Prices are low to moderate, with a few things high. A very clean store considering the amount of foot traffic it gets. Staff are friendly and willing to help you if you need it. A fairly good range of products. A couple not worth the price though. The store is also very well organized and it's easy to find things

I was told after I had picked up my supplies that it was policy that she take my backpack and I told her I wasn't comfortable with that, especially since it had a gaming logo on the outside. (My backpack was never taken off or opened until I was getting rung up) She said that she will search it before I leave then to which I told her I will as long as I'm shown the policy. She was upset and walked away. After I realized the milk was out I brought my stuff to the register to check out. One product rang up wrong even though it was physically marked 50 percent off and came from a 50 percent off shelf. She refused me the product unless I paid full price (false advertisement) and when I refused, she took all of my products, put them to the side and told me I wont get any. She kept complaining that she had done three open to close shifts in a row and I blatantly told her that it's not my issue and when somthing is marked at that price it needs to be sold at that price whether it rings right or not. She told me to leave because she doesn't deserve to be abused by a customer. Her nametag said Denise and I will not go back in there. I really only went in to get milk for a friend and nail care supplies which made somthing so simple extremely deterring to even come inside. I've seem some really bad customer service but this is almost concerning.

Manager is rude, racist and made me go there 3 times because of her unavailability so I can talk to her for the wrong item she sold me and I have finally saw her amd spoke to her for less than 30 seconds and she start yelling at me, said no refund, complain corporate and GET OUT OF STORE. I was like wow....in 30 seconds I have not even explain the issue completely.....Wow......never ever going back this place ...don't recommend either. I see lots of other similar review for this manager. Be careful because if you walk in this place that's your fault, don't expect any kind of help. God bless this store and employees.

The employees are usually friendly and helpful. Nice gift bags for a dollar, nice current holiday cards 2/$1. Always watching school supplies, children's books and personal care items. Good selection of holiday items, as well. Refrigerator and freezer food items of interest.

I called the main office after being denied a refund even though I had a receipt. The leggings I purchased had a hole in the seam. Thinking everything was good I returned to store with receipt and item, the lady got upset told me I can only get 50% back after being approved a full refund by main office WOW she even made a rude comment about who knows about your hygiene yet I never wore the leggings. So rude!

Store is okay. However, the short old lady that works almost every day is racist and continuously makes remarks to minority non-english speaking costumers. In fact, I've caught her scanning items multiple times for a minority costumer as I stepped in since the costumer could not believe the total price. It is very sad.

family dollar in willmar has a new store manager, Amy is awesome, really friendly and making changes to make the store a better place to shop, if there's ever any problems at that store, see her and she'll make it right and do whatever she can to make the shopping experience a great one :) keep up there hard work, its good to see the great changes

Toys wer put in the wrong place so at the checkout they were way more than expected. Walmart is cheaper on everything I priced.
