The staff is overworked, in store management should be allowed to control more ordering to accommodate the actual customers, I'm positive they are not shown any appreciation and most of the customers are rude as heck. But yet they still manage to be respectful and helpful. Especially Matt. Good job.

I can always depend on Dollar General to find unique items. All the Dollar General's in our area would benefit from one person focusing on stocking shelves and another running the register in between stocking. I know we are lacking employees, but the freight needs to be on the shelves to be purchased. Freight is always in carts on the floor. It is like this in all 3 stores in Northern MN.

Staff has been helpful every time I've been there, and there's always a good selection of anything you would expect from a dollar store. I will say that the store was definitely very cold inside, considering that the outdoor temp is around -5°f I would think they would want to keep it fairly warm. Other than that my only issue was the store being a little too cramped to maneuver my father's wheelchair comfortably, but since my last visit this appears to have gotten considerably better.

It has been nice in the past but now it is a mess. The shelves are not stocked, there are boxes with merchandise everywhere, there were toys all over the floor in one aisle, and there was a line of ten people with only one cashier. Nice store in the past but they have really dropped the ball.

Absolute worst Managed place of business!!! Empty shelves, stock racks blocking isle, unable to even walk through let alone get to products! Management Extremely unprofessional, rude, overwhelming obnoxious to workers in front of customers! More than Outstandingly Lazy! How retains position this long is outrageously disgusting ,as well should be questioned who continues employing individual! The Only One Star rating is for the young man( medium length, red haired, facial hair, glasses)that must be only surviving worker of the place!!! He should have Management job along with enormous bonus and even bigger raise of pay.. Compensate for all the humiliation has been through!!!

Best dollar general i have ever been in ! They even have fresh produce, wow . Very roomy isles was very nice to not feel so cramped, lots of selections, big refrigerator and freezer food choices, was very nice as I live on the road when working, so supposed and food selections were great.

Not much to say other than it doesn't float my boat at all. I saw a lot of exact same items in other stores at same price or higher so don't let the name Dollar General suck you in thinking your getting a great deal. Customer service is nonexistent at 2 locations I have visited. Seems like DG lacks supporting their stores with payroll hours and hiring people that have good customer service skills. I'm guessing their inventory shrink is high. I will support my local store first before I go back.

Only place of it's kind in town. Great people working there but they need more. There's always freight sitting in the way. They've had to close just to restock shelves. Give them more help!

I love DG when they have there shelves stocked. Some employees are better then others. I only mentioned that because they can't seem to hold onto employees and there's always new ppl working there.

Poorly stocked, has fallen to average level... Used to be much better run to than the ones in neighboring towns. No longer looks like it. Always good prices on every day needs tho.

Was a good variety store with a large selection of low priced items but the shelves are routinely nearly bare, as the company can't keep staff due to over working and under paying.

It has a lot of stuff for a little store. But last time I was there they didn't have coffee filters and had many tripping hazzards like folded up empty boxes on the floor.

I got fired from this place for family medical emergency and earlier for a pregnancy emergency. Who wants to watch their cashier throw up blood???!!! Or go to work with their baby having breathing issues. Like seriously. Dont lie about not having hours yet hiring more people. Shame.

Hardly anything on the shelves. Carts full of products jamming rows, hardly able to move a cart down the aisles. Getting real tired of going to about the only variety store in town where you can't get what you need!!

All the employees are really nice. For a small store it has a wide range of selection and I was able to get a lot of things on multiple shopping lists.

Done with dollar general, told they have been closing at 6pm since August, they obviously don't care about the vast majority of people that work till 5 or 6 most days, I won't make a special trip to shop on a day off. The store is disorderly most of the time making it impossible to even go down isles. Vote with your wallet.

The stores never open according to its posted hours. The shelves are never stopped the star cards are always aligned down aisles so that you can't see the shelves.

This store is always closed .It 430 pm on a Wednesday and the store is closed NO sign on the door .it's time to shop other places that will appreciate the customer's.

Terrible customer service and the store is always a mess!! A lot of times it's hard to even try to walk down the Isles cause of everything stacked up on the floor through out the store. I try avoid shopping here at all cost.

Most of the time there are unstocked items as well as truck equipment that is left to stand in the aisles making it unfriendly to disabled.
