A very busy location. Entrance and exit on the weekend is a nightmare. Nice selection compared to surrounding stores.

Hands down the most comically overpriced grocery store I've ever been to all things considered. Kowalskis in Excelsior is a steal by comparison. As of late May 2023 they are charging $27/lb for cheap Choice cuts of Ribeye. That is criminal. At Kowalskis they are charging $28/lb for 40-day aged PRIME ribeye. They also had cans of Celsius at $3.49. You can go across the street to Holiday and get 2 for $4. Don't shop here unless you like being price gouged.

*Update edit* I wanted to bump this review up to a three star as I'm still not entirely impressed with the attitudes of at least 60% of the employees (yes I have worked in a grocery store, it sucks, but being rude isn't going to make it better). I do want to raise it from a one star because the service has been better recently and I do like going here for the deli soup, especially the ham and wild rice, however another part of it being only three stars is that they haven't had their signature ham and wild rice soup on the deli in over a year.I don't usually shop here, but with recent road construction I've dropped in a few times because it's the easiest to get to for now. As a former employee of this same store, I'm not impressed with the attitude of the employees; the few times I wasn't ignored entirely I was sneered at or rudely spoken to.

we are a busy family of 6, so we tried lunds & byerlys order online and pickup in store. when we arrived for our grocery pickup last thursday they tried to give us the wrong groceries, having apparently given my $200 worth of groceries to another car. i understand that mistakes happen, and the people i've spoken to at the store have been trying to make this right, but it is now 3 business days and i still have not received my refund. i was just informed by the store that their "call center" is behind and will process my refund when they get to it (?), but it may be another 3 business days from today? that would put me at a week with no refund.it's 2022. it's atrocious that refunds aren't instanteous and there's nothing the store can do to make this right.

This Lunds & Byerlys has the most amazing produce! The store is clean, the selections (no matter what department) are always plentiful. This location has a fantastic salad bar and deli and the meats are always top quality.There is also a Caribou located in this store - which is much faster than going to the Caribou in Mound.

Great produce and meat. This location also has a salad bar and olive bar. Half price sushi on Wednesdays. Recently nicely renovated, friendly (most of time) helpful staff. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll get it for you.

Really enjoy the environment here. Every aisle is clean, organized, and the associates are friendly. The produce section is also exceptional.There is also a coffee shop area where you can drink coffee, meet friends, or work from the coffee shop w/a laptop.

Someone went in front of me in line and the cashier (younger tall guy with brown hair) saw me standing there waiting and was still gana attend him first and laughed/smirked about it like seriously this is the kind of people you hire!? He didn’t even say a word which as an employee you should ask questions like who was there first ect not just stay silent and smirk. If it wasn’t for the other customer who went in front of me that said I was there first the cashier would have totally checked him out before me . Don’t want to come here anymore for that dumb costumer service experience I had.

Great selection, but when I go to check out I didn't even get any acknowledgement from the cashier. I guess that's not a priority there. I have on many occasions asked them "how are you doing today?" I was not even responded to. The days of being polite to everyone are just reserved for if you want to or not basis.

Good selection. Very clean. Great staff. Baggers carry groceries to your car. Prices can be high but high quality meats and produce. Gives back to community. Sales and reward club is a plus.

Not all Lunds & Byerlys are the same, this one gets a low score for me because of three reasons: the store is way too small for a lot of stuff, the aisles are small and you can't get two carts down a single aisle like you can at the other stores. There's absolutely no room. Two: lack of employees on the floor, everyone is up at the registers and that's it. You need help looking for something and you're back up front asking. Lastly, the customer service wasn't all that great, the gentleman who checked me out was in too big of a hurry. Maybe he had to pee, I don't know, but it wasn't the experience I was hoping to have.

Recently remodeled store. It's smaller than your typical Lunds & Byerlys. The produce section is hot or miss, often times won't have staple items, not always the freshest either. I use the grocery store as a place to pick up things now and then, not for my primary shopping.

Newly remodeled in 2017. It's so nice! A smaller store than some other locations, but just as packed with the quality goods you'd expect from Lunds & Byerlys. Plus, a Caribou Coffee right inside the front door.

Getting better and better. They have fresh sushi now. (Hope they won't have the Wednesday sale half size sushi . That is no sale is a reap off, I prefer to pay the extra dollar or two, than having to buy more, because it is not satisfying)Cleaner, kindest people working there all the time, honestly it makes you feel like you matter to them.

Recent redesign looks great. Still a black hole for cell phone signal. I have had multiple providers and I never get signal in this store. So if expecting an important call...don't go here at that time.

Had added a few things to my cart on the assumption I could sign up for the rewards program, while in the checkout line. This was not the case, and ended paying full price instead :( Managment - please revise your process for rewards, or risk making customers feel uncomfortable and misled.

Lund’s & Byerly’s is pretty good but definitely pricey. Pretty tasty sandwiches, working bathrooms, clean, clear, big store. Polite, nice staff. Too expensive. Payday came & am celebrating with snacks & goodies

A clean store, carpeted or tiled, and courtious staff. Recently remodeled. Shelves always stocked (and they're quite modern). A small sized organic foods section; mostly mainline selections/brands that you would expect, and completely priced. A much appreciated mainstay store for the small-town communities between Wayzata and Mound in the heart of Lake Minnetonka. (Sorry, no pictures from Google guides).

I used to really enjoy shopping at this Lunds but now would rather drive to the Wayzata Lunds. I have been shopping here since it was a Super Value.Over the past year customer service has gone downhill. When I have had concerns rather than making it right I would get excuses. Not "how can we fix" it"but staff isn't used to new deli...or not able to break up packages of buns..A no brainier for Publix in Florida. Unable to find my phone number on their system which I signed up for there was a major issue giving me the 2$ discount. Thank goodness for Kathy Eunice who recognized me as a regular shopper rather than a criminal. There are a lot of wonderful staff there but I am tired of the mentality I feel is coming from top down.

Great store to shop at. Fresh food. Their cheeses are amazing along with the fresh breads. My only gripe is they have very skinny isles and this causes problems navigating the store.

Beautiful remodeling. I especially love the new "TO GO" area. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I enjoy a trip to see what is new and tasty. I especially love the Superfoods Salad in the deli.

I wish you wouldn’t inject the steaks with red coloring . You met your match , I grew up in beef country and have been grilling meat for 49 years . The porterhouses tasted like old ground beef , obvious they were old and stale . This is the 3rd time in 20 years I buy meat from you . Never again ! All 3 times same result . Good for a dog though.

Employees are great but underprepared to provide good grocery store customer service. Check out lady had no clue how to bag groceries. You dont put meat in with produce. C'mon Lunds & Byerlys.
