The staff is not very friendly and come across as condescending when talking to them. I am new to the area so not really sure how everything works and they are not very helpful. Every time I need a prescription refill I have to call at least once to check up on it and get it moving. I am over having no Medicine for many days very time I am needing a refill it’s to exhausting , I would rather drive 20 minutes to use a drive thru pharmacy and have staff that is friendly and helpful.

They are fantastic. Kay is the best asset she always goes above and beyond finding coupons for expensive meds when she can etc. We no longer live in town and it'd be more convenient to go to delano where my husband works but their kindness, caring, pricing etc just can't be beat. Worth the extra trip and I'm happy to give them my business for the long haul. Rose and her staff r truly amazing and I appreciate them all

The perfect hometown pharmacy. The staff knows their customers well, and genuinely cares when you need their help with prescriptions or over the counter meds advice. You're always greeted with a smile when you walk through the door! Every business should have this level of customer service and great staff members like Watertown Pharmacy!
