Came to this Starbucks this morning, ordered a pour over dark roast, they proceeded to say it would be a wait and we gladly said we would. The barista decided to skip the pour over without telling us and gave me a pike place. I think it’s horrible service to tell a customer that you will be doing a pour over for a wait and then giving them something they did not order or pay for without telling them.

Was out doing errands. Wanted to use the bathroom and buy a cup of coffee. NO BATHROOMS AT THIS LOCATION. A corporate decision that doesn’t make sense to me at all. My glorious of Starbucks is steadily declining.

Horrible! I ordered a Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte, the amount of coffee I got is maybe the size of a tall... maybe... rude workers. Clearly they do not care about their jobs or customer satisfaction. This is what my money bought me.

I asked for a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and I clearly said light on the mocha syrup when I got to the window she handed to me with a lot of mocha syrup I said am sorry I said light on the mocha syrup she took it back and added more extra mocha syrup I was very displeased because I dint got my drink right two times first time they do this to me I’ve always had my drinks perfectly made

I work close to a Starbucks and on one afternoon, I wanted some coffee, so I downloaded the app and accidentally chose the incorrect location - when I realized this, I called the store I had selected and told them I chose the wrong location. Of course, they could not help me with a refund or anything. So, I went back on the app to select the correct location and placed my order. In doing so, I thought I was paying the same way I did the first time, however, this time it reloaded a card for $25. I didn't want $25 I wanted to pay the $2.98 for my basic coffee with cream. I walked over to get my coffee and it literally tasted like warm water with cream in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. I had to then call the corporate office to process a refund for the $25 as I will not be returning to this establishment, I will stick with Caribou - they have better coffee anyway. Oh, and they didn't refund my initial purchase either. Maybe because I was at work and was on hold for 16 minutes before I finally just hung up.

I often come in for a little quiet time before my work day, and all the baristas have fabulous attitudes both with customers and behind the counter with each other. Drinks get made quickly, correctly, and deliciously! The cooperation between drive thru and everyone appears to be like a well choreographed dance - at least from a regular customer’s view, and any frustrations amongst the staff are never obvious. It’s a great environment to start my day.

It's a nice location with friendly and helpful staff. Floors and tables are clean. The location has a drive thru, which is a plus. I've had multiple drinks from this location and have never had an issue.

I have always loved starbucks a bit better than the other national competitor. It has been awhile since i had been inside this store though. I was so looking forward to a comfy and warm place to curl up a few minutes. There is more seating now but only 2 comfy chairs in the cornor back with storage. Blonde americano is scrumptious.

Went here today and as I was picking up my order I noticed the missing man table set up for memorial day. I have never seen this done before and I thought it was very quiet and respectful way to pay tribute to the fallen. Great job.

I love my local Starbucks for the most part. Other than sitting in like for 15 min, and being out of things. I’m happy with mostly everything else about this places. My new favorite drink is the Cinnamon dolce which I get with oat milk and no whip. It’s literally one of my favorite drinks. I had a issues the day my daughter went in to get my drink but the manger Luke was so kind and made everything right! Because of his great customer service is why I’m giving a 4 star.

Every time I visit here, there is ALWAYS someone gone, something wrong, or they are out of everything! Today we took a walk and ended up there and we noticed a couple standing in drive through. We thought, odd. No, there was a sign on the door saying sorry we can only accept walk-ins in the drive through... OK so we go there with the couple, they say we COULD NOT order due to us NOT BEING IN A CAR?!?!?! We couldn't even order, they told us to try a different coffee shop. WHAT ON EARTH?!?!?! Good Job Starbucks... Good Job.

Friendly staff. Floors and tables were clean. My friend wasn't sure what to order and the cashier helped her think through flavor profiles. She ended up selecting the toffee nut latte, which she enjoyed. I nearly always choose the vanilla latte. It's not overly sweet, but definitely sweet enough. The blueberry scone is also good. Slightly sweet with lots of blueberries.

Pulled up to the drive through well before 9 which is when they close. The kiosk informed me they were closed but I called and spoke with an employee she stated they were open until 9.

Awful service. We got there in the drive thru and they wouldn’t say anything so we whistled for them and said hello.. after a min or so they answered (keep in mind no customers were inside or in front of us). We both got hot teas which should be easy enough but they had a hard time figuring out we wanted ones without caffeine. Then only had one tea bag in our vente teas.. should be two .. I used to work there. So we had mild flavored water for the way home. Thanks guys… it’s been a rough day as it is ..😏

Little slow moving the last time I had gone but they did make up for it with great Coffee's mixed to perfection! Definitely recommend. Much better wait time than the other Starbucks located on Division st.

I have gone to this location several times...I generally order ahead of time 20-30 minutes. Most of the time when I arrive, my items are still not ready...I get excuses like “oh food items print on a separate ticket-sorry” or “it takes us much longer to prepare a carry along.” It’s always with a snotty attitude, like I am inconveniencing them by ordering. Today, I told them about the flat white that I had received at the previous visit that was only about half full by the time I was able to drink it (it takes me 30 minutes to get to work-the other half must have been foam) I asked if this was typical. They said it was not, but that they could remake it. I said that would be wonderful...but then they were going to charge me for remaking the drink they made a mistake on. I told them to forget it. after years of faithful dedication to Starbucks-this location is making me think that it’s time to convert to Caribou!

We all know that the coffee and food is the best. Today I was having difficulties paying with my Starbucks app. The gal taking the orders took a moment to help me with it. It only took a minute to fix but I appreciated the fact that I was not pushed to the side or told to find my card or cash instead. Just another reason why I like Starbucks. They hire AWESOME people!

Best Starbucks in St Cloud area!!Staff are always friendly and helpful. Coffee drinks are made right and served fast. The seating area is the only lacking part. It's a small store so don't plan on comfy relaxing seating. They do have a nice outdoor patio and great on off for the drive through. I'm obsessed.

Always way too busy. They often mess up on drink orders and are not polite at all. Bad customer service and bad products. Gave 2 stars for the one worker that was polite. Would recommend caribou over Starbucks any day of the week and twice on Sundays!!

Usually I'm very satisfied with my drink selections, but the last handful of times I've visited, my drinks taste like warm milk water. It's disgusting. Paying over $5/drink for it to taste like that is ridiculous. I've even tried ordering different drinks to see if they taste different, but nope, warm milk water. Started going to the other coffee shop named after an animal ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and I love their drinks!!! Sorry Starbucks, but I'm no longer a fan.

I came and ordered 2 drinks totallying almost 15$. They screwed up I was nice about it tried to flag them down no one saw me. I apologized thinking I said something wrong. (I didnt)I didnt take or even touch the drink that was messed up and the girls proceeded to talk bad and point at me even though they never read my order back to me never asked. I didnt get a recite. Scanned my phone to pay and when I finally got my drink she tried charging me again saying I didnt pay. The drink that was remade was also wrong I ordered extra shots never got it but I did pay for it so scammed there. I watched her make it she put white mocha in but she also added somthing else. My iced white mocha tasted like a classic iced latte. Not sure what else she put in but it was completely wrong im guessing she did out of spite because I asked for the drink I had ordered and didnt get.

Let me start out by saying, I wear a mask everywhere. Even though I have terrible asthma and anxiety, but I do it out of respect and to avoid conflict. Now I ordered on the app to pick up my drink at this Starbucks next to once upon a child. I ran in, completely forgetting my mask, to just grab my drinks and go. (Which they made my drink wrong so I had to go back inside) so I walk in the door and the lady behind the counter tells me that I have to wear a mask otherwise they will refuse my service. I understand but since I was planning to literally run in and out, I apologized and said I have a medical condition. She then told me that I have to show her proof and paperwork proving this, I told her I wasn’t aware that I had to show her my medical documents (politely). Again I apologized. She just told me that I had to get out immediately and that I wasn’t welcomed back unless I was wearing a mask or had proper documentation. The issue is, she was not polite by any means and there were other customers in the store who were looking at her very upset. I was shocked. Now maybe I am wrong, and please correct me, but am I supposed to have this documentation or was she in the wrong to ask for my medical documents? Either way, her attitude and the approach was so negative. I apologize for not grabbing my mask, but i would have turned around and just grabbed it if it wasn’t for her approach.

Wow! Today I had the privilege of meeting and participating in a coffee tasting with the district and store manager of this Starbucks. These two, as well as this store's team are some of the most welcoming and authentic people I have ever met. While enjoying our Thanksgiving blend coffee and pumpkin scone (which were delicious), the management team and I had a great conversation about Starbucks, its coffee and the support this company has for their employees' well-being.I can see how much Starbucks and their management team cares about their employees, which is working because anyone can see how much their employees enjoy working for them! When you enter this Starbucks location you can be sure to leave happier - not only because of the great drinks and food but because of the conversations and connections you will have with the baristas.I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced customer-service like this location provides. In just TWO visits this store has made me a lifetime Starbucks customer and supporter! Great job Starbucks team - you're killing it.

Arrived with over 10 minutes before closing time over the weekend to go through the drive thru (since you can't go inside) and when I pulled up to order the drive thru said it was closed over the speaker. There had been a car at the window so I pulled ahead and all of the employees working were standing at the window talking to the person that was in that vehicle, sounds like she was either another coworker or a friend of someones. I sat there for 5 minutes (all during business hours, before close) and the car never moved so I left.
