My Norman Frank is always treated like a king when he comes in, he might think he runs the place LOL. Usually he doesn't like me out of his sight but he is always happy to go right in, leaving me feeling like chopped liver. The ladies are always so happy and clear on everything. They answer all my questions.

Haven't been there, but I have a 65 lb hound dog who really need a good bath. But she is skittish, and afraid of lots of things. I struggle to brush her but she gets so upset I just quit. Can this place wash her very well and get some brushing and nail trim done? If so, how much would it cost? My dog does NOT bite, she just tries to get away. She will stand in the tub and not move, you have to work around her, whilenever giving her a chance to bolt.So, any takers? Anyone want to wash my lovey hound dog?She's a Rescue, so I got her with all her quirks and fears. Along with her total loving attitude.

The girl that cut Jacks hair was fabulous. She took extra care since it was Jacks first visit. She made sure the cut was the way we wanted it. She had a great personality and you could tell she loves animals. I will recommend Petco-St Cloud to my friends and family for their dog grooming needs.

Staff where caring and took time to listen and explain what and how long it would take. Very good at reassuring a doggie mom everything will be ok. They need a bigger area to small for how much they do and the number of animals they do.
