Yesterday was my first time visiting this shop and I can definitely say I will be back! The staff helped me find a new girth and breastplate and answered all my questions about fit. It’s small enough to feel like your little local saddle shop, but the selection is pretty extensive. Bonus: they have a rewards program so I got 10% off my first purchase!

Love St. Croix Saddlery for its large selection of everything equestrian. From horse to rider they have you covered. Staff is friendly and always answer questions. If you ask a question they take the time to understand your goals before making a recommendation.

All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact you can put things in consignment and vice versa. They have a wonderful selection of show and schooling clothes. If you are looking for a saddle, I recommend going here for their trial program. They have a large collection of English boots. I'm so happy they are carrying more western attire and tack! Overall, one of my favorite tack stores.

I always have a great time in here. The hard part is trying not to buy everything! I've waited a long time for the Kerrits IceFill boot cut breeches because I said I would only get them on sale. I finally had money during a sale! Jess grabbed them from the back for me! I came out with 2 outfits and treats! Always love seeing the staff. It was nice to go into a store other than the grocery store during quarantine!

The environment is just so positive, and they treat everyone like their best customer, whether they're buying the most expensive saddle on the rack or a pair of cute socks. WOW simply wow. I am not sure how you can walk out of that store not purchasing something. They have it all from saddle care, to horse care, consignment, blankets and boots. I think I could have spent all day there just looking and making a "needs" list for me and my horse. And the bonus, the staff was amazing! I was greeted when I walked in and they were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have always had a good experience at St.Croix Saddlery but this time was above and beyond. I ordered some horse blankets from them online because it was late Sunday evening and I found out a cold snap was coming and I found the right size blankets so I snapped them up. I got a call Monday from one of the staff asking if it would be ok for her or another employee to drive out with my purchase so I would get it quicker. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, there is no question this shop has it.

You won't find a better store for the equestrian community...and even if you're not an equestrian, you'll still be amazed by the store! Everyone goes above and beyond at St. Croix Saddlery and try hard to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with just what you need. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find it! Don't know what you need? Chat with the staff, they are very knowledgeable and will do their best to figure out what you need.

I just moved to Minnesota from Washington DC and have been looking everywhere for a quality winter riding boot with zero luck. Where I used to live we had 3 Dover's within a hour drive and they were always well stocked. Not the one here! They had NOTHING to choose from and didn't even have my size in anything decent online. Everyone has been sold out! I found St. Croix Saddlery via a very desperate search on google and called them and explained my situation. Chloe was AMAZING over the phone and was very kind and helpful. I drove the 40 mins up there and tried the two boots with the help of two other wonderful ladies and quickly made a purchase. And to boot, I got an unmatchable price literally anywhere online! This will be my go-to tack shop from now on. (PS - join their mailing list! You won't be disappointed!) Very, very happy!! Not only does St. Croix Saddlery have a huge selection of English saddles, tack, and more, but I have always been so amazed by the knowledge and care of each staff member to take care of customers. If St. Croix doesn't have it, they will order it for you and even ship it directly to your home. It is rare to find customer service this good these days with staff that truly care about you and your horse. I highly recommend St. Croix for any horse-related need!

I am the opposite of a horse person, but I really enjoy this store! The staff is wonderful!I know nothing about horses, but my 6 year-old loves them. I came to the store prepared to buy them out of equipment for my daughter, but Ally (she's awesome!) slowed me down a notch. Ally asked me about my daughter’s experience level, preferences, and riding instructor. She fitted my daughter and sold us a helmet, boots, gloves, and half-chaps. Everything else I thought my daughter needed was saved for when she needed it, or had grown up a bit.I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I think you should spend your money here, too!

Even long before I worked there, I called St. Croix Saddlery horse lovers' paradise. Many people come from the far corners of the state, Wisconsin, and even Canada to shop at St. Croix Saddlery. It is easy to see why it is worth the trip. A wide variety of vendors and products (everything from saddles to bridles, winter coats to gifts) and excellent customer service that makes the experience like running into old friends or at least members of your tribe. You will drive away with items you love and you can't wait to go back.

Super helpful staff! This is definitely the place to go for horse equipment (tack, blankets, etc) and care products (cleaning supplies, basic first aid, etc), plus riding clothes for hunter/jumper, dressage, and eventing. If they don't have it in the store, they can special order it for you.Plus, they're a great source of info about local stable, upcoming shows, and current trends in show attire. They definitely specialize in English riding, not Western.

I came into a dilemma suddenly (horse shredded his blanket 48 hours before a blizzard, yikes) and this team not only set me up with a replacement, they took care of my warranty claim for the blanket, all through text, and set it up for my boyfriend to come and get blanket! Simply amazing customer service and hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have my business for life (and horses life!)EDIT 10/14/19 I have come back to St Croix Saddlery to have another one of my blankets repaired. Again, they have gone above and beyond to help me with my busy schedule. This place will ALWAYS have my business!
