mothers side of it 😣.
