In the beginning they did fine for us. Now 10 years later, we can’t get a call back. Our problem has been going on for a month. My husband has made 6 calls, yes we are upset. All we ask is send a message, tell us your working on it.During the time of writing this review, the owner, Tom has responded and trying to help further. All we ask as a customer, is communication.

We purchased our pontoon two years ago. We wanted to buy local and so glad we did. The staff at Family Marine have been fantastic and very accommodating, particularly with the winterization, storage and getting our boat ready for the spring. It's understood that they are very busy this time of year and in spite of the busy schedule, Family Marine does a great job getting customers back on the water. The staff (particularly Jeremy) go above and beyond and continue to exceed our expectations.

A very positive Premier pontoon buying experience with Family Marine! Tom’s experience and professionalism made our first time purchase easy as he explained several options to consider in respect to engine, prop and the many accessories added to the boat. We are very pleased in the manner Tom listened to our various product/install requests and applied them to the boat – examples include the trolling motor, anchor, stereo, active trim and fish finder. We would encourage anyone considering a purchase of a pontoon to check out the informational YouTube videos Tom created and give Family Marine a call to demonstrate their wide selection of pontoons. Never been anywhere with worse customer service. No one will answer the phone during business hours or return a voicemail, apparently they are not to concerned about repeat business after a sale.
