Is it Dollar General's policy to lock the entrance 5 minutes before the posted closing time while customers are still in the store? I understand with COVID, staffing is an issue & that this particular store can't be open the hours of other stores. But to deny entry just so the staff working doesn't have to stay later than they want is, in my opinion, unprofessional. I work at a local business that will not only routinely turn registers on as late as 30 minutes after close, But will accommodate any customer's after hours calls & requests for purchases. Less than 1 year ago, I delivered heating fuel to this store even though they have never purchased from my company in the past nor have they since & they weren't able to get their normal provider to deliver. They ordered our minimum amount & even though they have no account in place with my company, I didn't hesitate to walk through 40 yards of knee high snow to provide them with heat. In short, C'mon, man!

Friendly staff. Great selection especially for a local store. Everything from groceries to household items and clothes to small furniture. Open later, making it great if you need something a pinch.

I brought my service animal with me, because well he is a service animal. Quite friendly animal and a little anxious at times cause he is new to service work and I found that the employees were extremely rude about the whole thing so I got in and out as fast as I could..!

A Dollar General but with a lack of adult supervision. Carts lined up in back of store, little shelf recovery, slip-knot music on store system, longish line at checkout until someone finally opened another register. A customer had to ask if another register could be opened.

Most of the items were not on the shelves. They were on the u-boats sitting in the aisles. Hard to shop there.. Got a good hat for $3 😁

The aisles were messy things were laying on the floor. Carts of merchandise sitting around and not getting put out on the shelves. Very disgusting, never seen it like this before!

I called asking if Dollar General had a item that was listed online. The clerk that answered was rude. She quickly said nope and hung up in my face.

Customer service is great, but getting around the store is sorta tuff with stock in blocking aisles and shelves.
