Just moved in to my first home. Stopped by their new location in St Cloud, MN and was immediately impressed by their selection. Bought 3 pieces of furniture at an amazing deal & honestly couldn’t be happier. Robert, Shane, and Brandon really looked out for us and even transported and set up our furniture for us. Great company but also great people in general, which is why I will 100% be back to RCL as we put together our new house slowly but surely!

All the five star reviews are the truth! Amazing company, amazing furniture, stellar communication and sales process. We absolutely love our new sectional. Personally, I think it’s more comfortable than the Lovesac couch we were considering, and this one is half the price! My parents are already considering getting one too, and whenever we need a couch for our other spaces we will be back.

Great experience from start to finish. In store experience was low pressure (I already had an idea of what I wanted, just needed to see it in person), pricing is extremely reasonable.Opted for white glove delivery - worth every penny. It was quick too. Ordered it on Friday, they delivered on Wednesday. They kept me updated on delivery ETA, were careful to not damage my house or the furniture, and went the extra step of adding on the felt pads for the furniture feet I had bought separately.This store should definitely be on your list for furniture shopping!

I would highly recommend this business for furniture needs and more! There is a wide selection that would suit any style , comfort and affordability. My daughter and I were fortunate enough to get a private showing before the grand opening which was really cool since we are rather spontaneous in our outings. Shane made sure to take the time to explain everything and even show us how it all works I had so many questions and he was very patient, not pushy, and did not hesitate to do everything he could to make sure that we were comfortable and happy and that everything went smoothly. I had brought my kids in for my purchase a few days later since I needed time to think over what I wanted since I liked almost everything and they were very kind towards my children and so accommodating. There is a cute area for kids in the store to draw and hang out and I think that is so very thoughtful my daughter felt special when she was able to hang her picture she had colored on the wall. Delivery day was not only exciting for us but Robert and Shane were genuinely excited for us too and it was such a great experience. These are just the nicest people I can’t stress that enough and they really deserve the best like they gave to us. I had purchased the cloud slope and it’s extremely comfortable I find myself taking naps on it frequently and it is very kid and pet friendly just as stated. We will continue to make purchases here in the future we wish this business success!

First of all, Robert and Shane are a delight to work with. If you want great customer service, this is the place to get your furniture. In addition, and most importantly, the sectional we purchased has been amazing. We bought our sectional from RCL four months ago and it has been a fabulous piece of furniture. We have 6 people living in our house and this is in our main living area where we all hang out and watch TV or read (or nap!). The cushions have held up well, just needing a little fluffing once in a while. We got the lighter color and it also has stayed looking new during these months. In fact, we did get a defective cushion that went flat because the down moved all to one side and they replaced as soon as I let them know. If you're looking for comfortable furniture from a store that really cares about you as a customer and a person, I can't recommend RCL in St Cloud enough!

Shane and his team are very knowledgeable and great to work with. The Cloud couches are some of the most comfortable I've sat on, and for anyone like me, with pets and kids, having easily replaced cushions and covers is an amazing feature!
