We have taken our two dogs here twice now and both times we have been really happy. One dog gets a bath and haircut, nails, teeth. The other is a short hair dog and only gets his nails trimmed. Their personalities couldn’t be more different and yet the staff knows just how to manage both of them. We will definitely continue to bring our dogs here!

As always amazing job today. Even with the surprise of my 13 year old Yorkie mix newly started having seizures. Very calm and gentle with her making everything as stress free as possible. Thank you!!

My husband and I inherited my mom's dog when she couldn't take her to the retirement community she just moved into. Penny is a fourteen year old Australian Shepard and was so wooly that she looked like a gray sheep. We knew there was a dog in there somewhere. What they did for our newest family member was amazing. She looked like an entirely different dog! I can tell she feels better and she looks just great! Awesome job at a really reasonable price! Thank you!

They sent my dog Cassie home with a cut ear. when I finally got someone they said well she had a mole. They did not bother to tell my husband and made a dozen excuses. Also she came home with little black marks all over her back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY

I have a Yorky and we asked for a shorter hair cut on her body but a normal face shaped cut for her face. They shaved her body shorter than we wanted and it was patchy in places. And they shaved all the hair off her face and it was really patchy. They also cut her wiskers off too. And she didn’t really smell to clean either. She ended up looking like a Chihuahua which was not the look we wanted for her. My family and I are very disappointed. We are not taking her back and I would not recommend you take your dog either.

I’m a little disappointed after getting a few recommendations from Facebook and seeing the reviews from others.I brought two dogs. I had informed the lady at the desk that it had been some time since they had been washed so they were pretty filthy.One of my dogs looked good. He was clean and fluffy and didn’t smell funky anymore.The other had visible dirt on his head and his ears were still caked with dirt (he is a basset, he has long ears). When I told the girl who brought them to me, she took my dog back begrudgingly and addressed his head and most of his ears (still some crud on one).It was my first experience here, and probably my last.
