Was there Feb 23 2024 the staff was so friendly and helpful. Noah did a great job at showing me items of interest and getting me to right areas to find the goods. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair they treat every costumer with respect and take all questions seriously. When I was leaving there was a nice young lady with a rack of cloths she helped me out of the store by opening both doors. I am so grateful for such kindness I will be doing business with in future as I have in past.

Ordered a shotgun on a Monday , it was delivered to my ffl in VA by Friday… with standard shipping. Painless process. One of the best online firearms purchase experiences I’ve had! Give them a try! Also the gun was 300 dollars less than local stores were selling it for!

Incredible selection at reasonable prices. Planning a fishing trip and needed to stock up on lures, shoes and clothes and Reeds didn't disappoint.Staff were helpful with selection and provided no stress recommendations.Happy to find this gem and it definitely lived up to it's reputation!!

Usually a customer of the traditional sporting goods stores. Thought I would give Reeds a try. Last time! Had a product they said was in inventory. Ordered two of them. After a week of no shipping status I called. Nice enough support who said she we get me shipping info. 5 minutes later I received a cancellation notice for product not available. Not one but both items not available. Not that big of a place to have that kind of inventory issues. They charge you immediately and I have to call to get status. How long would this have gone on before they notified me and refund. Obviously not a future customer.

A neat sporting good store. Wide selection of clothes, gear, and firearms. The staff with the firearms knew the sales going on and what manufacturers had rebates. The entire staff made you feel welcome being there. The layout of the business was slightly disorienting but not bad by any means. Cool place overall.

The guys in the fishing department were awesome and definitely life savers!We came up there (6hr drive) only to find out our fish finder was not able to communicate with our trolling motor, come to find out we were sold the wrong equipment by the other guys. Reeds experts got us fixed up and on the water catching fish! THANKS, GUYS!

It is much more pleasant to shop online. After a dedicated drive to get my hands on some shotguns I had been researching, I found few. The staff that finally asked if I needed anything was arrogant.I did just place an order online, and hopefully it will be fulfilled quickly for my son’s first youth deer hunt.

Great store! We actually had never heard of it until a neighbor told us. We had to go to Walker on business so we stopped at Reed's! They have about everything you need from clothing to guns and fishing equipment. Fun store!

Do not call. People that are ancering phones are not friendly and will not let you speak with management. I wanted to speak with a manager and ask a simple question. The lady would not transfer me to a manager.

Beware of going on a Monday or Tuesday. They are closed. What a great store. Excellent quality product and great customer service. We had to exchange one thing and return another. No problems whatsoever. I found the cutest boots and shoes. Fantastic quality so worth the price.

I love shopping at Reeds for all my outdoor needs. The atmosphere in the building is super cool. The staff is also very knowledgable and helpful. They always have good stock on products and they have brands that not all retailers have, which makes it nice for having options. They also always have a large section of firearms and their ammo is in stock is a lot better than most retailers. The Walker location is also located right next to Leech lake, so it's an easy pitstop before I head to the lake. They also have a great website that is easy to use. I've had nothing but great experiences shopping online or in store at Reeds.

Everyone at your store was very pleasant and very helpful. We especially liked Griff. He has a great personality and is an asset to your team. We picked up a shot gun we ordered and it's beautiful! There was a young man in customer service, who has only been there for 4 days, and he was great.

I made a purchase on Reed's Website on Sunday Evening, July 30, 2023. Before the sun went down the following day - a Monday, the fraudulent credit card charges started popping up. One after another until the daily limit on the card stopped them - Interestingly, all of the charges were in a very tight 40 mile circle around where? - You guessed it - their store. Groceries, Clothes, Gasoline, Auto-parts were all charged to my card in a 40 mile circle around Walker Minnesota.I called Reed's on Tuesday, and spoke to a lady in their call center. I explained what had happened, and that the evidence pointed to either a website hack, or a data breach where someone accessed my card info. Likely the later, since all the fraud occurred in or close by Reed's headquarters. The Lady in the call center told me someone would be in touch. I gave her three phone numbers, my order number and my email address. Weeks later, I've not heard a peep out of Reed's. Not even a smoke signal. How's that for caring about your customers? Shameful! Now, I suppose someone at Reed's who reads this review will either pop-up and post something asking me to contact them. It's funny how organizations are always sorry, once they've got a bad review. If you are using Reed's website, get ready for the same thing to happen to you. By the way. I'm 800 miles away from Reed's store, and the dozen fraudulent transactions occurred in, and around their hometown.

Had a return issue not caused by me and was basically told "screw you". I will never do business with this company who cares nothing about resolving customer issues fairly. Stay clear and look up their complaints with BBB.

Stop into to see if they had blaze orange bids for hunting. Which they did. Also, it was on sale for 99 dollars. The staff was knowledgeable about what they sale and are always friendly.

Reeds has an excellent selection. Everything you could imagine for shooting and finishing they have, and at an affordable price. Their clothing selection is great too. The amount of staff to assist is impressive, I think I saw at least 20 the Friday before fishing opener.

Reeds sporting goods has everything you need to be a successful hunter. Too bad the are located one the west coast. Very helpful staff. And almost any hunting need in stock and ready to ship. Including firearms and hard to find Ammo and reasonable shipping cost.

This place was fine, but I guess I was expecting more. I was there a couple of weeks ago and it seemed like they were moving things around or something. Lots of things in the camping area wrapped in plastic. Not much for camping items either. They had a nice selection of guns and the staff was really helpful.

Well went there to get an exchange on a pair of shoes they only gave 2 left shoes. Overpacked, overcrowded, overpriced. Unclean, unfriendly, very uninviting. The exchange was handled to my satisfaction, but the rest of that circus can just have itself.

I have heard the praises of Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters from family and friends for years. I made my first purchased from Reeds this past week. Their selection of merchandise and pricing is commendable. I received strong customer support from customer service rep, Mosher. The level of professionalism I was treated with from the phone sales and customer service reps was of a level the national chain stores do not rise to. My experience was so favorable from my purchase earlier this week that I drove three hours to Walker MN to attend their fall sales event in person yesterday. It was absolutely worth the effort. I experienced the same level of professionalism I had received earlier this week. Reeds provided my with lowest prices on my purchases that I have heard of available to the public. I could not be more pleased with my transactions at Reeds

Reeds Customer Service stands above all other Outdoor Outfitters in my experience. Customer Service Representative "Mosher" sets the bar at a level higher than any representative I have ever dealt with. Not just Outdoor Outfitters, Sporting Goods Stores as well. I will be making the 168 mile drive to Reeds Outdoor Outfitters in Walker MN for the Fall Classic once again. Reeds prices are well worth the 336 mile round trip drive. Not to mention the best excuse to to take a day trip.
