They took me in at last minute and were very accomadating! My dog was scared to go with strangers and they were so sweet, kind and patient with him. Definitely will recommend to other dog lovers.

We have used Fancy Coats kennel to board our 2 Akitas numerous times in the last 5 years. Maria and the ladies take wonderful care of our fur babies when we need to leave them. I call in and check on the furries while we are away and have always felt that they are in great hands. We appreciate everyone working there.

I left my dog there for one night and she was up to date on all vaccinations and she’s now so sick that she won’t even get up. Having diarrhea and throwing up. I called and was told that “she might’ve been exposed to bacteria in the kennel”. So clean your kennels out instead of making people babies sick. 😡😡😡

Took my dog there twice and both times he was returned smelling so bad. I don’t think their kennels get cleaned thoroughly. For large dogs, they only get “walked” three times a day but it’s rocks for their potty area, and they only walk them halfway around the building to go potty. They have a large grassy fenced in area in the back that they don’t allow the dogs to use. You can go there on your own time to let your dog out to play. (Defeats the purpose of daycare). The small dogs only have this small coat room to play with each other, otherwise they all get locked up in their kennels in the same room. Older lady is rude with her tone and attitude as well. Don’t recommend.

I typically board my dogs two to three times a year and just took them for the first time to Fancy Coats. I was so pleased, all three dogs were very relaxed and calm. Usually they are wound up and full of energy so this was a pleasant surprise. They were able to play with other dogs and have lots of time to run in the fenced in area. I'm definitely pleased and my kiddos will be back again this summer.

If you love your dog don't leave them here!! I feel guilty our dog very sick to the point of not walking when we got her home. When questioned the owner told us stress from hairdryer! We boarded our two dogs for the first time at this location. They were there for 11 days. When we picked up our dogs I noticed our one year old dog looked very skinny- all ribs showing and hip bones. We questioned them on if both dogs ate because they shared a kennel thought maybe older dog ate youngers food. Told yes they ate at same time but both ate food- she watched them.told they had a little diarrhea the last two days from the hair dryer. Got dogs home and younger dog had diarrhea and vomiting now following day both dogs have this. Now a trip to the vet along with an expensive boarding fee!! Not happy! DO NOT GO HERE!

Took my dog there for the first time and loved it! She was from the reservation in SD and she had anxiety and they put her to the older dogs area even know she was a puppy and they bathed her.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years. Our dogs are always excited to go to "camp". The staff is wonderful. Except Amanda, she is a grump. 😉
