Solid Home Depot. They have great deals on plants. Great parking. Always have good things in stock.

I had a lot of building materials to pickup and along of 4 x 8 Particleboard Sheets. A new employee Michael (high school student) helped me. He did an excellent job and was so nice to help in getting everything then loading my truck and trailer. THANKS AGAIN MICHAEL!

I can't believe a big place like this doesn't carry in stock options for appliances. Seems to be something people need to replace quickly if they go out but you have to order. Delivery dates or even pick up dates were more than 2 weeks out. But....they have as much Vinyl plank flooring as one would need for a 50 unit apartment....just not emergency appliance replacement options. Lost out on over 4k worth of my business.

Worst experience ever. Every aisle I went downThe employee force me to move out of the way 3 times to move a latter that he never used. I felt I was followed around the store and felt extreamly uncomfortable. After spending 236.96 I gave up shopping there and finished shopping at Menards.

I don’t know what is happening with this whole situation. To say this is Home Depot at its finest, is a complete joke. Everything to listening to the phone calls, which was never done on your behalf, to taking any ownership beyond the $650 offered of the $2400 we were forced to spend right before the holidays. No accountability on your installers behalf, who ripped up the carpet, forcing us to buy more carpet to replace what they had ripped up.And then, seeing a document trying to settle without even looking into the case is a further slap in the face that customer service is not a priority to Home Depot in their carpet department, as nobody is really taking in the whole story. You’re just trying to resolve this to shut us up. I will continue to pursue this through upper management, owners, the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else that will listen.I was requesting a full refund of the additional money we were forced to spend. That was $2400. I didn’t even need all of it, but a reasonable offer along with a genuine apology is all I was looking for regarding the inconvenience and multiple mistakes that were made. Seeing a Docusign sent from corporate denying an $8,000 refund was shocking as we were never negotiating a refund on the previously purchased and installed $6,000 in carpet. That is not at all what I asked or expected. We went into this whole thing with a daycare grant of $6000. The Home Depot in-store agent that my wife talked directly to, and the rep on the phone making changes, without confirming anything, asked for a payment, confirming the order right then and there. The phone rep said that was all the rooms included after asking twice. If you listen to that phone call, you will hear what that rep said that day. If you’re saying, we cannot trust, the people were talking to at Home Depot, that is a conversation in itself. Not to mention when the installers came, they ripped up all of the carpet in our house, and then told us there was not enough carpet to replace everything they had previously ripped up. At that point, what are we supposed to do? We absolutely had to replace that carpet then. I even asked them to put the old carpet back in which they told me they could not.If you guys think the hassle of this, as well as an additional three weeks through Christmas is an acceptable Home Depot policy, then I cannot say anything about it. All I can say is that I will never shop at Home Depot again, or sign anything stating I am closing this case. I have a couple people that I work with that I will be pursuing with this case.I stayed respectful towards everybody I talk to, and nobody would take accountability or apologize besides Diane. If everyone along the way, agrees with this decision, then I will continue pushing it anywhere I can. Whether it’s social media, friends, and family, upper management, Better Business Bureau. Please do not ask me to sign anything closing this case with a settlement of $650. That is a complete slap in the face and even aggravates me more as part of that was the installers damaging my walls. Nobody in this process, cares about our situation, and what we were forced to do. Home Depot is a Corporate National Company that doesn’t care about bigger issues that cost them money. Not to mention having to put $2400 on a 29% credit card through the holidays, or to mention my family burden Hope Depot caused. All anybody wants is to be heard, and to be able to trust big names like Home Depot. We will forever be Menards shoppers.

Great store. Everything we wanted was in stock. Friendly employees, always willing to help. Very clean store and rest rooms. Proud that you honor a Veteran discount. All in all a good experience.

I take my son with me every time we go to Home Depot in Waite Park. We love the experience and the employees are always willing to help. One of the employees even offered to give my son a small, Home Depot apron! We didn’t have enough time but I know he would have loved it!

We purchased custom flooring from Home Depot and went through an absolute nightmare of poor service. We needed to go into the store three times to get corrected or replaced materials, twice because of damage done in shipping, and once because of a processing error. When our flooring finally arrived (over a month late), it was delivered in the pouring rain with no covering. Our installer insisted that Home Depot come over to ensure nothing was damaged before they would come do the install. Luckily nothing was damaged but we had to bring everything inside our house to let it dry out for a week before the installer would come over. Then, when the installer came, they immediately noticed that the quarter round molding was just white primer coated. Apparently, this was one of the choices when we made our order on the Home Depot website, but it was not obvious or evident to us that we were buying molding that we would have to paint ourselves. So, we had to bring the molding back to Home Depot, pay an extra $300 for matching molding, and pay a $92 restocking fee for them to take the original molding back. All along the way, communication was terrible and we kept having to follow-up on things -- spending countless hours of our time to finally get what we wanted. When I went to the store to request some credit for all of our wasted time & frustration, three separate times the Home Depot Manager told us he wasn't responsible -- as if to suggest either we were responsible for all their missteps, or someone else within the HD organization was responsible but not him. So, here is my suggestion to anyone considering Home Depot for a large home improvement project -- especially custom flooring -- DON'T DO IT!

A handy place to find a lot of useful things for the home. When we moved into a new house that could use some more shelves, the folks at Home Depot cut us some copies. I took the scraps home and brought them back to have them cut a different shelf size later, with no issues about it. But when my partner really wanted a rug that showed as in-stock for the store on the website, getting assistance to locate that rug in the store was not possible. We still don't have that rug. This seems like a pretty simple kind of transaction, so it's extra confusing and disappointing that ordering it online for store pick-up seems to be the only way to get time and attention directed toward that task. There is limited space under the rugs to store certain styles and sizes—that is fine, and understandable. But this should be one customer request away from being a rug sale, retrieved from wherever rugs are stored, and not a the-employee-looked-for-it-just-like-we-did-and-then-walked-away-after-they-didn't-find-it moment. That was awkward, frustrating, and a waste of our time. If Home Depot intends to continue selling rugs, it might want to streamline the rug handling process. Thankfully, I wasn't on team buy-the-rug, but my partner was pissed and would probably be upset again if I mentioned it.

Home Depot is a fairly good lumber yard there's just one problem with it well actually two first off try and find an employee and secondly I really have a problem with the amount of lumber they landfill every day this stuff could be cut up into 16 inch length and sold for campfires or in the winter time in Minnesota even heating garages and shops but they landfill it instead

Purchased an LG kitchen stove recently. Delivered as scheduled, during a 4 hour window. Real time tracking app is a great feature, tells you it's on the truck & number of stops before yours. Delivery guys were careful & courteous & hauled away my old one for a reasonable price I am pleased with the product, pricing & delivery process.

Disappointed with this check out problem they have. Forcing you to self check out by only having 1 register open. Long line on self check out. They have to many workers standing around.put them on registers. I left my stuff there and walked out. This is why people shop on line...

I always prefer Home Depot to it's competitors. The staff are usually more knowledgeable AND more accessible then anywhere else in town. The store is laid out in a way you can actually get your things without being over saturated with junk to sell you. I didn't come to a home improvement store for dog food, frozen pizzas, soup mix, or off brand pop, thank you Home Depot for focusing on what you do best. Finally, this store is far far easier to get in and out of the parking lot vs. it's two other big box competitors in the area. All in all, keep up the good work.

UPDATE: 1/27/23: I've upgraded my rating to three stars since my first experience quite a few years ago. Lately, the staff seem to be much more willing to be helpful. I would say that many things are more expensive than another home improvement store down the street. However, I have bought a number of rigid 18v cordless tools and I really like the brand and the tools. They have a lifetime guarantee on the batteries and tools if you register. Also, Home Depot has been very good about taking returns on problematic products. See my video on the O-Cedar spin. It's going back to the store. The spin mechanism failed after two uses.Extremely poor store experience. Went to look for a light fixture and parked my motorcycle in the "fire zone" along with 15+ riding mowers. The staff - really a bunch of unkept and untrained dopes - actually hassled me about parking in the "fire zone." I'm going to call the fire department tomorrow and complain about all of the things parked in the fire zone area. Just hoping to make the store safer in the future 😋.

I asked a staff member at the self checkout to call an employee over to cut a key for me. She was very nice and checked in with me multiple times while I stood there for over 10 mins with nobody showing up to help me. The lady called again and a guy walked over and said "the key machine is down, I can't help you" and he walked away. The lady apologized and said there is usually a sign on it saying it isn't working. That would've been nice, I could've saved a lot of time and frustration!

Well stocked and organized store. I am always able to find what I need here, and staff are very helpful. The selection is fairly decent as well. Our favorite part of Home Depot is the kids' workshops. On the first Saturday of each month, they have a free craft activity for kids to complete and take home.

Purchased deck railing online for the sum of around $2600. Turned in my 11% rebate online and was denied Due to purchasing online and not in store. Spoke with several employees in store about a receipt when i picked the material up stating it was for the rebate, but not one of them informed me that online orders do not qualify. I easily could have done a return and repurchase in store if that was the case. Guess there are other places around that honor their 110% rebate with no contingencies...

I recently moved into my first home and have a long list of projects that I need LOTS of help with trying to do it all myself. I would never have been able to do it without Cory Handford's help! He's been a life saver on many projects but I'm worried I'm turning him into my own personal shopper! :) Kidding aside, I am grateful for all his help thus far and many more projects and advice to come! Thanks Cory!!

Went for the kids project which is supposed to be the first Saturday. They didn't have it! Workers didn't even know about it! It was at the fair only! I wasn't there to go to the fair! Others were in the store looking for it also! Should have said something or posted something about it! Waste of time!

I tried getting help with a washing machine but when I asked 2 employees they just blew me off....they wanted nothing to do with me...I finally left the store and did all my research online and ended up with something I'm completely not satisfied with...thankfully I got in touch the manager the next day after receiving the product and he was able to work with me. I wish his employees would have taken 10 minutes to answer the few questions I had. It would have saved alot of headaches. Thank you to Cory the wonderful manager for taking the time helping me...I really appreciate it!!!
