The staff is very friendly, and the pet grooming is nicely maintained-3 pups getting pampered that day. I had to use a pribar to get my son away from the adorable cats they have for adoption (we have 3 and a dog! No more). Wide and spacious store to move around in. Vet was able to fulfill my cats script for pre renal disease so you need it, they have it.

The store Sales People were so very helpful! We had an issue at checkout and it wa taken care of so fast it was fantastic! I highly recommend PetSmart and this one is fantastic! I've NEVER had a customer service issue or bad experience here in all the years I've shopped at this location.

Have my 6 yr old Wheaten Terrier groomed at St Cloud PetSmart. Justine does a great job. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Genuinely seem to love the dogs. Would recommend to anyone.

Shelves are always stocked, good fish selection. Bettas usually look pretty rough, but that's true of any pet store I've been in. Businesses just don't dedicate the resources to Bettas that they require. Staff is pretty good at helping you, even though they seem to be a bit understaffed. Never have to wait long to get fish. Dog adoption days are pretty loud in there, and it gets busy, but that's a good thing.

I love coming here for my dog and my cats and donating to support animals. Actually rescued a cat from here 10ths ago and still have her. However, I don’t love seeing the heart breaking condition ALL the betas are in here.They have too much water, no resting leaves, and are all dying or are in poor health. I avoid coming here because of how upsetting it is to see. My sister and I Have told the manager WENDYL who has basically told us “it’s company policy and protocol and if petsmart stays if it’s okay then it’s okay”. My sister has informed WENDYL, betas have a labyrinth organ and BREATHE AIR. Since he is “just meeting petsmart standards” he proceeds to stand at the front of the store giving a stink face at us whenever we go in there. I wish we could rescue more betas from them. Unfortunately we maxed out on tanks and space. Really shameful pet smart. Do better.I wish I could give no stars for this review, as their standards are lower than that.

Daryn was not only super helpful helping us find what we needed in the store despite being super needy but also knowledgeable on all her products ! Typically can find what I need when other places are out of stock. However, PetSmart is usually a little more expensive ($1-$2), and there never seems to be more than 1 person willing to check customers out even tho there seem to be plenty of employees on the floor

How are you going to let a certain type of prescription food just run out completely? Not like I can just go and grab a different one off the shelf. Wound up having to drive 100+ miles roundtrip just to get to the other closest location that could fill my cat's prescription.

I go to Petsmart frequently due to having multiple pets. This Petsmart has a large array of products they offer if you need it, they got it! The store itself is pretty clean, and the worker at the front was very friendly and offered my dog a bone.

I absolutely love this place. They have a huge selection of dog food and dog related supplies. I think they have a good rewards program and a bunch of clearance bins by the check-out full of toys. They employees are always nice and I've never had a bad experience at this location. I absolutely recommend this PetSmart.

Well, it's a PetSmart. As far as PetSmarts go, this one is pretty solid. Everything is well spaced out and somehow now as overwhelming as some other locations. The animal tanks all seemed clean, especially the birds areas which can be hit or miss. I noticed they were doing a training class in the large area at the back of the store vs using the smaller designated area so that seems nice. I'll return again for future kitty purposes.Update: they have kittens

Hailey is a pro!! She teaches you and the dogs! It's absolutely perfect we've done beginner class and we're doing intermediate next! Great way to socialize your dog while it's learning!

I know they mistreat the animals as most these chain pet stores do however they do have very good products for animals such as tanks and pet foods (if u know how to look). I love coming here to get new stuff for my fish and I think the only time I've had issues was recently when trying to look at other animals (the snakes) I couldn't get service, I asked the lady upfront, she said wait by the snakes so I did. I waited 15 maybe 20 minutes before me and my niece just decided to leave. I couldn't tell how many staff they had, I saw one doing training, 2 by the counters checking out people, one helping with the cats and while we were by the cats 2 came out of the back looked at that cats and then went back into the back. So ig I just thought there should've been someone that could've helped me sooner. I will be returning for product but I don't think I'll be buying anymore animals from here. Petco is much more responsive with helping people with animals.

Staff always greet you when you walk in, all animal cages are clean and cared for, the store itself is clean and well stocked. Great selection of bird items although most times I go there it is not kept well stocked. Which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5
