They have a great selection of celiac-safe and lactose free products, which means a lot to a family with two celiac people in it! Especially in our small community. Also, the balloon lady here is so kind and awesome. I wish I could remember her name. I get the balloons for our kids’ birthdays here throughout the year and she always gets them done super fast for me!

They close 5 minutes early at the liquor store and have poor customer service. They're more worried about going home and not the customer experience. We drove out of the way to get basically denied and the doors shut in our face. Racial profiling? Idk? Could use better workers in the future!

Melanie(?) In the deli - tattoos and fun hair: best customer service EVER! She's always so friendly and attentive. Upsold me on some other stuff but wasn't pushy. Glad I made the trip there tonight!

Everything is double the price of Cash wise or Walmart. The diapers are $7 more for the same amount at Walmart. The milk is $7.49 for a gallon, it's $3.29 at Walmart. The gallons of ice cream are $8.50, it's $6.99 at Walmart FOR THE SAME BRAND. The only thing not marked up is baby formula because they're legally not allowed to, otherwise I'm sure it would be $30 a can. I'm never coming back here.

One of our favorite stores in town. The staff are always friendly, the store is always clean. My son LOVES that they give him a free cookie when we are there. The bakery staff will even open a new container just to make sure he gets his cookie. We love going to Cub!

Ordered for delivery on a Sunday. Reserved a time for 3-4pm. The order never came...after a half an hour I called Cub. I spoke to the manager on duty (Joel M) who stated he knows nothing about delivery. It's an outside company capstone that delivers for them. Their delivery pickup ends at 5 pm. Joel stated that he couldn't do anything and didn't know anything about it. He stated that the shelves are bare on Sundays and no one should do delivery and/or shop because they don't receive a truck. The solution was to call the next day. After calling the next day I was told it was going out at 11am...if I didn't call I would have had no clue. There was no communication from Cub. I work during days and the groceries were delivered. There was not one apology or any communication from Cub to rectify their failed agreement/promise. According to their manager on duty...don't shop on Sundays...per Cub...don't trust their delivery. Cashwise is looking like a much better option. Cubs own management and employees don't understand the process. Mike...is that how you choose to run your store?!?

Decent selection, prices a little higher than average. Some good coupons. Fresh fruit and veggie department clean and fresh. Baked goods were good seemed frozen and baked. Cakes were excellently decorated. Service is good. Meat department had some expired meat on shelf.

Nice place to shop, just wish they would check the dates on their stock. Oftentimes I will pick up an item only to discover the expiration date was a month prior. Also, a lot of the produce (fruit especially) is either old, or has been in extreme heat or cold - mushy apples, oranges that are loosing their sweetness, etc. I see a lot of people arranging items when I am there, but they are obviously only "facing" the shelves, and not checking dates or anything.

I was blown away. We are from Granite Falls and we decided to make the 45 min drive to do some grocery shopping as our local grocery store is.... How shall I say this.. highway robbery. Totally worth it. The deals and prices were amazing. But what REALLY stuck out... The past few months I've had a large amount of vertigo spells and went to countless doctors... Currently awaiting MRI. About 15 minutes into shopping (best friend was with) everything started to go black. I stopped and immediately hung onto the cart. My friends made sure I was alright and then ran to the last few aisles to complete our list. Headed to checkout. I was leaning on the cart and breathing in the "in through the nose and out thru the mouth" technique that the doctor had showed me. I began looking around to see how far away a chair was... Or wondering if I could make it to the car... And then I hear "hey, are you alright?" It was our checkout lady (Name says Andrea H on the receipt, 7/8/21 @ 9:34pm) I said I was fine just a little dizzy... She said I think you should sit down... Showed me the stairs which was very close and my friend completed checking out our groceries. Not only did she finish scanning our items... She ran to the end cap and grabbed a cold bottle of water and jogged over to me, handing me the water saying she think it would help. And it did. 1000% . She held conversation with me as she continued to finish the transaction. I told her how we are trying to figure out why this is happening and how I had a MRI and was tested for hypoglycemia to try and find some answers. She began telling me her own story on how she had gestational diabetes when pregnant and the dizzy spells were awful so she understands. The empathy and compassion, honest to God, blew me away. This world would be a better place if we had more people who were like her. Way too often do we see people leaving reviews because negative experiences tend stick out more than good ones... But not a day has gone by since that incident where I haven't thought back to that experience. She made me feel safe in a extremely terrifying situationand it left a footprint on my heart that I won't see forget. I really hope this goes to a higher up... She deserves recognition and I hope that CUB will use her as a example on what to look for when hiring employees. And if nothing else, I hope she knows just how much that 5 minute interaction meant to me... Thank you Andrea!! This world isn't lost just yet.

In the last 2 weeks I bought 2 different kinds of Cub brand bakery muffins. Both times they were very dry and almost stale tasting. Both times we had to use spoons to eat them with! Avoid!

Still the best in town. Park close to the exit, plan your route and you'll be in and out with a full load in about 45min. If you're like me, you don't have time for much more, so get the rewards account on your keychain.

The place to get groceries that isn't crowded or full of riff-raff. Good prices and selection. The "rewards card" automatically applies the ad coupons to your purchase so you don't have to cut them out.

Wasn't that busy and if Cub had more open checkouts with live people working, I might have been in and out within 5-8 minutes. But noooooo, we have the ever so slick self checkout that doubles your time because, #1 won't properly scan and #2 when you pay with change it takes forever to drop and get registered before you can drop another coin.

I felt very uncomfortable here. I stop in here when I'm in a hurry & need to grab something quick orif I find a good coupon such is the case in my last visit. Almost from the time i walked in the door i was watched from the manager coming down to the floor from upstairs until I checked out, which was a joke in itself. I scan my items, swipe my coupons , I had 3 ,the machine kept saying please insert coupon, i looked for the employee in charge of quick lanes she was off talking to another cashier they both looked at me and kept talking.. rude.. But that's a reflection of them not me, so i turned my search for assistance to a young man pushing a pallet jackwith frozen food on it for assistance. He wasn'tsure he knew if he could help but that didn't stop him from trying, he got a book out and looked for some codes, asked me a few questions then finalky management comes to push in some codes and swipe a card and i was done, just pay and go. So i thank that young man for not judging a person by their appearance or the close they wear, I am not a thief never have been and never will, I have an anxiety disorder that I take medication for and crowds are not my happy place. If that makes me appear nervous as if I'm going to be a shoplifters I can understand the following me once or twice but not everytime. Your wasting your time Doug! Also coupons are misleading thank you and have a God Blessed Day

The store looked very well organized and clean! It was a little busy when I went. They do have self check out systems. Overall a neat and well kept looking grocery store.

Cub is always clean. Great produce section and Cub has the best milk of any brand. Appreciate the easy rewards card system.

Terrible work environment. Staff clearly dislikes their job, prices are way too high, and store director is rude and very self centered. I am a fan of Cub Foods in general, but not this one. Don’t go here.

The lady with glasses brownish blond hair in the liquor store was very rude to me. Asked her where a beer was gave me a stank face and just pointed and said it's right there and said something under her breath. Let's just say I will not be buying any beer from there. Rather go to cash weis or Wal Mart.

Friendly people like Robin make it nice to visit but their prices are so prices are still higher than Aldi's regular prices LOL but your produce is usually the best in town!!

There worst person to go with family especially at the deli section . Took the family their and a lady I believe her name was ANNA DIAZ kept looking at us rude and started saying racial comment including with foul words in front of my kids . I just hope cubs doesn't continue to keep her thier I have been going thier for years and only cause its the best but that lady needs to be let go . And also most of my family will stop going going thier till she is put at her place . Not to mention that she kept taking these pills as if she was in medical need. May God do the right thing

I believe if you need of something or what to see something new or try something new and see different food items that is the place to go and just take a few minutes to just walk around inside and who knows you might find something you thought they didn't make anymore and you were wrong and there it is on the shelf . Like did and I bought it 😉
