My husband placed an order for a custom anniversary arrangement based on our wedding flowers over two weeks before the date. When the he called the morning of to arrange pickup, the shop had misplaced the order, but assured him they had the flowers to create his request. When the arrangement was picked up I was informed that they had run out of the flowers ordered and had to substitute. As a result the arrangement has a piecemeal, unstructured look, the larkspur was broken, and the white roses that were used were shot straight out of the cooler. There was only one piece of the greens requested and the substituted greens didn't compliment the flowers or design. While I was ecstatic with the thought my husband had put into our special day, we were both disappointed with the arrangement provided and the way the shop handled the order.My husband had previously ordered my Valentine's day flowers at this shop, which has also been ordered well in advance. When he had called to arrange pickup the day the flowers were expected to be ready, the order had yet to be prepared so he had to schedule his pickup time. The arrangement portrayed a lack of design knowledge and were poorly presented. The flowers received were not in the best condition, the callas showed early signs of decay the day arrangement was received, and were fried the next day. Having worked in the flower industry I had assumed the lack of quality was a result of the suppliers holding stock for the holiday.While I understand that flower quality can be unpredictable, especially during busy holidays. The repeat in sub-optimal product on separate occasions where the shop was given plenty of lead time to provide the $100+ arrangements requested and order management concerns for both orders lead to my low rating.

Placed an order for a birthday delivery and was very disappointed. Placed the order online for a beautiful arrangement a balloon and choclates and spent a pretty penny on this shop. When it was delivered, I was not satisfied at all. Flowers were missing, greenery was different and the flowers looked as if they were pulled straight from the cooler. It wasn't full and looked empty and poorly put together. I called and asked if there was an issue with the flowers or if they hadn't gotten the right picture to go off of and was told nothing was wrong. They actually couldn't find the arrangement I had ordered on their website so had to go off of 3 different recipes. I sent them the link to where it was under the birthday section and pictures of the website showing it. Was told I was right but they didn't find it and didn't know why a mother's day arrangement was in the birthday section. And because it was a mother's day arrangement they didn't have the flowers because it is a different season. I asked what could be done since in the website arrangement it showed a full arrangement vs the not so full one that was delivered and was told nothing can be done because i paid for a $60 arrangement and actually got $68 worth of flowers. I asked for the breakdown of the flowers and was ignored. They went on to say I was LUCKY they had the pitcher vase since it was the last one and they found it in the back. In the end they kept repeating "well what do you want me to do about it?" "There's nothing I can do. " I was very annoyed with their customer service and will not be ordering from them.Edit to respond:You offered to exchange/swap the already gifted arrangement, not replace. You expected me to ungift an arrangement that was for a birthday. Doesn't make sense to take away someone's flowers to give them new flowers that could or could not be what was asked. Lesson learned though.

A nice smaller greenhouse. I found some healthy vegetable plants here that you can't get at the big box stores. A mixed four pack, 4 different, of basil plants for about 3 bucks. A nice selection of pepper plants and tomatoes. Nice herb selection also. Will be going back with the flower expert soon. Pretty sure she'll find some stuff. Thanks 😊

Waseca Floral arranged the flowers for my father’s Celebration of Life and they did a wonderful job of matching the flowers to what we asked for. We asked that they be delivered Friday afternoon and they had them at the church when we requested. Thank you so much! The flowers were beautiful 🤗

We love waseca floral and have used it for all of our special occasions! I believe that they really care about their customers and provide very personal service. Waseca floral did an arrangement for a funeral we had to attend. They did the most beautiful floral arrangement paying special attention to what we wanted for our loved ones. We buy our Christmas trees there every year. They are always gorgeous. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

My husband and I live out of state and wanted to order flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday for next day delivery. They were beautiful, prompt, and the best priced in town!! We will always order our flowers from here. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
