The worst Walgreens in Saint Cloud. I go here constantly and they always have ONE worker working with ONE register. Pretty ridiculous when you’re waiting in one line for 20 minutes. I hate hate hate this Walgreens and refuse to spend my money at this location. You need to do better.

Pharmacist was rude. I was given the wrong information on the quantity, which cost me $55, and when I tried to clarify the info with the pharmacist, she dismissed what I said and got a nasty attitude.

If I could give the pharmacy staff more than 5 stars I would. I made an error when scheduling Covid testing online for my kids. Instead of sending us away, the staff worked to make it happen and help us get the testing completed. They went so far above normal service. While testing my kids, they were so helpful, thorough, and patient. After we left, my kids commented several times about the kindness of the Walgreens staff. Thanks for being exceptional today!

I went to pick up a prescription but was told they were unable to split the cost between my HSA card and my debit card so I had to leave without. I went back that evening and pharmacy associate (Eric G) went out of his way to help me get the payment split so I could get my prescription (was completely out so this was very much appreciated).I notice the manager always greets everyone as they come in and go out which is nice as he's around for help / actively there for customers.

Service was amazing! The pharmacy team was able to make my last minute Covid test work and everything was very smooth. I am extremely thankful for their help and helping me get my test done on time before I travel.

This is for the Pharmacy, I’m sorry I cannot remember the pharmacist’s name, but he did flu shots for me and both of my children, my son 7 yo took it like a champ. My 12 yo daughter was scared out of her mind and was freaking out and panicking for a good while. He was so kind and patient and so very very wonderful! He is why I will have this be my pharmacy moving forward!

Huge shout out to pharmacy staff members Emma and Eric. Interacted with them yesterday, they went above and beyond on a day when it was really needed. They were kind, resourceful, helpful and delivered excellent customer care. The past year has been taxing on employees like this, they deserve a huge pat on the back. Thank you Emma and Eric.

Terrible experience picking up a redirected Fed Ex box. The person helping me insisted the box had not been delivered even though I had an email that it had. She would not even look at the boxes they had and was not going to help me. Another cashier came up and found the box. They kept talking about how they are strictly a drop off and pick up location for Fed Ex which is what I was doing. Yuk!!

I received very rude service from Rebecca in the photo department. I had to ask multiple times if I could look at my photo order before purchasing to make sure they turned out correctly. She would not answer me and continued to ring up my order and when I finally was able to look at the photos, they were blurry/poor quality. She seemed very irritated with doing her job and I will not return to the Walgreens in Waite Park due to her poor attitude and lack of customer service abilities.

Pharmacy is very inconsistent. I I was told a prescription was sent in the mail. I had to skip a day to save a dose. I’m on my last one and still no prescription! Never recommended! Would give zero if I could.

I had to get a covid test here for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. Covid results got lost between the transmitter to PWN Health and my email (technical issues, not Walgreens' fault). A guy named Aaron in the pharmacy department was flipping amazing and retrieved my results for me so I could make my flights the next day. You're amazing Aaron thank you so much!

Nice Walgreens, never anyone around in the photo department when you need someone, the employees are always hanging out in there employee lounge instead of staying in there spot that there assigned to work at. Or there up and down aisles completely ignoring customers, I hear pages going off for almost 10 minutes before someone finally comes to help.

Walgreen's is a staple in the area. There are a couple locations along Division, and another in Sartell, and one in Sauk Rapids. They provide your pharmacy needs, but also sell a small selection of food/convenience food items, school supplies, cosmetics, health and beauty products, candy, photo finishing, magazines, and more.My general complaint about Walgreen's is that their pharmacies tend to be a lot slower than I'd like. I can't help but think that that is on purpose so that you look around and purchase other products there while you wait. I've sometimes had to wait close to an hour for a medication. That seems unreasonable.I've always found the service helpful and friendly, especially if I'm looking for something I can't find.I like that most Walgreen's, including this one, have Redbox locations where I can pick up a movie.

Good shopping, nasty bathrooms.First thing on the morning, when you would think bathrooms would have been cleaned overnight, the bathrooms were completely disgusting. Soap all over the walls, dirty floors, dirty stall walls, broken paper towel dispenser, paper towels in the sink. Just yucky. Please please clean your bathrooms!

Not really a lot to say but it's a average pharmacy with the basics you would find in there, basic employees some that are really friendly some that are rather rude and the only annoying thing that is worth complaining about the bathroom can be rather filthy at times where it looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day and the trashes out side need to be changed more often all in all though not a bad store if you need a pharmacy to shop.
