This store has more than exceeded any expectations as always! Super staff and very knowledgeable too, if you cant find what your looking for they will point you in the right direction always, free popcorn for you and the kids when you come, just dont blame them when it gets stuck in your teeth. That is a self serve, at your own risk type of endeavor. But its so good.. huge bonus too now is that this store has a massive selection of YETI gear and I'm absolutely loving that stuff. It pains me to say but I would never buy anything from this store again other than basic hardware needs.I recently purchased a new Toro lawnmower from them, used it twice and had issues. I brought the mower back to see if there may had been issues with the setup only to be told by the Manager that he could not do a thing and rudely told me that I needed to go to a Toro service center. He never even looked at the mower.Lesson learned - Be sure to clarify their willingness or ability to service any major purchase you are considering or you may experience the same poor customer service and unwillingness to help problem solve the issue that I had.

The best there is! I was chased out of the Mound True Value for refusing to wear a face muzzle. I interacted with multiple employees inside the Navarre store, and EVERY SINGLE one of them was kind, respectful, and very appreciative of my patronage. Clearly they understand business, customer service, and human rights. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have my business for life!

Wow, this place just made a new local regular out of me. My 3 year old was very tired and cranky, and we had to stop by for some stuff after school. Immediately upon entering, the nicest employee names Jon offered her a cup of water to help with her hiccups…and she instantly felt better.They made our key duplicates, brought the water softener salt to our car - amazing service. It made my afternoon so much easier. Thank you to the whole team there!!!

Customer service is excellent. I'm new to the community and have been in the store multiple times in the last few months. Even when it's busy, I've always been greeted with a hello. At each visit, someone has gone out of there way to ask if I need assistance finding what I'm looking for in the store. Very impressive customer service. They'll have my business going forward.

Went in for some custom paint to touch up the house siding, staff was courteous, polite and responsive. Prices were fair and overall an easy in-and-out visit.

Local Hardware stores are a core necessity of every community. They have the staff that knows how to solve problems, and allow you to buy one washer that you lost off the mower when you were working on it. Without these local hardware stores we can't survive.

The staff there are all so nice and always want the best outcome for the customers. There is this one gentleman named Kennedy who always goes above and beyond, and is the best Assistant Manager there I’ve ever seen!

Even though the guy working here (wish I knew his name!) gave us a funny look when we pulled up in our VW Bug with an armoire hanging out the back, he found him to be the most helpful individual we've ever encountered at a hardware store. My husband ran in to buy some rope to keep our trunk stable. It was pretty obvious we didn't know how to tie a good knot...thankfully the handy hardware store guy offered to help. Lucky for us, he had lived in Maine and worked on the lobster boats! This guy knows how to tie some pretty dang good knots! We made it back to Minneapolis (in 1 1/2 hrs thanks to traffic, bumps, and a slow accelerating car) and had some good laughs along the way...I mean really, the armoire was almost the same size as my car. Thanks, seafaring hardware store guy in Navarre.

Been here a few times and don't plan on going back. They were not very helpful and the last time I was there they were locking the doors as I was walking up which was 4 minutes before closing. It looked like the person saw me walking up and locked the door and walked away. Another customer tried to get in after me too. Not a good way to run a business.
